Amazing service and very pleasant and kind staff.

Very nice room. With well-functioning air conditioning. The luggage was brought into the room unsolicited. Everything like a superior hotel. Nothing, but nothing to complain about.

Simple hotel. Breakfast sa clearly. That's why we had breakfast in the city. In 5min you are at the first shops. In 12 to 15 you are walking at the German corner.

Charming hotel. Staff was very nice. We had to leave before 5.30 am and they made an exception for our small group and had a wonderful breakfast ready for us at 5. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of major attractions. Would stay there again!

Absolutely the last the beds impossible when the partner gets up wips the mattress and the other gets awake, the wall lamps are a danger to children or the person sleeping there when they approach in the dark sometimes with outstretched arm of the candle version down there partly the Seek out wires (electric shock hazard) also the advertised buffet is a better breakfast and in the name buffet a joke we have to leave the hotel and go to our favorite hotel in Lahnstein … Wyndham Garden rebooked and even paid €80 less with dinner and breakfast … At Hotel Brenner we had to book this … Never again. Too bad but better so.

Have left something in the room and it is not sent to me with the statement that nothing could be found. Who travels with two tops and comes home with one after the other at the bathroom door remains, however, can certainly claim not to be depending on Alzheimer's and wish the new owner all the best. Thanks, exactly what you want when you are on a business trip and in the stress. And by the way, it was a gift from my husband, which I appreciated very much. Have fun with it.

Don't leave anything in the room. They wont send it back saying, nothing was found. Allthough you can tell them the exact location where you left the item. Very disapointed, since the service was amazing first. This is not the way to treat guests who may forget something during stressful business travel weeks.

Attention, do not leave anything, be plugged in! I called within 24h after my departure, and asked for a piece of clothing which I had forgotten. It is a gift that my husband had given me before my trip to the wedding day, which meant a lot to me (also you can't buy it anymore. ) The friendly lady at the reception had requested extra in the maid, but was supposedly found nothing. Too bad, since I could even call the exact hook in the room where it hung.
Actually, I noticed the hotel so positively that I would exceptionally take the time for an evaluation, a very good one. But this is simply the last thing you need in the stress as a professional traveller! Am really sad and disappointed! Congratulations to the new owner, Karma comes back.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff and a very pleasant atmosphere. The food is great, for me there is no reason to complain.

We stayed at the hotel Brenner for a day as we wanted to explore Koblenz. So we took the comfort room. The rooms and the beds are very clean. You fell asleep right away! The house has a lift. Above all, we would like to thank the nice Indian gentleman for his particularly friendly and courteous way! The hotel is centrally located and all sights, bars, restaurants are within walking distance! The hotel also has a parking lot! This year we are back in Koblenz and will definitely be a guest at the Hotel Brenner! Oh and the breakfast was also very delicious. It was abundant for everyone what was there.

With my parents and sisters we spent a wonderful weekend in the hotel Brenner. The breakfast buffet did not leave any wishes open and the rooms were large and very clean. We had both rooms to the garden, these were very quiet. ´ is the hospitality of the chief Michaela Dietz and of Mr. Suresh Dwivedi, thank you very much! We felt completely at ease and were in the eye to come back next year.

Very clean hotel, nice rooms and super nice and courteous staff. The breakfast is rich and tasty, everything is filled up quickly from the beginning to the end of the Frühstuckszeiten.
We were there with our 8 month old daughter and we felt all around well and welcome! The staff and the Great House Mistress did everything possible! The staircase in the entrance area was never a problem thanks to the staff:)
The location is good, within walking distance you are right in the city centre or On the Christmas markets.
Price/performance is absolutely fine.
We would love to come back!

I always loved the friendliness of the staff and the charm of the décor. Although remodeling measures are currently taking place, it is now already recognizable that in summer 2018auch will be cozy in the garden. Pleasant alternative to the big impersonal hotel chains.

My friends and I were from 26.09. — 29.09.2017 in the hotel Brenner. The hotel is only recommended because it is a hotel with heart. In the morning we were greeted with a smile, the service was top, always friendly and helpful staff. If we were to go to Koblenz again, then only in the hotel Brenner. Thanks for 4 beautiful days.

We stayed there for only one night and it was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and fun. Breakfast was great. The array of breakfast foods was incredible and so tasty.
The rooms were spacious and clean. Very quiet neighborhood so sleeping was nice.

Just spent five days at Hotel Brenner on a visit to sing at the Rhein Mosel Halle with the Koblenz Musik institut. The hotel is stylish and has a boutique feel. The breakfast room is particularly pleasant. The hosts were charming, very helpful and had a good sense of humour. It's in a great location near the train station in a quiet part of town but within easy walk of the centre. Only one thing missing — a bar!

Nice Hotel with lovingly decorated rooms and a beautiful Breakfast room. The location is Central to explore well-suited to the old town. We were welcomed friendly and we felt comfortable. The Hotel we can recommend.

It's a pretty clean spacious place the staff is welcoming smiling available.

Very comfortable beds, breakfast was a touch above the norm for this kind of hotel, with homemade jams and such. Beautiful little garden. Not to far away from city centre and close to the railway station.

The hotel is decorated in a classic style. The entrance is not accessible. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good and rich.

We have just enjoyed a few days in Koblenz.
The Hotel is superb. And the staff are extremely helpful and very welcoming.
Thank you and will recommend anyone to stay here.
And very central to many sights and attractions.

Nice hotel. Quick walk to old city center. Helpful reception staff. Elevator. Parking is on street (paid) or in garage 7 for 24 hrs. Room was huge. I got a nice view of the back garden. Very very nice.
