the hotel has a good central location, it is about 5 to 10 min. From the main station / city center. The rooms are large and clean, the breakfast is rich, good and there is something for everyone. The staff is very friendly and always helpful, on arrival we also got a room on the quieter courtyard (booked to the street). A star deduction for the bright-hearted room, the showering of the room neighbor was absolutely not to be overheard ;).

Very "artsy" hotel with a very pleasant staff close to the center.

You will be received very friendly. Parking garage at the zoo just around the corner. To the city center 15minutes. Furnishing smonised and modern. Breakfast with €15, 00 me too expensive. Otherwise good value for money.

Simple simple hotel garni. Small bar, cozy rooms. And very friendly and competent staff at the reception.
Good prices and clean. Except for the wet cells there you should arrange a basic cleaning again. Since you can unfortunately already see the red mold there. * especially the joints.

Rather simple hotel. I looked up what the four stars actually mean, and it's a lot of little things that actually don't make a big difference for many people. We didn't even have a coffee/tea station in our room which I am used to even in very simple hotels. The stay was very nice though, quiet and the room was clean. The room service took our towels, although there's a sign that commends you to leave them on the holder to signal you want to use them again. We would have been fine with using up the open shower gel too and not get new ones, but I guess that's standard procedure. I find that the efforts to help the environment are rather short-sighted though. They could do more there.

The normal bin was not emptied and used glasses would not be replaced by clean glasses.

The reception by a female employee (manager) was rude, crude and instructive.
The hotel cannot recommend. Feedback was not adequately responded to. Facts were swapped. It is written that I was rude and already wanted to get into rooms at 10am. This is absolutely out of the truth. There are video footage of my reception. Countless comments from other customers describing the same (complaint about the manager). At the very least, hope that the headquarters of the hotel chain will proceed professionally and take measures for the satisfaction of other guests.

It beautiful Leipzig hotel in a central location. The hotel is very modern and is characterized by the many pictures. The images show actors and film scenes from famous blockbusters in colorful drawings. There is a bar where there is unfortunately not much going on. The breakfast buffet is fine. Unfortunately, the hotel lacks a spa area for the price, therefore only 4 stars. Suites are recommended from the view here and the size.

Very good hotel, each about a 5-minute walk to the HBF and the city centre. The ambience is friendly and open-minded, the breakfast buffet extensive and delicious. Rooms good as you might expect from 4 stars.

Huge spaces and nice terrace but the room felt super empty and dull. Not the nicest location directly by the road but directly next to the tram stop so super convenient to get where you need to go.

Dismissed for no reason — I have never experienced such a guest unkindness! Groups are not welcome, no solution is offered for families. My booking of two rooms was, despite availability, by the staff also cheeky and without giving reasons rejected with the statement "Find yourself another hotel… ". In the end, I was even threatened with the use of House Rules if I were to book. In spite of great interest and friendly inquiry, you feel unfairly treated and not welcome.

Wonderful hotel near to central station and zoo.

When I arrived at the hotel in the evening at 20 30 o'clock, nothing was going on there. Unfortunately, the lady at the reception also didn't really want to serve us. The feeling of wellbeing has unfortunately suffered. The location of the hotel is good. The rooms are small but nice.

With only about 10min running time to the central station, the hotel was in a very good location for me. The overall impression was very good, and also the room was very nice. However, the underground parking is very small and it is therefore quite difficult to get out there again.

Small room (booked as a comfort room) room cleaning defective (dirty cups on arrival, cosmetic wipes not replenished, floor only partially wiped, armchair full of crumbs and and and hints were not really taken seriously by the reception.

Wonderful kind of ambiance. And very friendly staff. Especially the hotel manager is always on the spot when questions have emerged. A very nice person. Thank you Mrs Zäcke. You're doing a great job. We had a lot of fun at the hotel. It was a very hospitable atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is also definitely recommended. It was all fresh and delicious. We had a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

The perfect hotel for a city break. Already on arrival we had a great welcome by the "Angels" of the reception and their general manager. The idea with the Christmas Angel seems to have pleased us very much and it was immediately noticed that the chemistry is right within the team. The rooms are very modern furnished and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was very varied and a great start to the day. Our little Nicholas surprise was especially good for us, too. We are looking forward to our night visit in Leipzig!

Nice hotel with great boss and team, the whole team greets you with a funny Christmas decorations and there was even a Santa Claus at the door. I've never had that before. All are very funny, it was really fun, room good, bed large and comfortable. The breakfast great, so much fresh fruit and they still have really fresh buns.

Very stylish Hotel, friendly staff, great rooms. The only negative point is the bad parking situation.

The location of the hotel is great as there are many restaurants and recreational activities nearby. Room was nice, unfortunately a small bathroom. Service was also good, any question could be answered.

The room was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Only the traffic was somewhat disturbing with the window open, as the main road to the zoo exactly passes by.

Always a good choice, nice, clean and quiet rooms…

I would just recommend this hotel in Leipzig to everyone. The staff is excellent. My husband and I felt very comfortable with you. No matter what the team/staff takes care of immediately. It wasn't long hesitant and we got a new room. The rooms are furnished with great attention to detail. The bed in full very cozy. That goes to the boss of the house… Stay as well as you are so love your guests.

Everything was fine, nice and tidy. Highly recommended for short stays.

The hotel is located quite close to city centre, just 11mins walk or one tram stop from the Hauptbahnhof. On arrival, the reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms are on five floors and we were booked in to one of the three penthouse rooms. Designated a "superior" by Mercure, the room has large floor-to-ceiling windows and the light is accentuated further by the predominantly white decor. Two French windows in the bedroom and one in the bathroom give direct access to the roof terrace (shared with the other two penthouses). Room facilities were as described on the booking website. The bathroom was large but lacked shelving or towel rails. Standards for housekeeping were good. Overall, the feeling is more "boutique" than "chain".

Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast with usual standards. I could here the noise from the road although the window was closed. Friendly staff.

Tolles Haus, ist immer eine Empfehlung wert.

Good location with a bit harder finding a parking space due to its proximity to the Zoo. Is feasible but still free. Otherwise not quite new but nice rooms. The courtyard is quiet, the side of the road is somewhat loud.

I can only say 5 star plus what the service goes!
A big thank you to Mr Nehring and Mrs. Rieger of the service, who themselves have given extraordinary effort and immediately answered all my questions and my concern extremely helpful to have care.

Suspected scam!
Have moved light beige carpet in the hallways. Whether the dirty weather we had leave a footprint of street shoes on, which in my opinion after drying just suck away should be. Could fly barely in the room! The hotel has extra 70 EUR (! ) us for this, incorrectly even with sales tax, although they have pointed out that it is not taxable compensation. NAUGHTY in my personal opinion, and stupid. I'm wondering whether there's system behind it!

The hotel is quite central next to railway station and zoo. 5 mins far away from city centre. Rooms are stylish, employees very friendly. Breakfast very good.

Very nice and spacious rooms.

One of the best hotels for the middle class and businessmen, the rooms are nicely decorated, there is modern furniture in each room and in the loft on the roof or in the tower, it is super spacious and has a super balcony with views of a small part of leipzig.

Large, very tastefully decorated rooms. Great rain shower in the bathroom. Everything is new. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Very friendly staff, proximity to the train station.
