Very nice, clean, nice staff price performance is right, disabled just
Only unfortunately you can reach the castle park because the paths are too steep not with rollator.

Room and breakfast supi, staff friendly. Cons: is NOT located in but above the park. For people with walking aids (rollator or wheelchair) the park is difficult or not accessible from the hotel because of the steep sills. What a pity!

Actually a very nice hotel at a park, the reception staff/service very nice only with the kitchen it would not be white our stay. The Evening Cat alla Card was limited to a few dishes and did not change the whole week. Waiting for a few Viennese almost an hour. On the day of a wedding, there was simply no dinner for the hotel guests.
Conclusion: Hotel yes kitchen no.

I was there but unfortunately only because I had to go to Toilet. However, I can report to the outside framework some of what I noticed in my short stay. Let's start Outside. You can look directly at Buchholz and its Church. Further down you will see the newly created pond with Fountain. It is located very quiet, yet not far from the city Centre. Turning around, you can look at a great conservatory by celebrating birthdays and other Anniversaries.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The toilets are clean but not the most modern equipment.
I can't write anymore because I didn't sleep there or ate anything.

Sehr schoene zimmer and super service.

Almost the only guests for the second Christmas Day, I wonder why?

The Hotel is a little old and the rooms are pretty small. Especially in the attic narrows down the sloping roof but very a and it is quite drafty. Poor Television reception (because of PayTV free) with Krieselbild and SD do not correspond to the description in Buchungsdiensten.

I have with my employees here for a Christmas party aligned. This is by far the worst Service I've ever experienced, in addition, one must say that the meal with a bad Bite is to compare. The staff were very inattentive, in the mass of the empty glasses sitting there (in a half full Restaurant what of 3 operations). To the meal one can only say miserable is flattered. The starters : lenses were just squeaky sour, the Toast of the Camembert (which is still not right through) was almost black, here we have it way seen as any time which is not 100 % can be achieved. As we are the main course came were the French fries something of latschig that we have not Accepted. While this was Duly taken back, however, we would have for this little inconvenience, a little attention, because here is still some of the glasses were empty.
