➜ Furnishing hotel gets only 1 star. Breakfast room also only 1 star. The Hotel Wiedfriede gets a total of 4 stars, because we were allowed to bring our dog, it is always well visited with nice guests, it is picturesquely located on the Wied, has a nice terrace, friendly service and above all: THE ESSEN VERY GOOD IS. We come back for the food we can take on the inviting terrace with dog and then know that our car is well parked in the spacious free parking lot, while we can only fall into bed after a few steps. We'll be back. If a room is available again at our time of travel. Reservations better 3 months in advance, because many people appreciate the location, tranquility and the good food.
➜ Room very old, but tidy. Breakfast ok, food good and service friendly. Beer garden good and the location very decentralized. Sufficient for a motorcycle tour.

Stayed 4 days here — we liked very much! Good breakfast buffet and a not so lavish menu but very tasty dishes. The giant prawns, trout and grill plate are highly recommended. The room was well maintained and the room service excellent. We will be happy to come back.
