I booked a single room with an en-suite bathroom for my stay for the Leipzig film festival and it was a nice spacious and clean experience. Definitely would stay again. The breakfast was pretty average and consisted of frozen croissants being baked along with some cheese, ham and bread. Definitely could be improved there but good for the price.

Overall liked the hostel. Location is great and very central. The bathrooms in my dorm (female 4bed dorm) were dirty and looked like they haven't been cleaned in a few days. After telling the reception it still looked the same the next day.
But the room itself was good and beds comfortable.

We had an excellent stay! The receptionists were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. Everything was well-organized, and the services offered exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything!

I used to like this place and was a regular customer, but I think I will never come here again after the last incident.
My friend and I booked a double dorm room for the entire weekend, but my friend had some last minute changes and had to check in Saturday instead of Friday. Mind you, we paid for the separate beds for the entire weekend.
Friday night I came to find a stranger sleeping in our room. I thought that maybe he somehow managed to get a refund for the night he is not staying.
However, after he arrived, I quickly found out that he indeed paid for both nights, but the hostel has still placed someone else there for the night. Basically the hostel has rented the bed to two separate people for the same night.
I find this extremely unfair and went to confront the staff about it, saying that either (a) they should refund my friend for the night where they took someone else in, or (b) they should keep the bed free for the time it is paid for. The employee responded basically with “we are allowed to do this and there is nothing you can do about it”.
I am left speechless at this “sorry not sorry” attitude and will never come here again.

Cancelled my reservation the morning of, forcing me to scramble and make new plans. They send an email before arriving to the hostel though, so I guess that was convenient.

Very fancy hostel, clean rooms and bathroom. Very well situated and not too expensive. Stayed here two nights and in satisfied. I had forgotten my towel but you can rent ont for 3€50.

Very clean and spacious room. Recommend for solo, friends and family travelers.
There’s a mini coffee bar that you can get hot beverages and snacks.
I particularly loved the common area where there’s a spacious well equipped kitchen and there’s a comfortable area where you can work or sit with friends. They also have board games that you can enjoy.

A very nice hostel, I can only recommend super nice staff. Have felt very comfortable.

Very chic, well-kept rooms. The staff mega friendly. For a long time I was not so kind and courteously received and looked after. Hats off and on like that.
