Stayed for 4 nights. Great location. Welcoming and very much appreciated English speaking staff. Great choice for breakfast. Room comfortable and quiet. Ate twice at Spagos and excellent each time. Server was professional and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Very impersonal hotel. The bed was relatively comfortable. No tee kettle in the room or in the lobby. Wifi was non existent. And although it's not too far from the train station, it's over cobblestones, which is difficult especially in the rain.

It would be an luxury hotel, but We missed a few Things for way more than 200€ per night: minibar was off, Not useable, only two posibilities to load the technicle Things u need All Day. The pillows were way to soft almost No difference to lie flat, window was Not able to open completely, the rolls in the morning were really cute, maybe for girls which like to eat Not that much.
Positives :clean hotel, candy Bar with few sweets, huge bathroom.
I May come again, but with my own technic loading and pillow.

I usually only do restaurant reviews but my experience at the Radison Leipzig made complied to do one on a hotel. In all my travels I never had a weird experience like this. When we checked in we were given room cards that didn't correspond with the number on the bill I received. I found out about this later on because I didn't check if the room number corresponded with the room card number. When I arrived at the room we found it strange the door didn't open easy (it shouldn't have opened at all since it was the wrong key). We didn't realy made anything out of it so we went into town to arrive again in the afternoon. When we arrived at the room again the door didn't open. After fighting with the key card for about 3 minutes suddenly a member of the staff came out of our room! She stated she was checking if anyone was in the room. Strange since I could have seen that by entering the room alone. We were to report at the desk to clarify the situation. After checking at the main desk it seemed they mixed up room cards and we got another room then the business class room we paid for. In all of my years I have never met such unprofessional behaviour from a hotel or their staff.

Hotel is located on a great location. Parking is expensive €24 a day. There is a public charging station in front of the hotel. €0.70/kW. The breakfast is very good, lots of choices and product are fresh.
Review is based on room 714, comfortable beds. Sheets make the room very dark which is good. Free water available. Refrigerator which cools your products to a really low temperature. Temperature in the room is hard to control, in February it was 21.7 and could not get it down with the strange unit (no airco). When using Wi-Fi you need to re-connect each time you did not use your equipment for a few minutes which is irritating. Toilet is very low (I’m young but for elder people it can be a problem). The rain shower head was leaking. There is a master light switch missing next to the bed. Rooms are very clean and you can make your own free Lavazza coffee. There are enough lights to make the room feeling like a living room.

We are very satisfied and would like to recommend this hotel to others and would also like to come back here! ☺️

The service is simply top.
The room was really absolutely beautiful.
When we are back in Leipzig, we will definitely be back.
