Guest opinions about the staff are divided. Many describe the employees as very friendly, helpful, and polite, particularly highlighting assistance with booking cancellations and breakfast service. Many guests note that the hotel closely resembles a hospital or clinic due to its sterile, long corridors, lack of coziness, and the presence of old medical signs such as "Sonography" or "Department Description". Despite being clean, the setting feels cold, impersonal, and uninviting. Certain areas of the building remain cordoned off, creating an unusual impression.

Pets are allowed, making the hotel suitable for owners of skittish dogs due to its secluded location away from the city. However, one guest described the pet fee of 15 euros per day as outrageously high.

Yes, the hotel is suitable for such guests, as the building is a former rehabilitation clinic, and the rooms along with the bathrooms are equipped to accommodate wheelchair users.
