Very nice rooms. Very good fresh breakfast with everything you need. Conveniently and uncomplicated, I also find it very important. Nice people on the phone and at the reception. Really highly recommended.

We weren't there for the last time. The rooms are very tastefully decorated. The proximity to the airport is perfect.

As our plane did not fly we had to look for two children 9 and 12 in the middle of the night a hotel room. Briefly called at 00:30 and we were helped very nicely. Paid at the hotel vending machine and got the key for the room. We had a double room with an extra bed. The great child slept in it. The large bed was so large that we could sleep there one night without any problems to three. The design of the rooms is very well chosen. The bathroom is very modern (hints on improvement were given. ) Breakfast was delivered to the room the next morning and was more than adequate. Finally, the shuttle service arrived and took us to the airport for 5€.

Really good. Large rooms with a great bathroom. Giant TV for a hotel. Breakfast is perfectly ok. Free drinks in the room. However, you don't see staff. Even so, the service was impeccable. Unfortunately not a restaurant, but the recommendation was good. Wi-Fi is top!

Checked in at 1200 after 2 days of traveling, found out that there was no hot — shower and no heating. After sending 3 E-mails and 10 phone calls I finally got a hold of someone and they said they would send someone to fix it. That person in question only arrived 10min before I left approx 7 hours later! And that person was only informed 30min prior his arrival to the hotel. If I could give it a 0/5 I would.

Great Wi-Fi conection, nice nature around and you do not need to go far away from your apartment to get keys.

Booking was simple and uncomplicated. The confirmation was swift. I had indicated my arrival at 03:30. Unfortunately, I and three other customers stood in front of closed gates until 03:50 on the day of departure. Calls to landlines were unsuccessful. The phone was turned off. Luckily, we found a solution with another operator. Sorry, but my confidence has been lost in P365.

Super service I like to come back when I fly away from Leipzig.
