Friendly staff at the reception and in the dining room. Room service always top.

Business room booked. Large room with 4 beds without comfort. Not A Feel-Good Factor. No Info on the room Change. The room was very stale and spent. Staff completely overburdened and unfriendly. Even naughty the guest opposite. Roads noise is not at all. To not recommend. Not a 4 star hotel in my eyes.

Very nice, spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The Hotel was okay, the Italian Restaurant, was a disaster. To the Hotel I would go again, the food, I would outside.

It's a great hotel. Very big. The rooms are spacious, with a living room and kitchen. The breakfasts are very good.

A hotel at good and reachable location with very friendly stuff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is everything you need in this hotel and the price is reasonable. The breakfast gives you many options to chose from. Only the small bottle of water im your room could be better if it would be a bigger one. ;)

Breakfast is top. There is a minibar and a safe in the rooms. Otherwise very clean.

24 h open bar, good rooms and plenty of parking spaces. What more could you want. Food in the restaurant is great.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located. Right next to the "New World". It is easy to get to the city centre by car or public transport.

We quickly needed a room due to a family emergency. And what should we say, we booked a 20QM business room as we were really just sleeping and having breakfast there. And for that it was more than sufficient and determined twice the size. My wife was able to relax in the bathtub in the evening and our big daughter (6) had the sofa bed all alone. The separate bedroom then also allowed the nightly feeding of the son (3 months) to awaken without the big.

Not so great. No hair dryer in the room. Hair in the food. Breakfast room totally crowded. Staff unfriendly and lustless. Expired mayonnaise and not even an apology.

Over the Christmas holidays here spent a few nights. The hotel was not booked out, so nice and quiet and all very relaxed. Staff very friendly. Breakfast adequate and tasty.
Room with sofa (superior) was spacious and clean. The view was to the courtyard and therefore also very quiet.

Friendly staff, price performance is fine. Zimmer was a bit noisy and rather plain.

Not impressive but not bad either. I miss at least one free socket on the bed and the internet is unfortunately also lame with some crashes. Breakfast is OK. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very spacious.

I only had lunch here for a family event. Service was exceptionally nice and friendly. The food was delicious. Only slight negative, portion sizes could have been a little bigger for the price.

Stumbled in because of a snow storm. Clean, friendly and a great restaurant. It may have been any port in a storm that night but I'd go back.

The Service was very good. The staff helped a lot with my 22 month old son. The Restaurant has traditional Saxonia food. Tasty and very good quality.

In North Zwick off next to the concert hall 'Neue Welt'. Good value for money. Rooms are suitably equipped. Staff quite friendly. A tram stop is located directly in front of the House.

I had a single room. This was very big. The bathroom is small but everything is alright. Bath with glass enclosed there. TV with all major German stations. Little light in the room, since only a window. Setting up standard but was OK. The room was somewhat empty and had a lot of unused space. Staff was friendly.

I and my escorts had a very pleasant Weekend booked. All our expectations were far exceeded. Especially the Reumlichkeiten as well as the kitchen are top. Thank You Very Much.

I'm on business öffters in zwickau and the achat hotel only recommend. The rooms are large and clean. Reception and all staff are friendly and the food in the restaurant is very good. Has full 4-star worthy. Location near the center is perfect.

The agate offers a super Location for unforgettable events. We have in the agate, a customer event is carried out and to us through the rooms of the hotel putted. As the programme offers Bürogolf z. B: for Christmas parties, conferences and/or Betriebsjubiläen very good. As proven Location, we recommend the agate also in terms of Service and Catering.

Very pleasant Restaurant with fair prices. Rooms are huge and very clean, the four stars earned.

Very late and then still get to eat even though the kitchen had just closed.
