Beautiful ambience, everything has been furnished and decorated with love.

It was a fantastic weekend. Sauna, hotel and staff were just great. We will definitely be back. Thank you Monte mare.

Both at Schliersee and Andernach we spent nice, relaxed hours!
The service was always courteous and the facilities extremely well maintained.

Very nice Hotel and great sauna area.
However, the restaurant in the sauna had on two evenings in a row from 19.30 h only 2 dishes on the menu. That was a pity. It would have been nice if the restaurant had stayed up longer and had more food to choose from or had been in stock.
Especially if you stay in the hotel it is a pity; if there is no food in the evening.

Normally we have visited the sauna regularly for years, but what we had to experience yesterday was under all the sow! Old regulars who think they have to talk loudly in the sauna, make sexist sayings to other guests (! ) as well as make pleas to the staff. Although they have complained, nothing has changed! For what purpose does the Quasselsauna serve? Why are signs hanging everywhere that indicate that you are calm?! But unfortunately it went further. In the relaxation rooms, packed lunches were unpacked, which of course was not checked by anyone. You don't know where to sit down to relax. But that wasn't all, unfortunately. At the next infusion there were again some who had to knock my sayings, this time at Ballermann level. And again the same employee who again did not react! Then we even complained at the top of the till and what was the answer?!
" Sorry, what am I supposed to do, I wasn't there. "
I'll make a suggestion. How about preventing such things — especially sexist statements?!? How about throwing out people who don't know how to behave, so that others might be able to relax and rest?!
But unfortunately after 3 times complaining nothing did anything and then we packed our things and drove early. If they tolerate such a clientele and such regular seampers, then please. Unfortunately, this is no longer the right place for those who are looking for peace and relaxation!

Very nice large modern hotel room, perfect direct access to the sauna area.
the salt worlds are highly recommended. Large outdoor area and enough relaxation rooms. Everything perfect.

Sauna the complex is very nicely laid out and maintained.

Gastronomy a disaster.
Empty glasses on the table waitress totally overwhelmed with 6 tables. Accordingly, almost 30min not to drink. Then you order starter and main course then everything comes together and you are looked at funny because you say you would like to have the main course only later. This was also the last of the day ticket, which then after over 30min warmed up again before me. Naja Sauna like to restaurant again never again.

Super Service and great ambience, I feel totally comfortable there.

After the Monte Mare in Rengsdorf has unfortunately closed, I visited Andernach for the first time yesterday and am thrilled The beautiful furnishings in the sauna, relaxation, garden — as well as in the spa area and the incredibly nice staff made this one day a whole holiday!

I do not know if there is such a thing, but it would be great if there were perhaps the possibility for visitors who come alone, as I did yesterday, to be able to find a kind of "partner" for the steam bath ceremonies, which are unfortunately only bookable from 2 people.
