Really nice, we liked to spend time in front of the fireplace in winter. They accidentally charged us for someone else's whiskey and meals and my mother didn't check the detailed bill and walked away paying an extra 1200 euro. Luckily I checked and the staff quickly rectified the situation although it took some time. Could happen anywhere but make sure you check.

Splendid. Everything there is just perfect. Definitely worth a trip. The location, grandiose park, historical past embedded in modern contemporary amenities, the choice of food and drinks, friendly and helpful staff, wow…

A historic place to stay at. The dinner was nice. The staff was very friendly and service minded.

Very nice rooms, service and great food. It's pretty expensive but it provides everything you could expect. I especially loved the park around the hotel and even had some really fun golf lessons. I can only recommend it!

The widow's seat of Empress Frederick in the Taunus is in every respect a place to feel good.
The gastronomy offers pleasures at the highest level, the staff is worthy of a 5 * house and the rooms (although a bit overheated) have a wonderful charm (style of an English country house).
The guest only becomes aware of the lack of an in-house spa area after departure, as he is not missed because of the other subtleties.

Very nice premises and hotel/rooms (although I prefer modern/clean to "marie antoinette"). Attentive and thoughtful service — from room service, shoe cleaning to newspaper delivery in the morning. The TV Guide waited for me open on exactly the right day on the TV table; only I haven't watched TV in a hotel in years. The Wi-Fi is decent too :-).

The restaurant offers a business lunch at a very attractive price. Not everyone likes the ambience, but the terrace overlooking the golf course is certainly unique. The service is excellent and after all, you're not in a place steeped in history every day.

This hotel is surrounded by a magnificent golf course. The rooms have a beautiful view of the green in addition, they are historically furnished. The lobby is combined with an adjacent fireplace. The terrace is also ideal for Sunday coffee and cakes in summer.

A castle where you can stay. With old furniture, but very noble, looks great. I caught my mouth open. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The greatest — the Piano bar. The music, the ambiance — Royal:-)

Extraordinary house with a very fine flair for its guests. Always friendly, always on the spot and every time I was allowed to photograph there, it was really super nice for me and my bridal couple. One of my favorite wedding locations in Rhein-Main and the Taunus.

Went to Schlosshotel Kronberg for a friend’s wedding. I love the architecture and the scenery. It was beautiful.

Gem in the heart of Germany. The hotel impresses with comfort and warmth, the aroma of fireplaces, crackling firewood, the whole atmosphere conveys the singularity of this place. In this hotel you can meet the most wonderful guests from around the world.

Worth it's five star price and reputation. With historic surroundings, and impeccable staff, it will be hard to beat this hotel.

Great five star hotel/castle! Very pretty nice room with lots of space. Amazing shower! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Many fluent English speaking staff members as well.

The hotel was amazing! A beautiful memorial to a land of kings and queens we have lost in the modern world. I could go on for hours about the ornate decor and the rapturous grounds which I did not feel worthy to put my feet on. It was as if I transported to the 1800s! The rooms are spacious. The staff is accommodating. I fully recommend! My only complaint is the atmosphere of the restaurant. I am a more casual traveler and the pomp of the dining services proved to be outdated. I like my experience to be personable with filling portions and a fitting price, and this was not. I give 5 stars because dinning is optional. I would look in town for food.

Schlosshotel Kronberg has a great atmosphere, being an authentic castle, and an amazing park. It's cuisine is good but nothing out of the ordinary. The service was unfortunately quite bad, there was a long waiting time and missserved dishes, hence the 3 stars.

A Grand Hotel with a very nice atmosphere. Top location in the Rhine-Main region, just a few minutes away from the airport & the city centre of Frankfurt. The rooms are individually decorated. The restaurant presents itself as fine dining and has a delicious variety of dishes and excellent wines on offer! Indoor pool, sport & Golf contribute to the excellent character of this House! The service is professional and excellent in every situation.

We had the gourmet on a beautiful lunch and the food was very good. Most convincing of all is the price-performance ratio in this menu, each course of a very appropriate and very good wine. At the end of the menu with a Café and choice of Petit fours completed.

Just good you can be is a Gadt.

Were in sept. There and it was just wonderful! You feel like a Princess there.

The Schloßhotel features, of course, by the entire ambience. Both in summer and in Winter. Penalty's but for the price/performance ratio in the Restaurant. The food is good though. But still too expensive.
