Very nice, centrally located hotel directly at the kurpark. Staff super friendly, rooms clean and cozy. The breakfast buffet is very appealing and offers a wide selection. Overall, an ideal starting point to explore the beautiful area with all its sights.
We will definitely come back ❤️

About 2 years ago were in this hotel and now write why now, because now when was in many different hotels can say that SUPER hotel is only recommended. Wants to come back. Everything perfect, this is 4 star hotel. Did I like a lot and can recommend:-)

Very old fashioned, run down hotel close to the lovely Kurpark.

Breakfast 17 EUR! How many buns do you have to eat? 10EUR underground parking and in addition to the room price for very small, very old rooms. And the reception has no buck at all on customers and their questions. The only big advantage. Is unbeatable central therefore two stars.

Were here from 18.08. To 19.08.2018. Pretty moderate. Unfortunately very modest service, both at breakfast (no service at all) and at the counter (snippy). The successful view at breakfast at the spa park is very quickly made grumpy by the fact that one quickly sits in a swarm of flies, since no one comes and clears dirty dishes. The room was very badly cleaned and the towels were stained. A total of 154€ for two people with breakfast far too expensive. This is an official price for so little performance. For this, you can find accommodation in big cities in much higher-end hotels. The name Agate "Premium" should surely be re-arranged here. Too bad and disappointing.

Nice employees. Unfortunately, price performance is not right at all. Very old décor and the rooms including bathroom are not good in shot.

Cosy Hotel right next to The spa Park. Very nice and helpful Staff. Is currently undergoing a partial renovation.

Nice hotel … in the middle of the city … pool well. Room large. Bath well. Super and staff super nice.

We had booked a queen superior double room, we got a small single room where we still had to take care of additional towels and pillows or bed covers. Not recommended.
Breakfast, on the other hand, was excellent, total no longer like 2 stars.

We really liked it. Great bathroom with walk-in shower. Beautiful views of the spa park.

Our room on the third floor had a small balcony from which we had views of the spa gardens and the ground-floor winter garden. The room was spacious the beds had very good mattresses two armchairs a small table Frenseher and an air conditioning, in the bathroom there was also everything you would expect all of them it has already been in the years and would need to be refurbished, likewise the Carpet in the room less liked stains etc.
To the staff I can say all were very friendly and accommodating our three course menu was not that we had imagined soup very thin, main dish meat only moderately warm and greasy, as dessert was offered to the gods this we did not want it was us Then a sorbet offered in three different flavors which was very tasty. The breakfast was good and the food was great.
In the total impression I can rate this hotel with good value and recommend it to anyone.

Rooms are OK. Food is unfortunately only of canteen quality. The staff in the restaurant area is very friendly. At the reception unfortunately not always.

Room small. Lunch quality modest and to my liking too small portions and the price not justified.
No vending machine for overnight guests so it must be overpriced by the bar to buy drinks when not on the man.

Nice place to stay. The downside was the charge of the car parking.

A bit of a year old room with stains on the carpet from otherwise clean. Small but beautiful wellness area with a non-heated swimming pool. Breakfast for 17 euros was really great. There was really everything (tomato juice, cake, raisin wake etc)

Nice hotel in the middle of town ideal for a weekend trip room are clean. The table floors and the sanitary facilities in the 2 building have already been a little bit over the years. Restaurant bar and breakfast room very well maintained and cozy staff also very accommodating.

Business hotel with large rooms and great breakfast buffet. If you're lucky, you get a room overlooking the Park.
