The room was dirty, the wallpaper spotty and the furniture very old. In great need of renovation. The massages advertised everywhere were not bookable during the stay. Breakfast was bad (partly dirty dishes, rotten scrambled eggs, unappetizing yoghurt bowls with a dried edge). The hotel does not have a typical bar that is open in the evening. The hotel also does not have a restaurant and instead distributes vouchers from a "restaurant" in the village. The service there is unfriendly, the tablecloths dirty and the food bad (the steak was inedible full of knobs and everything salted). The criticism was displayed in the hotel, but nobody cares!
It was a terrible weekend!

We haven't seen a good value for money and a park either.

Rooms are big and clean breakfast is good except for the baking bun-sized shortcoming that I hate on — the far too small TV with few programs — Wi-Fi works well.

I was there as part of a meeting of the tipo forum. I did not sleep there myself, but together with other forum members who had booked their rooms there used the bar. The prices were very reasonable for the drinks there and the service super friendly, even drinks not bought at the Parkhotel were kindly cooled to our group over the warm day. Even the others, as I know is known, can only say positive about the hotel:)

We had bought the offer "chocolate makes you Happy". The purchase of the voucher alone has cost me a lot of nerves. No one knew about the purchase, let alone where the money is. When the voucher was finally there I had to book shortly afterwards (as it turned out later, even with the boss personally! ). On the booked day we were received very friendly but we were told that there is no reservation on our name! However, since enough rooms were free we could do our holiday anyway. As an excuse for the complications, the tenant change was always called, but it was already at the end of November 2017.
In addition to 2 nights, our offer also included a massage per person. On the Internet this is advertised with 30 minutes. With us this was only 15 minutes and actually more a rubbing with chocolate and no massaging!
The chocolate surprise in the room? There were only requests and those were then 2 x 4 Little Raffaello. (3 years ago we booked a similar offer and there were still pralines of Lindt + a bottle of sparkling wine). The "Bathing Fizz for home" announced on the voucher was a cheap pack from the drugstore.
Bathrobe and shoes were only available on request and we did not get the sauna towel.
The room was clean but was not sucked or cleaned during our stay.
The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked at every little movement.
The breakfast was delicious but also nothing special. The fruit was fresh and chilled.

Great for a trip! Nice, aspiring team under new management. Close to Vogelsberg, perfect among others. For hikers and bikers.

I would like to join the chef Jule, the breakfast ladies Turi and Hedi, all the others… thank you by name Sabrina, Maria, Xenia and Clarissa for the great stay. Stay as you are!

Decent hotel with good food and very nice staff. The rooms are very clean.

Very friendly welcome, nice ambience. That whole staff very friendly and accommodating. We would like to highlight Mrs. Susanne Winkler and Mrs. Maria Weidner, who immediately let tears of joy rise into my eyes to greet me and then immediately handed me handkerchiefs. On our 35th wedding anniversary a beautifully laid table with candles and flowers. The food is varied and very good. We will definitely come back.

Its a nice location with tasty food.

We had a two night stay at this hotel as part of our short trip to the Vogelsberg region. The hotel is baby-friendly, the rooms and amenities are well kept and clean, albeit a bit small. The breakfast buffet and dinners were good. The wellness offering was nice, but no pool is available. All in all, it was a good experience for a budget trip, worth the cost.

We were driven to a wellness break at this hotel a couple of days to relax us.
However, upon arrival, we were shocked. Wellness we see something else, we had to let a half hour before sauna gang so that it is turned on for us. If a water bed man wishes this €11 per pers per night surcharge, what was worth but also definitely not as these strongly gluckern and have no degree of hardness. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is still small, 1 pers tooth putzen but best with an open door in the bathroom. If man on the toilet sits can man the head to the opposite wall create. I'm not big or thick 1.75 and 72 kilos. The massages are good, they serve only to relax. In the Wellness-Bereich (Dachgeschoss) you can be a cup of tea, while one waits and then enjoy them in plastic cups. The bathtub for two but can man save. It is a small room with a corner bath and some roses bath salts, this includes 2 glasses of champagne and a CD player with music you can turn. Sitting in the tub for two man that half an hour. We have ordered the half board 3 course menu in a la Kart is not possible even salad was not available. On the first evening, there should be a champion cream soup, they resembled, but rather a porridge of the spoon could stand in the soup up. The main dish, rice Turkey and pineapple have to I let go with curry back because it had not even body temperature. The fries of my wife were dark brown and very crisp.
Then there was but the cyclists for free, thank you.

Staff:
Nice, very against coming, young and motivated.
Wellness area:
Small but nice. Sauna area in the nice atmosphere and the massages are good.
Rooms:
Solid in all respects and complies with the 3 stars that the hotel has.
Food:
The dining area is very nice and the breakfast is small but good. The large meals are tasty, but not exceptional.
WI-FI:
Disappointing that only some of the rooms on the hotspot access Telecom can.
Conclusion: very nice for a short relaxing vacation with a focus on wellness.

Rooms were ok but the dining room looked like a remodeled kitchen, we felt there ever not feeling well.

Were there on the weekend for a night and had to find unfortunately our room not very inviting and somewhat "dusty 's" was. Shower and toilet should be brought by a specialist or Concierge in order and a proper cleaning crew could free then the corners and fittings from dirt and tighten the toilet. This unkempt impression continues in the breakfast room, where I was brought in the morning first by very loud clatter of filling up bottles in this world. Staff not to hear, because they were busy with themselves and clean up was a good morning or similar.
The price was reasonable, but the House is not worth it.

Clean pleasant Hotel, very friendly staff, food very good. A pity that the Spa is no longer offered.

It was a nice new year's eve Celebration at the Park Hotel Scots. Super nice Service, great fireworks, and generally nice facilities.

We have just come from Scots back. First of all, thank you for the very kind reception. The kindness and competence of the entire staff over the course of the entire period is positive is shown. The room was a bit small, but still sufficient. The bathroom is functional, total, all very clean. The Spa area corresponded exactly to the description. Comrades, we have the relaxing baths. We were able to enjoy the Three-course menu. In particular, the Ofensteak with tomato and Prinzesskartoffeln was very good. Before, there was salmon tartare on Toast and for Dessert Red fruit jelly with vanilla cream. The other dinner was very good. The Breakfast buffet has really liked it, it was always refilled in a timely, everything was there. The only thing, and this is neither the staff nor the Hotel anzukreiden, have other guests something for the annoyance taken care of. At dinner mocked a guest, the loudly only when Restaurantsleiter to recognize (later qualified it as an employee in a Restaurant) about his court, which he seems to be subjective not fit. His Behavior fit but not us. Also was the Behaviour of one other couple at Breakfast, very unfortunately, as it is, despite a note on the transport of food and the service, like Lunchbeutel to put together the bags vollstopften and the fruit literally cleared away. Something simply is not. Yet to notice would be that the Hotel and the staff is very dog-friendly is what we also noticed a very positive.

Kindness we here-big-written. But what the terms of cuisine, I was disappointed. I think you should at the domestic good civil kitchen stay and it wouldn't be so many disappointed.
