Hostel Multitude

Absolutely gorgeous hostel, the photos are 100% representing real life. Staff are truly welcoming and helpful. Very clean (except for the guests but people are terrible at cleaning up after themselves everywhere). The beds are very solid with surprisingly thick mattresses. Nice sheets and thick doona. Large under bed lockable drawer that will take all backpacks. Hooks on walls as well. Kitchen has all the necessities. Short walk (5mins) to trams and buses, don’t be put off by the fact it’s on the west side of the canal. It’s a really cool part of town. Stay here don’t bother looking elsewhere.

Love hostel with very friendly staff. Clean rooms, linen provided. I arrived on an Wednesday and they had karaoke night which was so fun! It's not very close to the center, but the tram and bus stops are close.

I stayed in a 10 bed share room. It's a very nice place, very clean and quiet, the people are very nice and respectful, there is a public kitchen you can use, which is very useful if you're planning to stay for a long period. Bring your own lock, and your stuff will be safe in your room, Super clean bathrooms and showers. I would stay here again if needed. 10 stars.

Multitude Hostel was easy to find, checking in at reception was straightforward with friendly staff. The beds and room were really well kept, you could tell that the furniture had been made especially by them. The bathrooms were clean and nicely furnished, the use of wood in the interior design felt homely.

The hostel was very clean and comfy. We had clean towels and sheets. The sharing bathroom and kitchen were clean as well. The only thing that bothered us just a bit were the noises that other guests were making at the stairs and at the shared rooms.
The girl with black hair at the reception was very kind and helpful.

Great place to stay in Leipzig! Rooms are comfortable and spacious. All the facilities are very clean. We loved the location as well, in a happening neighbourhood and close to plenty of nice restaurants and bars. The beer garden on location is a plus :)

Absolutely would come back in a heartbeat. One of the nicest hostels I’ve stayed in. The price was great (<30€/night) and you get spacious bathrooms, well divided shared rooms and well maintained common areas. It’s definitely not a party hostel — the vibe was pretty quiet with it being in a more residential area. Well connected by transport, but it’s well worth renting a bike for Leipzig or just using a share app.
The attached beer garden does trivia on Tuesday nights (in German of course) but if you can find someone who speaks German to go with, it’s heaps of fun. Also the garden is super nice and cozy.

I’d move in if I could! For a very affordable price we got to stay in a big, bright, clean and cozy room with access to a shared bathroom, kitchen and common room. All of which were clean, inviting and well equipped with a great food-storing system, plenty of tables, books and board games. I especially enjoyed the curtains around the bed. They made the bed more private and dark even though the main light in the room was on which is great in a dorm when people drop in to sleep, and wake up, at different times. Also, the staff were friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed Leipzig. I highly recommend this hostel: It has a great atmosphere, including a quiz night with locals! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are spacious, clean, and private. The garden is charming, and I even spotted a hedgehog and a cute cat.
It is close to a lively neighbourhood with German bakeries and a nice green park, and just a 20-minute tram ride from the main station — Danke Schön! ✨️

I arrived about 23:00 pm due to train delayed, when I ringed door bell of main door no answer, I called hostel by phone no answer.
Fortunately some guest coming back to the hostel, I could go enter after 15 minutes from arrival.
But if not I could even enter.
When I entered the hostel, it was super loud, I complained staff about no answering.
Staff just say because we are doing karaoke I couldn’t hear anything.
Nothing apologies about that.
It’s no problem to do karaoke, but why if you can’t hear the bell or phone calls, it’s will be a big problem.
Kitchen and toilets was not durty but not clean.
I totally don’t understand why this hostel have high scores.
How would you consider about this?
I’m glad it was the cheapest option.

Super cute, clean hostel located in a historic building. I loved the hard wood floors and custom bedframe built-ins. Location is about 15min from city center and main train station, but I got one of the best sleeps I’ve ever gotten in a hostel…so I’d say it’s worth it!

This place exudes rustic charm, with clean bedrooms and bathrooms despite being shared with others. The service is exceptional, and the bar offers affordable and delightful choices. The bar itself is a captivating spot to unwind during the evening. Highly recommended for large groups of friends!

This is a very nice hostel to stay in while visiting Leipzig. Very good atmosphere.
You have a place to save your things under the bed with 🔒 you can buy one or remember to bring one with you 😊.
Everything is ok but anyway I think they need to change the linen more often.

Overall experience was good.
The hostel's structure and rooms were satisfactory, but they were overly compact. Storage for bags and belongings was adequate, and the option for an early check-in upon request was commendable. However, the reception/bar appeared limited in space for a larger crowd. The location is acceptable but could be better for commute however it was not loud. The experience was decent, with room for improvement. Lastly, hostel's interior was impressive, and the atmosphere was friendly.

This hostel is very comfortable and the staff is too respected. May be this first comfortable hostel in my journey.

The Hostel is well serviced by public transport. The audience is from all over the world. Hospitality, Hygiene and homely ambience is written very large. The equipment is modern, open, functional, and yet like a second home. Freedom, ease and comfort as a guest, you can find here. The hosts are with advice and always with a high level of commitment and passion. High quality, fair price, a real piece of jewelry and since Pentecost 2018, my favorite hostel in Leipzig! I oute me as a future repeat offenders among the guests.
