Modern, young hotel. Clean rooms and also the team is top. Whether reception or service, everyone is friendly and very helpful. So the stay becomes a pleasure. The breakfast was also very rich and there was something for everyone! The distance to the Deutsches Eck is also only 1 km away and therefore easy to reach on foot and in 5 min you are on the Rhine.

Centrally located hotel. The rooms are a bit small, but well equipped. The staff is very accommodating and the breakfast for 12 euros per person really very good. Unfortunately there is only a smaller window to the bus station, you have to run the air conditioning in summer.

Nice and so close to the train and bus stations. Good breakfast friendly staff. Good Wi-Fi too.

Very clean and modern rooms, the bathroom especially was nice with a great shower (good water pressure and heat). Free water and Wi-Fi (but the Wi-Fi is a little difficult to access). Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a good hotel very near the main station.

This hotel is located at the train station, but it's not bad. The very friendly reception to the room was fully in line with our expectation. Just the same as breakfast. … 5 stars … We like to come back.

Fairly nice, close to train station. Decent breakfast. Not a ton of character but the rooms in back are very quiet. AC did not seem to work and on warm nights opening the window did not help much. Room was very clean and good service.

Clean and modern furnished room with safe, air conditioning and television. Location very close to the main train station in Koblenz with shopping facilities nearby. Approx. 25 min. Walk to the German corner. Parking in the underground garage directly under the hotel with elevator to the lodge. Very rich breakfast buffet with everything your heart desires.

The hotel is a relatively new and modern house. The rooms are spacious, very clean and of simple elegance, as is the bathroom. With approx. 200 m distance to Koblenz Hauptbahnhof, it is ideally suited for a stopover, and of course for longer stays as well. The sleep quality was very good.
The staff is nice and accommodating. Taking baggage before the check-in time was no problem. Everything very pleasant.

The hotel is located in the city centre of Koblenz opposite the main train station. Parking spaces are available in the underground garage (for an additional fee).
The décor of the house is bright and friendly, the hotel makes a very clean and well-kept impression.
We were at a birthday party in Koblenz and decided on the central location and the good reviews for the GHotel and we were not disappointed. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the breakfast buffet did not leave any wishes open, the staff were friendly. Top!

Very nice clean Hotel, the Rooms are quiet and well equipped, you will always find a small Detail which beautifies the Stay e. G. A folded Triangle on the Toilet Paper:) The Underground Car park has direct Access to the Hotel. Price performance is right. Happy again.

Mr Biehl's reception was very warm, competent and friendly. The first impression is very good, through the parking garage of the Bhf you can easily get to the hotel lobby by elevator. Simply practical in bad weather, but also so very useful to park there for €9, €50 per day as there are no parking spaces around, only for a short time.
People's train is this hotel the best, it is about 2min from the train station.
The view goes to the station forecourt and to the street, but which cannot be heard from the volume.
They furnishing the rooms could be a bit more contemporary, it is carpeted from which I personally always find very unsanitary and not suitable for allergy sufferers. Mattresses are medium in size and not soft.
A beautiful large window front is very pleasant because the room is beautifully bright as a result.
Windows can be opened, there is no air conditioning.
Bedding is feather free. Unfortunately carpets in the rooms, everywhere!
Heating is remotely controlled.
For special cost form, try to make everything possible for breakfast, if you register it beforehand, it is always better.
Breakfast buffet is available for £12p.
The buffet is very nicely prepared, very good selection. Everything you need for a good breakfast.

Super hotel, staff very friendly. The location is optimal. The rooms clean, modern. Breakfast left nothing to be desired. If we are in Koblenz again, it is at the GHotel.

Nice hotel. I liked the room well, a bit unimaginative, but okay. Better than average! Would come back. Breakfast was also perfectly okay, gave everything was one so eats.

Very good city hotel, very friendly staff, new bright facilities. Very rich breakfast offer. Lots of staff, clean but relatively small rooms, comfortable beds with sometimes high-quality mattresses. All top, central location but still quiet.

Have booked the hotel for two nights and were more than positively surprised by the price/performance ratio. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Staff was friendly at all times, the rooms clean, modern and in good condition and the breakfast also top. We have stayed much worse for more money in 4-star homes. We would like to come back to Koblenz again.

The GHotel in Koblenz is a beautiful and centrally located hotel with friendly staff and beautiful uniform modern rooms with comfortable beds. Rich and fresh breakfast. A visit is worthwhile over and over again and it's always nice to be here.

We chose this hotel as a starting point for our hike on the Rhine trail and were extremely satisfied with the location and the facilities of the rooms. The staff was very helpful and the location of the hotel for a visit to the old town of Koblenz simply ideal.
The house is highly recommended, as also the location to the train station is ideal.

There is no fitness center otherwise everything is good.

My second time staying here. The hotel is next to the train station which makes it super convenient for travelers. Downtown is about 20 min walk. On my first stay my Dusseldorf bound train terminated service at this station so had no choice but to stay here. On my second stay while visiting customers I decided to give this hotel another try. Room is standard, no iron in the room but plenty of flies. Hotel staff had the excuse that the window was open but when I walked in it was closed so cleaning staff just ignored the flies. First stay was great, second stay left little to be desired. One redeeming factor is their breakfast. It's actually better than most places I've stayed.

Great location about 100 metres from the station, walking distance to the river for nice evening walks and not too far from city centre room spacious and clean.

Very good hotel, clean rooms. Room size could be larger (and I am not comparing to US standards but European standards). Bathrooms well equipped (hair dryer, very good shower head, sufficient space around the washing basin; maybe more towel racks would be useful. Breakfast overpriced, so we got it elsewhere. Our room was next to the lift, so not the quietest but this might differ depending on the room location. Service good, free mineral water on the room, no mini-bar. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel (room, corridors, lobby area). Location very handy right next to main railway station (but still quiet and no train noise). Would go there again if in Koblenz.

My favorite hotel in Koblenz. The building is very modern and is located directly at Koblenz and the Bus station. So you are also walking very close to the city centre. The rooms are very clean. You can Park in the underground car Park (for a fee). In each room there is a flat screen TV with free Sky program. The bathroom is very modern and functional. A star I pull off to the Hotel to motivate in 2 areas better. Would be the One time an Upgrade of the available Wi-Fi speed is really good, at peak times it is already noticeably slow. On the Other you don't notice it really make a difference as a regular guest to guests for the first time since. Now this is perhaps "complain" at a high level, especially as the staff are always friendly, but after now already very many Nights, the handling is just as anonymous as the first stay. In other Hotels there are "loyalty" programs is the one of the one or the other is convenience to bring and you can tell when the telephone book is already on the return of regular guest, this I miss something here. Especially since the question "Were you already a guest with us? " and the subsequent explanation of the underground car Park at an easy view into the Computer are eliminated. As I said, nothing serious, but this would be still potential for improvement.

Perfect location, perfect Service, fair price, what more could you want?

Although we had no regular Breakfast, but the room, service and location, very Central, great.

The rooms are modernly furnished and very clean. The staff is super friendly. Unfortunately, no own (n) Garage /Parking, the proximity of the TG cost significantly extra. Wi-Fi is chargeable, should, today, actually, as Standard in this price range. The Breakfast is good. Who the train comes and no Internet is fully in the right place.

Modern furnished, Central location, near the train station, everything is clean and a water welcome drink in your room: everything Fits, great! Nowadays, however, should a free Wi-Fi access "obligation" — and a free Parking would be also not bad.

Stayed here on a recent trip, the rooms were nice and clean, the hotel is conveniently located next to the main train station. Staff are also friendly and pleasant, will stay here again.

It all fit. You can't say except "Super".
