I've stayed here a few times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I speak English and have never had any issues with translation.

Stayed 5 nights, during Euro 2024. Perfect location very close to city centre (150m), just next to the fan zone.
We had a suite with a beautiful view on Augustusplatz.

We stayed for one night, and this was our second visit to Leipzig. The hotel is good, centrally located, and relatively new. However, the air conditioning was very poor and barely cooled the air.

Found this hotel by chance and it was an extreme positive surprise: roomsa re spacious clean and cozy.

This is an excellent hotel and good value for money. It has spacious rooms and common areas and a great history. Best of all though are the staff. Alex and Corin on the front desk were outstanding.

I stayed for one night at Hotel via City Leipzig Mitte while attending a concert at the Parkbühne – and I was truly impressed!

Very friendly staff, very nice location, foot-distance to the city center, and very well-cleaned and modern bathroom!

The location is very easy to find, there is a public parking place in front of the hotel, the staff was very friendly and efficient, they speak more languages, English and German for sure.

The hotel is located in the central part of Leipzig, close to the railway station. Very close to all tourist attractions, city hall, fairs.
