Very helpful, clean and friendly.

A bit of a let down for what I expected from Best Western. The rooms were clean and your basic needs were provided but not a hint of luxury. This is a basic hotel which should be rated 3.5!

Budget hotel. It works for the price — however no A/C, subpar location, and 11 euros per person for breakfast kills it. Bar/restaraunt wasn't open the night we stayed. Parking costs 5 euro, and it is a locked garage — however parking on streets are free and apparently easy to find.

One of the best hotels. Be quiet. Be quiet. Clean. Friendly staff. Always ready to help. It's a long way from the center, but it's a plus.

The hotel is cozy and homely. The room is clean, the staff are attentive, very decent breakfasts-abundant and varied buffet (price per child only 5 euros, from an adult 11.9 euros) ; underground garage cost 5 euros per night; The area is very quiet, there are well-groomed German cabins everywhere, next to the Lidl supermarket, 100 meters to the tram stop, and tickets for travel can be purchased at the hotel. Of the nuances — only the lack of a refrigerator in the room and coded Internet, where of the four devices provided access only two devices. The rest is only pluses! There are fond memories) ) )

Clean hotel. Child friendly. Efficient staff. Rooms basic. No coffee or tea making option NO Airconditioning & was very hot to try to sleep. Pillows were very flat with no option for extra. Location is along way from central city so need to get the tram to go anywhere. Not ideal for overseas tourists but lots of German familys with cars staying here.

A great hotel on the edge of town. Family hotel, there is a children's playroom, children will be delighted. Very rich breakfast, and not cheap enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Spacious rooms for 2 adults and 2-3 children. I recommend it to the family. Internal underground parking is not very convenient for large cars restrictions serious, but you can leave on the street or ask them to put you in the parking lot to a nearby hotel.

Everything suits excellent, clean and large rooms, the location is good but parking for cars is available but not very narrow and with places of confusion.

I can recommend this hotel. We had a very clean, quiet and beautiful room. Staff was polite and manager of the hotel know is doing :) Breakfast was diversed and fresh (love their small croissant :) ) Garage (cost 5 eur/night) is connected with hotel lift. Tram (stop is behind the corner) number 12 will bring you to the center within 20 minutes, reception also selled us tickets. Hotel does not have A/C but we had prepared a big fan in the room which was more than enough. We will definitely comeback. Thank you for all!

Very nice stay. Clean rooms and delicious buffet for breakfast. Parking was enough, in June, all around on the street. Tram Station is about a 5 minute walk away. From there you need 20 min to the centre with her.

The hotel is very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Top equipped, free room update get due to small child with EBK, gastronomy and breakfast top and always tidy, parking available, underground parking we did not have to use at all. Tram on the doorstep and still quiet.

The modern Hotel surprised us by its elegance in a confined space. Everything was very clean. The of my wife, to Welcome them, ordered salmon plate was decorated as a feast for the eyes. And the birthday tasted champagne exquisite. In our room we found a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a bottle of chilled champagne (a gift for the birthday child to 60. Ten — see photo). All for the sake of service-friendliness in the new länder.

Were here in April. Very well run hotel. Friendly, attentive staff. Rich breakfast buffet in a cosy atmosphere. Always happy!

Room was really comfortable. Large enough for family with children. Nice staff. Breakfast was awesome!

It's a nice hotel. The room was a little warm and the pillows were a little uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi was a little spotty. The staff was wonderful, though; knowledgeable about the area and able to provide plenty of advice for getting around town.

Negative is the room at the elevator shaft, here it is just too noisy, on sleep is not to think. The room is very small and the parking garage is so tight that only experienced drivers should park there.
Overall a good stay with small defects which can be accepted for the price I would come back.

In itself chic, easy to find. Lots of parking spaces available and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.

We were completely satisfied, price-performance fits, room very clean and in any case the service staff are very cordial and competent, thumbs up, I would come back again, thanks for the stay.

Very friendly staff. Room a little old and used to with very narrow beds. Restaurant simple but with very good dishes. If you do not make any special demands on the room recommended.

I really liked the BW Hotel Quintessenz Forum because it offers comfortable, friendly and lovingly equipped rooms or apartments that score points with small things such as extra reading lights by the bed or SKY — TV. The staff is super friendly, the service is very good and public transport can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Nice hotel. A bit far from the center, but having in mind the excellent public transport infrastructure in Germany, it's not a big deal. Worth the price!

Average Best Western hotel, room in order, walls partially dirty. Staff are friendly, sometimes a bit cheeky. The bathroom is a bit dark, especially in the shower. Overall ok, but not worth another visit.

High quality hotel at great value. Easy to get to by car. Friendly staff. Good night's sleep in comfortable room. Liked the bar area.

If you are not looking for a direct hotel in the middle of the city of Dresden, this is for you. The team were were great, and helped us with a problem. They have a restaurant with a top menu.

Nice Hotel with public transport only 3 Minutes away. Breakfast was really good. A few family members stayed there too, all of them would recommend it.

Super great hotel. Very nice and attentive staff. Centre easily accessible by S train or bus without changing trains. Even tickets are available at the reception of the hotel. Would we book again at any time.

Good location in cotta with fast connection to the Centre by tram/bus. The room was clean and well insulated from the street noise. A Minuspunk that the room was very hot at 26 ° outside temperature.

Got a family room for only €82! Was surprised how nice and spacious the rooms were! Friendly and helpful staff. Only downfall was the tiny parking garage! Almost got the van stuck!

Great hotel, also when with children. Good food and excellent breakfast. Only downside is that takes a long time before the shower gives warm water. Will likely book again.

Everything was as on the hotel page and the relevant pages on the Internet, described as: Friendly, attentive staff; spacious rooms; cleanliness; excellent, varied Breakfast; in the evenings, very good kitchen; very quiet location in a small side street; excellent transport links (No 200m to the tram stop, in 10 min to the city centre) ; convenient Parking in the underground garage, free W-LAN (I had none of the previous reviews mentioned difficulties with access and speed)
In short: Should we come back to Dresden, this Hotel is our favorite.

We liked to stay overnight. Good and pleasant service, a garage and nice surraundings.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and there was nothing to complain of. We were traveling with baby and hotel prepared baby cot as well as changing table for baby. Car parking is directly in hotel building. Close to city center by tram (aprox. 10-15 minutes).

The Best Western Hotel is clean, the staff friendly. Great, the distinctive interior design of the Lobby and the dining room, which is intended to be an Homage to the 70s. Also, the rooms contain elements of it. Nice the idea of a Kaffepetmaschine in the room, with the cheap coffee, tea or chocolate. Just stupid, if this does not work. On demand, the machine was taken out of the room and cleaned. If it worked then, I can't say I haven't touched them. The room was very large and clean. The bathroom, especially the shower were small but adequate. The design of the shower was not quite to my taste. The technical equipment of the room was, unfortunately, defective. One of the two, the television was an old tube. The free W-Lan, the password could you ask for at the front Desk was a joke. As a city hotel in the year 2014 an Internet connection, which is worse than my ISDN connection from 12 years ago is an absolute No-Go. The W-Lan reception was very bad, although my room was in the middle of the building. Fortunately, the LTE reception has been very good. Plus point of the hotel is the Breakfast buffet, the staff was very nice. There is so much of coffee, tea or chocolate as you wish and in addition to hearty English Breakfast there are also fresh fruit, sweet Treats, red berry, Tostbrot and Cornflakes.

* very good and sumptuous Breakfast buffet
* plenty of Parking in the radius of 100m
Wi — Fi is very limited (less power)
* Gastronomy-tip: approx. 5 min. Or 300m from the Hotel there is a Super-Italian: Da Luigi, 01157 Dresden, Warton road 4 (Pizza Vesuvio — a dream :)

Great hotel for a great price. The staff were extremely thoughtful. Definitely recommend staying here.

Pros: I booked 2 single rooms w/double beds and was surprised to get a free family upgrade on both rooms to two 1 bedroom suites with living room, half kitchen, and separate bedroom with 2 single beds each upon arrival. It was super clean, and the location was nice and quiet, friendly staff, with a good restaurant as well. The breakfast was also very good — on par with many of the higher-end hotels. I would definitely stay here again. I travel worldwide for my job & stay at some of the best hotels in the world. This as a last-minute leisure stay was right up there with those. There's a huge Edeka grocery store a couple of streets away from the hotel. It's a very nice store with a coffee / restaurant shop attached. There's an ice cream shop two corners away and another nice, smaller, and less expensive LIDL grocery store just around the corner from the hotel. I didn't venture out to try and find the restaurants because the one in the hotel was pretty good. The hotel has a nice place to sit outside in the evenings and just relax with a good glass of wine and your friends. I liked this place and would stay here again. Cons: May sound a bit petty, but the hot beverage machine (similar to a Keurig) in each apt with a kitchen comes with a variety of unique beverage 'pellets' that each cost extra — anywhere from 50-80 Euro cents each.

In general the hotel fully satisfies the need to hold it 1-2 nights. Not the best, but an acceptable location. Clean spacious rooms. Stay marred by two factors: 1. Very inconvenient parking an old type, not calculated on the dimensions of the machine. 2. In the room there was no periodically connect to Wi-Fi. The hotel staff is aware of the problem but did not solve it.

Cozy and comfortable hotel in a quiet and peaceful place.
