Review of GHOTEL hotel & living Koblenz 3*

My favorite hotel in Koblenz. The building is very modern and is located directly at Koblenz and the Bus station. So you are also walking very close to the city centre. The rooms are very clean. You can Park in the underground car Park (for a fee). In each room there is a flat screen TV with free Sky program. The bathroom is very modern and functional. A star I pull off to the Hotel to motivate in 2 areas better. Would be the One time an Upgrade of the available Wi-Fi speed is really good, at peak times it is already noticeably slow. On the Other you don't notice it really make a difference as a regular guest to guests for the first time since. Now this is perhaps "complain" at a high level, especially as the staff are always friendly, but after now already very many Nights, the handling is just as anonymous as the first stay. In other Hotels there are "loyalty" programs is the one of the one or the other is convenience to bring and you can tell when the telephone book is already on the return of regular guest, this I miss something here. Especially since the question "Were you already a guest with us? " and the subsequent explanation of the underground car Park at an easy view into the Computer are eliminated. As I said, nothing serious, but this would be still potential for improvement. I particularly want to mention the excellent Breakfast, this exceeds loose the deal in other, more expensive Hotels will be provided. Keep it up!
