Dog friendly, and super service from staff.

One night stopover here driving from Calais to Bavaria. Excellent efficient reception staff. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast and a very economical tariff. Looks like the sort of hotel traveling Germans know about and use.

We booked the H+ hotel because of their free airport shuttle and breakfast for a layover we had in Frankfurt. The shuttle took almost two hours from the time we got off the plane to the time we actually got to the hotel. They don’t run very often and we stopped for about twenty minutes and waited at another hotel location before continuing on to drop us off. We had dinner at the hotel, which was very good. The rooms were very basic, and just had necessities. I would bring your own shampoo and conditioner. There was no thermostat in the room or air conditioner so I woke up constantly through the night feeling overheated and uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good. Our shuttle driver to the airport in the morning (which left less than once an hour) was so rude. We had to ask to put our bags in the back instead of taking them inside the van with us (which was the purpose and common practice of the trunk). He did not help us with the bags and seemed angry that we didn’t speak German. He was so rude to us and was an erratic driver. We hit morning traffic and he drove so poorly through it. Overal, I would not stay at this hotel again. There are many hotels nearby that also have shuttles, hopefully with better drivers and have AC…

Clean, functional and comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant served good evening meal and simple breakfast. Short drive to Baha'i House of Worship made it a great stop for a spiritual top-up.

Close to the highway so very accessible. Great steak, breakfast good! Nice surroundings, good service from personnel. Only reason not to give 5 stars is that the rooms are not equipped with airco.

Good quality, comfortable and clean hotel. Beds are softer than normal German beds, but we were put up here by lufthansa so the place sees a lot of international delayed travelers. The rooms have a bathroom with a decent shower. The restaurant is of a buffet type, tasty food and a good breakfast. The hotel also has a sauna.

So the hotel really deserved its stars. Feel-good atmosphere great, especially the outdoor terrace gorgeous. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly, courteous and attentive.

Awful place — absolute monstrosity stranded in a field where poor stranded souls from Frankfurt airport are sent for their choice of flying through that useless airport.
Frozen vegetables, cold sauceless pasta, stale bread and drowned meat with a small beer for the 20€ voucher supplied by Lufthansa. This place must be making a fortune off the poor souls abandoned in this airport compensated only by Lufthansa’s desire just to throw money to some dosshouse in a field to get rid of them.
It’s where appetite comes to die.

It's a really nice hotel with good rooms and decent dinner. The problem is that the shuttles to the airport are too sparse (roughly 1 hour and a half between shuttles) so one could wait a lot on the airport without any indication when is it coming. And the return to the airport is quite inconvenient like this too. Could be improved for sure.

Disastrous gym. Hotel has an outdated and cheap feeling (e. G. Several door handles in thick brounish plastic), corridors smell either massively fake vanilla, tobacco smoke, or old & humid… Rooms smell old & humid, slightly bad access requiring the crossing of a highly trafficked road, doors not even close to soundproof, no fridge in room, … Beds are hard, which I actually like. Good breakfast, clean bathrooms.

I stayed for three nights. Check in was quick and easy. My room was very clean. Shower was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, many choices. I can highly recommend this hotel to other visitors to Frankfurt.

Good food. My flight was cancelled so the airline accommodated by putting me up here. Its about 20-30 minutes from the airport so plan accordingly. Staff was very friendly and kind.

I was at a seminar at the H + Hotel in Hofheim. The room is stylevoll and nice eingerichtiet. I didn't get anything from the nearby freeway. The breakfast was very good and also the food at lunch were good.
The hotel has a large free car park.
I felt very comfortable and I would definitely come back again.

Staff is nice! Breakfast not modern (no alternatives for vegans) The rooms are rather frumpy, especially the bathrooms. The fitness room is unfortunately rather a bad joke! There is only one Laufbad, a bicycle and a stepper. Nothing in terms of strength training. No dumbbells or anything else! The sauna is spacious, but there are no drinks, neither in the sports area nor in the sauna area! All in all not recommended! The hotel cannot be reached on foot. You have to cross a busy highway, there is no pedestrian crossing!

The rooms were clean. Shower was nice and hot. The rooms are a little small and it would be nice to have a hot water pot. Breakfast was as good as advertised.

Always had a clean room. Breakfast is very good and the selection is huge. This time we were also in the Housebar in the evening. Also here, as in the whole hotel, very friendly service. And the cocktails were delicious and had it in themselves:) Gladly again.

Was here as part of a company event. Worst place I ever stayed. Smelly room. Bad service to name a few. Also not really an airport hotel. Not recommended.

I was there as a guest to a private 70 birthday in a private company. Therefore, we had two conditions for us, which were only there for us. The two conditions have made their work very good and super. The room was super decorated and we had a great buffet. This buffet was unfortunately in the dining room. As I do not know whether this was so offered by the hotel or was so desired by the birthday boy, I can not say unfortunately. Therefore, I do not want to evaluate this negatively.

Rooms were maintained well. Frony desk was informative and good. However, food was subpar and could have been better.

Very nice hotel. Right on the highway, but very quiet. Very clean, nice staff. Genuinely recommended.

Also this H + Hotel convinced us absolutely. Staff and service very good. Breakfast and restaurant also very good. The location nice quiet and super with dog, as adjacent fields. Everything is perfectly accessible.

Overall, what I expected. Free parking though not that close to the city. Clean room, but a few minor housekeeping glitches (e. G. They took away the complementary bottles of water I didn't use and didn't replace my washcloths). Helpful and polite English-speaking front desk staff.

Practical and clean hotel with an excellent breakfast. No far from the the airport, perhaps 20min drive with traffic in the morn.

Nice Hotel with good breakfast. Difficult to transport if you do not have self available. No amenities and small rooms.

It's all right. If you don't mind the location right on the highway and in the flight path, here is a super hotel. Food I couldn't complain. Always small appetizers and fresh drinks during the meeting.

Food is good. Employees are really nice, they speak a variety of languages. Rooms small but comfortable.

I stayed here one night because I came in to Frankfurt Flughafen Fernbanhof by train in the evening and had a flight out of the Frankfurt Airport at 11:30am the next day. The main reason for staying here was their free airport shuttle service. However, when I got to their hotel and asked about arranging the airport shuttle for the next morning, I was told that I could only take the shuttle at 7am. This meant I was forced to spend 4.5 hours at the airport (and since I was flying Condor, I was in a part of the terminal with no restaurants and no interesting shops) for no good reason. The alternative would've been to take a taxi at my own expense, but I checked and it would've cost 43 euros, which is ridiculous for a 10-minute drive. The room was adequate but didn't make up for the downer of the shuttle situation. With 20-something airport hotels available near Frankfurt Airport, I don't see any good reason to ever stay here again.

We were here because of an airline delay. It's not bad as an emergency hotel. Pretty basic and the rooms could be cleaner but decent food and good service.

Just a night in passing, everything OK.

Very good location for overnight accommodation situated close to the motorway, quiet rooms, good room size, plenty of parking, decent restaurant options. I think that the only missing thing it would be the air con and mini fridge, if you can live without then it's a great place to rest over night.

Great hotel in the countryside outside of Frankfurt, 15 minutes from the airport. Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms.

A good hotel for flights from Frankfurt and for the fair. Service of the hotel without complaint. Hotel bar, service 1 A. Unfortunately, it leaves the atmosphere of the restaurant to wishes. But that should not be evaluated here.

The Driver of the shuttle bus is very nice. But other than that the service is bad in general. First, the front desk lady was yelling to us when we checked in. Not just me, but to other costumers too. Then after that, I was trying to borrow a universal plug from them or a cell phone charger. Every hotel I went to, they will have something like that, or, at least, some cell phone chargers. This one don't have any, which is unbelievable, I would assume a hotel right next to an international airport would be more international. And the front desk lady told me, "you should prepare it when you came to Europe". I didn't come to this hotel or stay in this city by my choice; my flight was delayed so that my flight was rescheduled. I believe a lot of their customer are same as me. But the front desk lady has no sympathy at all. Basically, she was rude and racist. I will never come to this hotel by my choice again.

The hotel room was always well cleaned and was always clean. The Sportmöglichkeit is in the Hotel very limited. (Gym : 1 bike, 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical machine to about 15 m2 …) So very close. It must also be said that only 1 device, because there is only one outlet for the equipment is present. The food is very bad. Breakfast (bread is usually always old and dry) went… and the Service can by and large also left something to be desired. For that I have 2 weeks and there was, I was and am very disappointed.

Very nice and good deal. At first I reserved for 1 night. But I extended 2 more nights. Then after travel, I stayed 2 more nights. Total 5 nights. Great value for clean and neat hotel, well-maintained rooms with professional nice staffs.

The rooms are beautiful and seem newly renovated. Small but fine rooms. Nice Staff. The meeting rooms are in different sizes. Unfortunately I can still only 2 stars, because the food is really underground. Rarely, actually never, in a Hotel so bad! A few of the Highlights (roast pork and deer were ok) travel, which, unfortunately, is no longer out. Cheapest meat (we have some for Pressfleisch held), salad buffet with 4 bowls, Nachspeisenbuffet to 0, 5 square meters. Some of the dishes incorrectly labeled. The kitchen offers but apparently also a la Carte food. The saw, at least in the last few days is not bad. But those who the Buffet Bay, shouldn't be too much Hunger. Half of our group now goes outside to eat.

Airport hotel with good facilities (rooms and common areas) and good cleaning. Unfortunately the customer care service is very poor. Information, reception and very poor restaurant. Shuttle service to the airport is too limited for an airport hotel.

Unbelievably bad! My wife and I have 2 weeks before a room booked by telephone, confirmation came via E-Mail. Here I was told that I could come when I wanted, the room is ready. As I Saturday had called to ask when the Rezeptzion occupied would be, since I'm still on a date was. I was mittgeteilt that my reservation was cancelled. I was not up to 18h in the home, and thus I would have bad luck! HOW PLEASE? The Hotel had my number and my E Mail address! How can something like that happen because? The Hotelangestellt said I would have my credit card is not stored! I had at the time of booking in demand whether the card would be used, what was denied! WHAT A ASSOZIALES BEHAVIOR!? Never again to Ramada.

We have the Hotel for a Park, Sleep and Fly Special used and were more likely to be positively surprised. The rooms are completely new renovated and the Breakfast perfectly adequate. With the Hotelshuttelbus were within 15 minutes at the airport.
