Landgasthaus Zum Kreuzberg Hotel

The food is always very tasty. Small / fine selection but there is always something for everyone.
I can only recommend the sushi — to — go box. When I picked up the record, Patrick Gundert presented and explained his creation to me very well. The price of 75€ is very fair and the plate is enough for 4 people.
I can only recommend the country inn.

Last night we were back for dinner at the Landgasthof Kreuzberg.
Patrick spoiled us with all sorts of delicacies from the region and we were thrilled. Kitchen, team, service and everything around it was top
We will almost certainly be back.

Today we made a trip to the Vulkaneifel in the country inn Zum Kreuzberg in Schönbach.
In a rustic ambience you will find delicacies, which offers very polite and attentive staff. You feel at home there.
The chef cooks with passion and responds to the wishes of the guests.
We are looking forward to the next time.

Highly recomended! We came from Texas for the Nürburgring 24hr and stayed 4 nights. The room was great and the refinished bathroom was beautiful. They cleaned the room everyday. Every morning Patrick cooked breakfast right in front of us and chatted with us while we ate. He is very friendly and speaks great english. And the schnitzel was great! We hope to come back again one day.

Very bad — we specially travelled to this place but found it closed on the first wednesday of the month july. While the website explicitly stated that it would be open.

We were very well welcomed! The food is excellent and you can eat well for a very good price. The chef was very sympathetic.

The food is so good that I drive at least 1 time per year from the lowest point of the lower Rhine there. One such food I can't get the door of the house. The family integrate at nights is sensational. You get insights into mushroom picking and cleaning, tips for leisure activities in the area … you will be greeted with the words "welcome home". That was enough to make me at the first meeting, speechless. Continued success and to many more years.

We were to eat five plus baby early October 2016 there and it all tasted very good. The service was attentive and friendly. The cook came in from the kitchen in order to discover our satisfaction with the food — also rather seldom in good bourgeois parlours. The décor was well maintained and certainly has been on the hump for the 20 years. But then the ' good bourgeois ' also ceased. The food is clearly attributable to the upscale cuisine: handmade by A-Z. Starter power broth cooked by itself. Also the three mini hamburger with spicy sauce — at best the buns were made by the baker, but then by the hand. Main dishes with pink steak exactly medium, char fillet on crispy skin and still juicy with excellent herbal noodles, stuffed chicken thigh juicy and a delicious risotto, whose ingredients I can not name individually. Schnitzel Wiener art thin and tasty but nothing special — accompanied by a small salad plate, on which each ingredient was distinguished: cucumber salad, lettuce salad, coleslaw and carrot salad each with its own matching dressing. Dessert made of sorbet, cream and fruit very well put together and very tasty and in simplicity an espresso with a scoop of vanilla ice cream a real blast. Overall, I would like to award six stars.

Very good food! Sensational of price and performance. A real highlight that is not expected in this small place or in this nondescript restaurant. We were already 3x here and were pleasantly surprised every time. Don't forget dessert…
