I would never recommend this property, especially due to their unwillingness to help their clients find a solution!
I booked this property for a business trip of 3.5 weeks, but 10 days before my arrival I got informed from my colleagues in Leipzig that I have to postpone the trip because of Covid-19 situation. I forwarded the official letter to the property asking for reduced refund or changing the days and they declined saying I could still visit the property and they don't care. Two days later Saxony announced that they don't allow tourists. I tried again for a refund both contacting the property and booking. Com that tried to ask at least for a voucher, but they still didn't accept any option, meaning that I lost the amount of almost 2000 Euros.
I am very disappointed with this treatment.
Very unprofessional under such circumstances.
