Super tasty the table buffet today.

We were there last weekend, we had a very nice clean room with jacuzzi. The food was delicious, unfortunately you had to point out allergies again although you had stated it before. The staff very friendly and the boss was friendly to us. The spa was small, the booked massage great and the lady in the spa was very friendly. We booked the wellness weekend for 2 people and really got something for our money. We can only recommend it and will certainly go there again in the next few years.

I work here as a chef in this beautiful hotel it is located just outside the city you have here modern furnished rooms with Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house. There is also a spa area with a sauna and other beauty treatments. The restaurant has a good bourgeois cuisine with many seasonal and regional products.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast buffet was sufficient. The location of the hotel is very quietly located on a vineyard, but contrary to the pictures on the Internet not with a view of the Moselle.

Nice hotel, staff very friendly, rooms clean and nicely furnished, breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, dinner very good and allergy sufferers are very much considered, we spent a very nice weekend there.

The hotel is fine, the room was quiet, although the view of the backyard was not so nice. We have the view of the vineyards above. The breakfast was very tasty and good. The selection was great.

Clean, male manager I would assume was extremely rude, and unhelpful. We booked online for family of 4 — with the children not needing a bed. When we arrived they only had it for two adults. They than told me they sorted it out for two doubles — I asked if it was a bigger room she said yes — for us to check in and find it was two separate rooms. When we tried to than cancel the manager was soooo rude. And blamed me for not understanding its two single beds in two separate rooms & he refused to let us cancel or pay a cancellation fee and get out of the reservation. It was completely unreasonable & terrible service! For a family — or more than two people I would highly recommend anywhere else in town!

A very nice hotel, well-kept, attentive ladies and gentlemen of the service. The rooms spacious and well furnished. We were there as a cycling group, had our own separate dining room, which was very pleasant to us. Hotel is located very quietly in a residential area. All in all fit.

This is a beautiful hotel that is increasingly frequented by older guests. The rooms are beautiful, but a bit old (some have already been renovated). The breakfast buffet is very good. There's a lot of choice and it's high quality. However, the service is miserable: Unfriendly, messy and not particularly helpful. When we complained that the room stank so much of smoke that it was impossible for us to stay overnight in it, we were only told that smoking was forbidden in the rooms. Not particularly helpful. Until we got a new room where it didn't stank as if someone had smoked chain in bed, we had to discuss a lot back and forth. In the end, however, we got a freshly covered room. We also had to book breakfast three times to have breakfast at all. Organizationally, this was not a gloss achievement. The hotel is not the hammer, but there is no better thing in Güls.

The picture shows the terrace on the left, where you can sit and eat. Prima. The picture also shows the windows of the rooms, which point directly to the terrace. Those who would like to hear the loud laughter of the guests on the terrace (or even until Ultimo sits on the terrace) should book one of these rooms.

Convenient parking, room was on the smaller side, but had everything you need. Staff were helpful and efficient.

We are still speechless, as was handled at the reception with guests! At checkin, in case of inquiries etc. The tone was inappropriate. We have the weekend of the 20th of 4. On 22.4.18 spent there, we were a round of gentlemen (ages 30 to 51). The staff at the reception was very rude and uncooperative. We really travel a lot, but we've never been treated like that! The hotel itself was nice and is also its 4 * value. Good breakfast, nice rooms, quiet location and yet close to Koblenz (4, 5 km). I am writing this review on behalf of my Friend (Oliver Field) who unfortunately does not have a Google account. We find that you also have to write such things and hopefully the management of the hotel reads this review and knows this employee that you can not handle in such a tone with hotel guests.

Very clean rooms and always friendly staff. A special compliment to the kitchen. Special requests were made with great care. Around ei very nice stay.

Hotel is located a little away from Koblenz in a traffic-calmed zone. The rooms, or the room I got, was large and very well equipped. Double bed, lcd TV, free Wi-Fi, parking right outside the door, big bathroom, desk. Since I am still working in the evening, WLAN is very important to me. At the reception I was asked if I have any wishes. The colleague at the reception was new, but very competent. He showed me the way to the room and explained everything. But he also said that he's new and if I need info he's going to bring a colleague. I think it's exemplary. The only thing I have to complain about. I had a room to the vineyard. So Gray view. In summer the vineyards are definitely good, but at the present time grey. I'll rate the breakfast tomorrow. Right now I'm very happy. If I get this room every week, I'll check in here by the end of the year.

The room was very nice! Everything clean and tidy for a dinner it is definitely also highly recommended! The selection of the breakfast is very large. Ergo: Something for everyone is happy again!

Great service, very good food and rooms are well kept and clean. For me the only drawback was a too hard mattress. All in all recommended.

The only good thing about this hotel is the Breakfast. We stayed here for a weekend and it was till now the worst experience for a wellness weekend. Everything is overpriced.

I organized a meeting of 13 people in this hotel. The votes up front and the organization were promising.
On the spot, unfortunately, a number of things were a little different. The meeting room seemed "makeshift, " such as Hing a giant chandelier in front of the canvas, so the view from the back rows was partly difficult. Unfortunately, this could not be solved on site by a change of space either, as all the alternatives were in the way of renovation. We were not told about this when booking.
Further points to be clarified have arisen during the course (positions booked on the total bill without agreement, more calculated than calculated conference packages). In addition, a room could not be canceled due to short-term illness. This is certainly so accurate but annoying and I have experienced much more flexibly in other hotels when travelling with a larger group.
Following the event, I tried to resolve the open questions and summarized them by e-mail. After more than 10 days I remembered, after two weeks there was still no answer. In response to telephone demand, I was then advised that my contact person is back today for the first day (no absence assistant, no forwarding, no handling of customer concerns? ). This is very unsatisfactory in my perception in the spirit of the customer. The criticism regarding this point did not want to be heard on the phone, but was further justified by the conversion, the emergency occupation and the absence.

Somewhat secluded but hospitable and great breakfast make this good again. Although champagne reception is not for everyone, the wellness area is recommended, clean and well maintained.

On the second floor in the hallway reeked of silicon, the hotel room, is quiet with medium sized TV, and large desk, large enough and has a generous bathroom, with towel warmer, unfortunately the rooms are perfumed, the night entrance is not suitable for wheelchairs, And the elevator is not like at the reception desk at 24h but at 11pm, breakfast too expensive a comparable performance is available in other hotels for half the price, the cooking zone was never occupied on all days so the one not even the hotel usual standard breakfast Got! The restaurant, ranked in a tasteful, excellent, until can go back to the kitchen, the starter, liver salad, was excellent the best I have eaten in my life, and from the crowd already almost too much. We have to reserve a table on Saturdays for Sunday noon 12 o'clock. The phone said we'd like to be there at 45 a. M. This was not a good decision. What took us the pleasure of a delicious meal something. Unfortunately, my ordered vegetables were not exactly what I told him. The food is good and the staff try to do a good job despite the stressed boss.
I can imagine that you have a lot of work to do. But a tip. Take a time out, or get competent help. We would love to come back and eat well in a relaxed atmosphere.

Establishment where we have been going for many years. Refined establishment where you will not be disappointed.

Good beds. Nice, quiet location and nice terrace. Good restaurant. Though the service from most male employees is very crappy. The manager was walking around being cranky all the time. He bluntly wanted to send away guests because their credit card didn't work, without giving them the opportunity to check with their bank first. They forgot to enable their new credit card and after enabling it they could book, but no sorry whatsoever. I received a wrong order from the restaurant, but got the question of In wanted to keep it. I did because I wanted some food after the long trip and I already cut the meat. They charged me the extra costs afterwards. After notifying them they still let me pay the extra. 4 Star hotel? No! The service from the woman was good though.

We had a smaller room, no a/c, but the hotel was very nice and had a great example of German breakfast. Found plenty of restaurants in this town on the Mosel river.

Very good food, nice staff. Big Plus for the two Restaurants. Hotel rooms a little bit too much of the 80s. Beds are very soft, huge pillows. Prices are relatively high.

Very delicious food and friendly Service. The renovated rooms are also very nice. On my last stay (in early 2011), however, were still not all rooms renovated. When you eat, but you can't go wrong … everything is always good.
