Was part of a training at the hotel. For the most part, I am very satisfied. The conference room is well equipped, the technology works, the air conditioning works inplace. The only thing that disturbed was the column in the middle of the room, as the two small conference rooms were merged for the event. Thus, the rear rows did not always have eye contact with the speaker. Otherwise everything is fine. The staff at the hotel were also all professional and accommodating.

Top hotel but overbooked. Got the last room and there were still people who had booked. Passes probably more often according to reception. A bar and restaurant. Lies super central.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and perfectly located in central Wiesbaden.

This hotel has two sides. While the kitchen and staff are excellent, the rooms and conference rooms are located at the lower end of the middle scale.
The conference room was separated by a pillar. A beamer was just trembling and nothing has happened in the rooms for many years.
The bathroom in a normal double room is extremely tightly cut.
The mattress (one for the whole bed) was lying through, so I had to lie down in bed to be able to sleep.

Top location … The rooms at the top are designed for meetings, training sessions and courses. Food was top and plenty of choice. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the rooms.

For Kurtz overnight stays, it's top. Sufficient space, large beds and a bathtub to relax in almost every room. Very good breakfast and great ambience. Top location in the city.

Wonderful place to stay, at least on Wiesbaden, with good rooms with plenty of space, quiet, nice breakfast and services.

I am a member of the Accor club, so I go to a lot of Mercures, and this is simply the best I’ve been to. Spacious, clean, helpful staff, great breakfast. Your Parisian namesakes would do well to try and emulate you!

Loved the breakfast. And I will certainly try to find out who provide the mattresses and get one for myself, I slept quite good on there.

Room was clean, bed and pillow was comfortable, breakfast was excellent, staff was kind and helpful. There are many shops nearby. I would go back.

A wonderful place for the tourist or even larger occasions entirely in Spa House / center-close. Especially the spacious lobby with reading table, conservatory and integrated bar (also your food) is well done and invites you to linger.

Solid price-performance ratio. I slept well and had a good breakfast.

The bed was comfortable. The room (110) was extraordinarily cold and the heating ventilation was very poor.
Internet is a impudence. You can't even watch a YouTube video. Unless you pay over €10 for 24h, you get a high speed unlocked. But at the front desk, no one could tell me how fast this is.
Breakfast is very good.
Parking costs extra.
Very close to the city centre a few minutes walk away.
Tuscany is a lot better service.
You have fast internet and coffee and tea free. At Mercure you pay for tea 3, €50 for that you are only in the evening and in the morning there is not an option for me.

My regular hotel when I am professionally in Wiesbaden and rooms are available. Central location is very pleasant.

Reallly comfy and nice looking place. Rooms were big and bed was really good. Also overall the service was good.

A typical and large hotel of the Mercure chain in a very central location in the middle of Wiesbaden.
The reception area is very generous.

Was very nice. Most of the staff were perfect. Food was also good and the rooms were brilliant.

We were rerouted from Heathrow to Frankfurt because of bad weather. I found the staff very curtious and efficient in checking in 300 plus people at 12 at night. The room was of good quality. And when asked at reception we were always updated about our flight to London.

In spite of reservation first time chaos in the restaurant. No table free, go to the bar for the first time. There you can get aperitifs, including Campari Orange ordered — Campari soda. Complain — after a short discussion, get the right one.
It was a bumpy start but after we finally got a table in the restaurant, the service was attentive and the food delicious.
I give the Mercure hotel another chance.

Very close to underground parking, very good hotel centrally. The energy-saving lamps are no longer quite contemporary. Very friendly staff.

Very nice after the rebuild Nov/2017. Good for the small meetings too. Prices for drinks even for a hotel of this category I feel too high. Therefore only four stars.

Great location. Nice hotel. Swimming pool and gym are out of commission. Breakfast buffet was ok but priced three times to high. Other menu was good but limited so not a place to eat at frequently.

We went back to the hotel to pick up our bags. There were four groups of people checking in and only one person at the desk — at peak check-in time. We had a bus to catch that only runs once an hour. I approached the desk and asked if they could just give us our bags quickly. The lady said she had to check in everybody first. I asked if there was no one else in the office who could help move things along, she said he was in a meeting. Turns out he was actually on the phone. Completely incompetent and unprofessional behaviour that could have cost us our trip onwards. Avoid.

The rooms here are super clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The gym is small, but clean and has enough equipment for you to get in a good workout. The lack of one star is for the fact that they advertise air conditioning, however, in the warm summer months it wasn't actually cool in my room even with the AC running. Otherwise, this place is great.

Currently the hotel is under renovation. I've stayed in this hotel before renovations started and little had changed in the rooms which are comfortable and spacious if not a little clinical. Whilst I stayed more recently there was a leak from the U-bend of the bathroom sink. I called reception and they sent a maintenance man along who fixed it promptly although left mess on the floor under the sink which was from limescale build up. The staff are also friendly and accommodating.

The room was spacious and clean. We had 2 double beds in one room (a family of three) and there was ample space around the beds for three full sized suitcases. The only negative to the hotel was the initial service to get our room key — there was confusion about having all three of us in the room together. However, the staff were very understanding and professional and sorted out the confusion quite quickly. The breakfast buffet was also very nice.

Currently going through renovation through November. No pool or spa/fitness room. Overall it's a nice place perfectly located between the market area and the train station. After the renovations, the lobby and amenities should look very nice. Quick walk to lots of shopping and food. Bed was comfortable, sheets very new and clean. Carpet was dated, I suppose it will be renovated? Bathroom kept very clean. The parking. Oh the parking. I suggest nothing larger than a VW golf. It's tight and the curbs are known to take out rims. I believe they charge 14€ a day which is typical for the area. I recommend using the train all times if possible.

Good hotel. The rooms are good and functionally furnished. That you must take a shower in a tub, I find anachronistic. The staff (with breakfast) is busy, attention, sometimes almost intrusive. The location is very central.

Umgeflaggt, ist nun ein Mercure. Das Hotel hat für Autos eine eigene Haltemöglichkeit unterm Dach. Auch eine abgeschlossene Tiefgarage ist vorhanden. Es begrüßt einen eine große Empfangshalle. Zimmer sind gut. Teilweise einige stark sichtbare Gebrauchsspuren (z. B. Ausgeschlagene Türen). Dafür sind die Betten sehr angenehm. Langsames Internet ist kostenlos, wer Videos schauen möchte zahlt für High Speed Internet 6 Euro. Schwimmbad und Sauna ist auch vorhanden. Frühstücksauswahl ist typisch Mercure. Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

The rooms are quite ok, the toilet could use a deeper cleaning but time. What is however not ok, is the missing information when booking the parking fees. You are proud €24 in addition to the room rate. The Mercure conceals this amount on their website, HRS does not indicate also this information when booking via their portal. The hotel responds on-site only 'Them is free to look for a parking' and 'the price is now so, yes the State capital is Wiesbaden". It is a pity that intermediaries such as HRS must not perform this kind of additional costs, because the total price is crucial for me and not just the accommodation costs. My request on HRS revealed, I must find out just before the hotel… But why do I need HRS then yet? Since HRS wants my negative judgment on demand not published, I'm just here.

Nice hotel, attentive staff, and Paolo of the bartender is one of the coolest drink shakers that I could ever meet!

In the time from 15 06. Until tom16.06.2013, we have stayed at the Crowne Plaza. We regretted it very that we could spend only one night there. The room was very clean (and the bathroom). A first class breakfast let us start very well in the day. The service was very friendly and obliging. A super hotel bar with excellent cocktails and a very nice bartender is invited to a fun-filled evening. Although located in the heart of the city, is there not a bit noisy. There was traffic noise, nor did in the hotel nuisance caused by noisy guests (all courses were designed with carpet! ). Unfortunately we — could not try out due the wellness area through the short stay —. We should once again come to Wiesbaden, we are determined in this hotel book.

The hotel looks very modern and brand new. Rooms are clean, spacious and have all modern facilities and staff is super friendly. Breakfast is great. Everything is there what one could desire in the morning: from eggs made to order, breakfast cereals, fresh fruits, large variety of meats to delicious pastry. Hotel is easy accessible from the highway and has it's own parking. And. It's just 1 minute walk from the cosy city center. Since autumn 2011 I stayed in the hotel very regurarely and I am still staying there whenever I am in the area. Absolute great hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of weeks while relocating to Wiesbaden. It wasn't a good stay. First they gave us keys to a room that was already occupied. By a very large man made of pure muscle. He chased me down the hall in his towel after I walked in on him coming out of the shower. The second room they gave us was unoccupied but sat directly above the bus stop on Luisenstrasse. It's noisy, especially on weekends late at night. The smell of diesel fumes permeated the room. After several sleepless nights we requested a new room. The new room was quiet and secluded. A member of the housekeeping staff, perhaps familiar with the benefits of this rooms seclusion, came into the room while my wife was there alone. He cornered her and. Well he tried some things he shouldn't have. She pushed her way past him and ran to the front desk to report the incident. They got rid of the sleazy housekeeping staff member and moved us to a different room. In the exact place in the building as the first room, just one floor up. The next day we found a different hotel and moved out. Aside from the obvious problems with the staff and getting keys to an already occupied room, the hotel itself is just OK. The beds are old and saggy. The carpets are old and stained. The windows are old and don't keep out much noise. The restaurant is mediocre (as is the Rhein Main Grill referenced in other reviews here). It could use a good overall rehab. Either that or a name change to Holiday Inn.

My family was invited here, and I must say, we were quite satisfied. But I think the hosts has definitely paid much. Main content.

We had a weekend before Easter in Wiesbaden. The hotel is located centrally, the
Rooms were o. K. The indoor swimming pool is small but the water was nice and warm.
Additional costs: €18 and Internet use 24 breakfast 19, 50, parking, 50/day
are decidedly too high.
Next door, you can park in the parking garage for €16, there is a satisfactory breakfast next door at the hotel Jägerhof for €7 and in the old town
can you surf in the call-shop for 50 cents per hour.
