Very nice ambience and the food is always pointed. Very friendly staff and a great hotel. But could once again tolerate a renovation. Price performance is for Oberwiesenthal o. K.

Again and again great. Whether as an overnight guest or just as a restaurant visitor. Individual requests are welcome. Everything takes place in a family atmosphere. Highly recommended. Thanks to the sauna and the ski-room well equipped for the winter holiday.

We were transferred to the Maple Hotel at Fichtelberg in the short term because the owner in the Mountain Inn forgot to book three double rooms for us. For three childless couples this was of course the absolute relocation to be rebooked into a family hotel, where one would have to pay a surcharge for the sauna and the car park also cost extra. The sauna in other hotel was also completely overflowing because the Maple hotel is ne mass handling. It was a complete insolence from the owner of the Mountain Inn… our nice cozy weekend trip was much more expensive and the rest and relaxation was hardly anything left.

After our snowshoe hike we returned to the new house. The dream of the house seemed cozy. The Czech service spoke good German. We waited a. 30 min for our food. I had sauerkraut, bratwurst and instead of boiled potatoes I wanted to Bratkartoffen. I have also readily received. The potatoes were great. The sausage I found a little dry by too long roasting. The sauerkraut was not bad, but slightly too mild for my taste and not smooth. Price was okay.

In the short term with 2 adults + 2 children dinner. Regional cuisine, extra menu for children. Top. Very friendly and helpful staff. Freshly prepared. Not very cheap… Price/performance fits ultimately though. Absolutely recommended.

We were after a very nice winter hike with a group of 15 people for lunch. The staff was very friendly, the food arrived briskly and was delicious! There is a very good selection. Can be recommended without reservation and is worth a visit!

We were out today with a snow wall and group to guest. A long not more such a friendly and very fun atmosphere in a pub is experiencing. Thanks for that, even if the spoon for the pasta with goulash we came to come again in any case!

Was on a motorcycle tour here and completely satisfied. Food was delicious and the host was very nice. Rooms are absolutely adequate for the purposes.

Room nice and clean, staff very different, from very friendly to disgruntled. The 2 stars are for solid home cooking. Breakfast was rather clear, for fried eggs had to be paid extra.

Great place and the owner and staff really created a familiar atmosphere. We stayed three nights and enjoyed superb food and beer surrounded by the mountains. Close drive to visit Karlsbad (30min). Hope to come back soon!

Clean and quite. Friendly crew. Good breakfast and dinner. But rooms are not modern unfortunately.

Well, beause of the lack of good recommended restaurants at oberwiesenthal we expect not very much. the owner serves loud and with less service skilles the coustomer. we get served to 90% with convenience food. Reminded me to schoolfood 10 years ago. the restaurant has a lovly and regional atmosphere. at this evening we wassnt the only people who asked for a recommendation for food. Plain and same answer from the waiter:" everything " billprize for 2 people. Around 35 € all in all. Plain OK.
