Today we were guests at the Chemnitz Hof. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and for the good of all of us, which they did extremely well. Thank you for this great day.

The Chemnitz Hof is a beautiful hotel steeped in tradition. Our room was large, as was the bathroom and both very clean. Also the staff is very friendly.
Our criticism concerns breakfast, so we were very dissatisfied with that. Because of the Corona editions, there was no buffet but breakfast was served at the table. On arrival we got a note, on which you could tick what you want as breakfast. On the first morning we were brought the buns after 20 min and three times. My scrambled eggs also came to the table ice-cold on demand. None of the service personnel asked if everything was okay or if we might be. Want another coffee or tea. The next morning it wasn't much better. Some of the ordered items were missing and no one was visible from the service, we gave up and found ourselves with the conditions for the next few days.

The stay has been wonderful.
The room was clean. Very large and bright.
Positive energy was felt.
The staff is very nice. And I would like to note the animal-friendliness in particular.
There is also a small park next to the hotel where you can go directly with your pet Gassi.

We were impressed by the very good Service and gastronomic offer throughout the ball for 185. Anniversary of the dance school Köhler — Schimmel. The event was organized top. This hotel used to be a well-kept 4-star hotel, now an average conference hotel. No more minibars in the comfort rooms, in the past there were chocolates, some fruit and a bottle of wine, today a bottle of water. The breakfast buffet was extremely lean, no black tea, no tea water, the rolls on a working day at 08.10 o'clock soft and not crispy. Large rooms, everything was clean and also quiet. The facilities in the room are tasteful and modern. Only the entrance area is a bit old-fashioned. Staff was super friendly! Would come back!

Small rooms. Reception was not friendly and helpful. Bar was unoccupied and the staff completely ignored one. Minibar was missing completely. The church next door, of course, is not always quiet either.

We had arrived for a short Trip in the Chemnitz Yard. Very good Hotel with a super great Starting point for public Life. Whether Opera, Centre or. All Top. Public Transport right on your Doorstep. Thus, CARS independently. :) :) :)
The Hotel has a very friendly competent Staff in all Hotel Areas. Always open, friendly and always correct. We will be very happy to get back to it.

Nice room, good and rich breakfast buffet. However, the rooms to the street are very noisy, due to the non-existent air conditioning you have to open the windows. The house is very clean, has comfortable rooms and is located directly in the centre of Chemnitz. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and is always approachable. For Breakfast lovers, no wishes remain open. A special treat is the lovingly restored historical atmosphere. Very good city hotel. A little old-fashioned from the outside, but the rooms are renovated and clean. The Breakfast is also very good, only the Service could be a little more on Zack.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Top Equipment! The house itself but already a few years old. However, I can only recommend it to anyone! Price/performance are in a very good ratio. Also very centrally located in the city right next to the Opera House. Great scenery!

Food and location very good. Toilets have extremely stunk.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and tidy. Only minor downside is the bedding isn't the most comfortable as you'd expect. Also it's located right next to a church which rings it's bell every hour on the hour so if your a light sleeper you'll be up every hour through the night.

We were invited to a wedding. The ambiance is chic. The food was very wholesome. The service was somewhat sluggish and disinterested.

I had dinner here and it was delicious. Super nice waitress had and a great praise to the kitchen. I'd love to come back. Just a dream.

Rooms were only recently innovated, with good taste. Staff was great. And the hotel restaurant was excellent! probably the best fillet steak I had in years!

Great hotel. Unfortunately we needed a medical doctor and the lady from the reception did everything she could and more than that to find us a specialist doctor. Super service!

Bus parking directly at the hotel. Unfortunately also a church next to the hotel, the bells bimmeln constantly. Free Wi-Fi via hotspot of Telekom: okay, but somewhat slow.

In April, the annual swing ball is a highlight. This fits perfectly with the style of the House.
