Good hotel, located directly on the Neisse river and just a few steps from the city bridge to Poland. My room was modernly furnished and clean, and the hotel also left a very good impression. One could now complain about the lack of air conditioning or that a large potted plant was placed in the room, but I do not want to. All good. And: I paid barely more than 50 euros per night for the room. Ridiculous and significantly less than usual in other cities. Recommended!

Magnificent hotel in exceptional location. All very clean and welcoming. The room is the bathroom are spacious and comfortable. The parking (for a fee) is close and in a reserved area. The centre is conveniently reached with a pleasant little pass of ca. 10 min. Breakfast is also great and all members of staff are very friendly and professional. Incredible value for money.

Modern hotel with good restaurant. My only quibble is that it is located a bit of a walk from "downtown" Gorlitz. Underground parking is nice in winter.

Exceptional location amongst trees on the edge of a large and shady town park and overlooking the river, but only about 5 minutes walk to the old town. We particularly liked the wonderful garden, and being able to admire it whilst eating on the terrace. The restaurant menu is short but well-designed and the cooking surprisingly good for a hotel. Very well-equipped bedrooms and bathrooms, all fitted out to a very high standard (though the style will appeal more to middle-aged and older visitors). Immaculately cleaned and maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. And Gorlitz itself is fabulous — not just in its exceptionally well preserved old town but in its 19th century extension. All-in-all our stay here was a delight and I wish it had been for three nights not two.

Recommended hotel, clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. We felt very comfortable and would book the hotel again. The hotel is located just off the River Neisse. The Old Town is within walking distance.

The Park Hotel has a harmonious flair and very nice staff. It is idyllic located and is always worth a visit. Both bar and sanitaire facilities are neat and kept clean.

Very nice place! What you need to relax in silence. Additional bonus is a small garden for walking.

Great hotel, helpful staff, friendly and accommodating, we went for work for 2 weeks, spacious rooms, modern and clean, this hotel is very well located, in a quiet area, (Park and river just next door) a few minutes from the center of Gorlitz and the best for the end, a small footbridge at 500m that allows to pass over the river and access to Poland:) (great restaurant, bar, shop etc…)

We were on site for a week with a tour group. Our guests and we were very satisfied and thrilled. Great service, spacious and spacious rooms, friendly staff, which fulfills every wish and the food was spitty. We will definitely come back with a tour group.

Hotel with well equipped rooms, very large single rooms and good gastronomy. Very close to the old town. Good value for money. From the outside modern building on the Neisse River.

A beautiful hotel in the years… The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Staff friendly… Food good… quiet location… to Poland walking distance of 5 minutes.

Why do I have to pay on arrival?

Operated for the smuggling of travel groups.
For couples you have little nerve. During our stay in December there were many shortcomings which were not put off despite requests at the reception. A letter from my husband to the managing director remained unanswered to this day. You know what to keep.
Görlitz has much nicer and above all better hotels. This one we can not recommend.

Excellent 4 star hotel great food cosy atmosphere double room with 2 beds A 1400 cm wide location about 100 m to the border crossing to Poland.

+ well maintained hotel in quiet location + friendly staff + great clean rooms + child friendly + free parking on the street + Free W-lan + very large and beautiful children's playground next to the hotel — no heating in the bathroom, only one heat lamp with timer.

I'm a regular Rotarymeeting. Service mostly swaying in 0rdnung kitchen. Nice courtyard, absolutely recommended in summer.

The Parkhotel Görlitz is a beautiful 4 star hotel. It is located right on the Neisse River. In 10 minutes you will be in the city centre or across the border in Poland.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful.
For breakfast you could have small dishes (seasoning meat, fried egg etc. ) freshly prepared for free.
Only the breakfast staff was, although friendly, probably not yet recorded and somewhat overwhelmed, so that one had to vigorously wave to get the attention and food was not immediately refilled.

Nice rooms, with comfortable mattress, clean and large for a reasonable price. Sauna is nice to have on a cold day but quite small for such a large hotel. Good breakfast too with large variety of options and juices. Good tasting coffee and staff is super helpful.

Through the trees I had a nice view of the Neise. The food was true but the Highlite.

Great hotel friendly staff had a meal in the resturant which was spot on rooms are good size and very clean.

Chic Hotel. Everything clean. Good value for the price. Well television is really small, OK who also comes to watch TV.

Rooms OK, because of a film crew, we were out to dinner. Wi-Fi is free but in the room no reception, had to work standing in the hallway. Staff friendly, all in all a good 3 star hotel.

Unfortunately not. There are Italian satellite channels. For the rest a 4 star hotel well maintained and cared for. Rooms in order, cleanliness and absolute hygiene.

Polite employees, especially dining area, poor Wi-Fi, extremely noise air sucking machine in bathroom, very good breakfast!

Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet offers variety and you can staff also wish express that be satisfied immediately. In late Fruehstueckern the staff but spread some unrest. We had a beautiful great room (2 adults + 2 children) with bathroom with tub, what just the children happy has come again we ;-) in any case.

Located quietly between NISA and Park, within walking distance to the beautiful old town of Görlitz. The staff is friendly and attentive.
