➜ We can only warmly recommend the "Berghotel Steiger". Especially we dog owners can appreciate it when you are so spoiled. We celebrated a dog birthday there and were totally thrilled.
2 days 3 course birthday menu for dog and master and a birthday cake and massage.
The comfort — double room was fully adequate. The furniture is getting old, but that didn't bother us.
The food was also delicious.
We felt completely comfortable and especially all dog owners are our recommendation.

➜ We spent 4 unforgettable days here: nice hotel, friendly and loving staff, lots of dogs, delicious food (also for the dog! ), super Schneeberger Weißbitter, great and long hikes. We can't wait to come again.

We were yesterday with our dog in the dog hotel for lunch and were also the only guests in the restaurant.
The food was good but…
actually, we wanted to have a look at the hotel and then spend a short break there in autumn.
For dinner we sat on the terrace. It was a warm day, no drinking bowl for dogs to see far and wide. Even after placing the food order, no water was brought for our dog.
In general, our dog was ignored all the time.
Sorry, but this is supposed to be a dog hotel! Where no one is interested in the dog guest?
We will definitely not go on holiday there with our dog.
