Wifi really bad, Breakfast under normal standard, and personal was never there.
Even the bar was closed.
Parking is hell.
Will not come here again.

The location of the hotel is very nice. Those who are lucky enough to get a room to the Lahn have a wonderful view.
The breakfast is nothing special, standard.
Parking is possible in the car park around the corner for 10€ a day.
The restaurant Estragon is highly recommended on the ground floor.
Disadvantage of the house are the reception times. I didn't like the only time it was occupied from 3 p. M. To 10 p. M.

We have slept in this hotel very well room has an extra for with a small anteroom so you hear nothing our room went to the mountain side of the balcony then even just on this mountain side and is very close to the other balconies who stays longer the man that disturb and was that completely unproblematic the beds are very very good and best was the extraordinarily cooperative and helpful reception ist in the evening he even made us the sauna even longer andee has shown the room before a very very good Concierge. Very friendly and courteous reception, attractive breakfast and neat rooms. The attached restaurant "Estragon" can be saved, as there are restaurants in the vicinity with more friendly staff and better value for money.

Beautiful, small hotel. Very clean, neat and nicely decorated. Breakfast delicious and sufficiently available. Lahnblick rooms have the more beautiful view, but the rooms are quieter to the mountain side. Absolute recommendation.

Great family run hotel with sauna and Herrausragendem service. Had already been there twice and filled us welcome and very well.

Centrally, nice, modern, cosy ambience.
My room was modern, spacious and well kept. The view (back), with balcony less beautiful, but does not diminish the very good overall impression!
The view from the breakfast room is really nice!
The breakfast had a large selection, it was nicely presented, there was fresh fruit salad and the friendly ladies asked whether anything was needed and also provided enough choice.
Each of the staff is very friendly, accommodating and always has a smile left over.
The sauna area is very well maintained, sufficiently spacious and above all there was plenty of water available!
In the house there is a bar and a nice restaurant with a view of the beautiful houses in bad EMS.
In my opinion a recommendation that deserves 5 *!

A very cosy hotel and an enchanting breakfast. The hotel is very central and is located opposite the Lahn.
Parking facilities are also available but must look for man on the other side and against a kleinenaufpreis.

We are very satisfied. We had a room to the mountain. View is NE mountain wall, but super quiet. The breakfast was also perfect. It was also delicious.

Good service. Nice location on the river Lahn. In the connected local tarragon you can eat well. Modern appearance in the old spa.

Location is great, parkinggarage around the corner, the place is clean and breakfast is ok. Rooms are spacious, view on the river is nicr from the balcony, very small shower.

Schönes Hotel, tolles Frühstück, Personal freundlich. Aussicht (wenn nicht straßenseitig) leider nicht schön, Einrichtung der Zimmer könnte durchdachter gelöst sein.

Location in the Centre of bad EMS, within walking distance to the promenade on the river Lahn, Casino and downtown. We felt there very well.

Very friendly and Top positioned Team. The ladies and gentlemen in the FO area, we have all desires fulfilled. The rooms are very nice and large. The Breakfast is for a 3 star Hotel very good, I would however, as a guest, Breakfast is served until 11 PM. The HKP could in some areas more thoroughly (there was a stain on the mirror, not seen). Well-kept Hotel with very attentive, friendly staff. Very good price/performance ratio, balconies, roof terrace and excellent Restaurant "Estragon" (recommended by the Michelin guide). Location in the centre of Bad Ems, within walking distance to the Promenade on the Lahn river, casino and city centre. We felt very comfortable there.

The Restaurant is very good.

Apparently the recently-renovated Hotel offers a kind of city in the province. The rooms are stylish, bright and clean and the view of the river Lahn and the Spa itself is worth seeing in the Winter.
