Equipment good. Excellent and friendly staff. Good breakfast. BUT after drain stinking room. Hard to bear in certain weather conditions. Old house ok, but there are also solutions for this.

Beautiful old burgher house in the middle of the city, pointed service great breakfast, and still really quitting floorboards at least in the attic, a walk through the stairwell is highly recommended, for nightradau from the street the house can do nothing if but the heat only Night rest with open windows allows slightly problematic.

Very nice hotel in the heart of the historic old town of Görlitz. A friendly and helpful reception at the reception and a nice new room furnished for lingering with modern bathroom. Highly recommended. I will definitely book back at this hotel.

Great hotel: Location, reception very helpful and friendly, great breakfast and the rooms go fine n u r a grotesque — bad Wi-Fi! Is known to the hotel working on it. Wi-Fi yes but no connection!

All in all a beautiful, rustic hotel. On arrival we were greeted very friendly and all questions were answered without any problems.
When we arrived at our room we unfortunately noticed that we had two separate beds. On request at the reception we were offered a solution very quickly. A member of staff was with us within less than 5 minutes and cleared the entire room according to our wishes! Very courteous and friendly! The location is very nice in the middle of the city center, also the desire for a quiet room was noticed! We are very happy to come back!

Very well maintained hotel. 1a service. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast buffet. Parking with a little luck right outside the door, otherwise 50m further in the car park with perk. Highly recommended:)

We only stayed one night here, but the room was clean and spacious. The hotel itself is located in an impressive former apartment building. The breakfast was in their own restaurant and offered a good variety and lots of cheese selections.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Görlitz with nice rooms, free internet and a decent breakfast for extra charge. We had some spiderwebs in our room but the staff cleaned them directly on our request. The reception desk is closed after five.

A very nice hotel. As it is centrally located, you can reach everything on foot. The rooms, the staff and the breakfast top. Our reference to a leaked window was taken seriously and something was done about it. Great service. A visit is worthwhile.

This place was decent. Very big rooms, especially if you get one of the 11's, such as 111, 211, 311, ect.

Well situated hotel. Clean and friendly. Lift exists. Very quite. Opposite the beautiful department store where The Grand Budapest Hotel was filmed.

The location is perfect but the rooms were a bit small and they smelled bad. The windows had to be opened for a few hours to make the foul smell neutral. It seemed as if the room was not opened for months. We had booked 4 rooms and it was the same for all the rooms. Apart from this, the hotel was fine for overnight stay during a business trip.

Was a nice hotel with a beautiful view over the city. Room was spacious and comfortable with a TV, mini bar and a great bathroom.
