Rating restaurant white red as caterer our wedding on May 19, 18!
As always first the positive feedback
+ Chef waiter (about 1, 80m, short brown hair, tattoo on the arm, about 30-35, years — — > unfortunately only for 2 h) — — > the only one who asked for feedback
+ Taste and selection of the — and desserts
+ quick delivery of drinks (coffee, cocoa, tea, water) while drinking coffee
+ Tyre hearts (tradition from the Ore Mountains)
+ Separation Adult — and Children's buffet
Now, however, the negative points
— Oxbakes were only in stock for 25 of the 65 wedding guests (adults)
— Main courses, taste did not correspond to that of the trial (lax, partly chewy, etc. )
— Beverage intake and delivery between coffee and dinner is largely only by 1 lady (friendly) for 82 guests (adults and children)
— between coffee and dinner, I had to give other colleagues in the villa several friendly instructions to help you order drinks your only colleague in the park (all the guests were in the park)
— Cocktails were mixed far too much (defies multiple note)
— Ingredients, such as Lime Juice, were out of stock for several hours
— drinks were calculated that were still consumed within the beverage allowance!
— the cold buffet was put away as early as midnight and not offered us for takeaway (I haven't experienced that before)

Friendly, quiet, well-slept, good and big breakfast. Food in the house also good.

We stayed for a short break at this hotel. In particular, I would like to commend the excellent breakfast buffet at this point. Fresh rolls and always an extensive selection of sausages — and cheeses, cereals, tea, etc. There were no wishes left open. Also, the hotel looks clean and well maintained. I do, however, at the furnishing itself, which, at least in our room, could be renewed once. Also damage to the wall-paper in the hallways or loose carpet strips tarnish The actually positive picture something. It all seems to have come a little over the years.
The staff was a little taciturn, the reception was often not occupied at all, it was then referred to the restaurant in the basement. It made a little impression of a sub-occupation here. However, questions or concerns have always been further helped. On the whole, although a recommended hotel, however, the aforementioned shortcomings should be put off.

Very nice short break. We spent beautiful 3 days at 4 in the hotel. Food was great. Room top. Room clean, and staff friendly and with questions always helpful to answer these. What more do you need? ;-) And from Marienberg the excursions are wonderful to plan.

Food was delicious, price performance was definitely also tuned and the waitress was friendly and attentive, we sat in the Roßkeller where it could have been a bit warmer but it was to be held.

Appealing ambiance, food good to very good of taste. Unfortunately our food was only lukewarm and we had to wait for almost an hour.

I really liked it. Nice rooms, very clean, well organized. Great Breakfast at dinner, the sour roast was excellent.

Pleasing: room large and well equipped, friendly staff, good cleanliness, sauna & steam bath.
Unpleasant: Disappointing breakfast (no dishes at 9 o'clock, no eggs, dirty dishes not cleared), room very noisy both in the direction of the street and in the direction of the hallway, WLAN not usable because slower than 2g.
