I was totally thrilled… EVERYTHING was right! The food as a buffet is awesome… Breakfast super great! All but also all of the staff are MEGA no matter in which area! I was super satisfied… Thank you very much for that 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Breakfast, dinner buffet, ambience, room staff… we were completely satisfied. Very good starting point for hikes. The Sauerlandcard was very well used thanks to the proximity to the station (200 m). We'll be back.

For me the best conference hotel! When my seminars happen to take place here, I am always twice as happy. Because here not only the rooms and the seminar rooms are great, but also the service! The staff of the hotel are always friendly, courteous and sometimes laid out for friendly jokes. Should problems arise, you will be looked after with the necessary seriousness and competence. The rooms are nicely furnished, the interior of the lobby and spa are great and as a participant of the DGB you feel completely pampered while expanding your knowledge.
Thanks also to the wonderful team of the Restaurant Sudhaus! The entertainment was always super friendly and accommodating. By the way, vegan people get their money's worth on request — very tasty!

We stayed three days in a family room on the fourth floor.
The room was on two floors and very spacious and just great.
There was really nothing missing from breakfast. The quality was also super. The swimming pool and sauna were very clean and modern. Every staff member was accommodating and friendly. We didn't lack anything. We found the holiday to be really good.
The next holiday with you is with dog. We are looking forward to it.

Are very enthusiastic with my wife. The whole complex is well maintained and the parking went something of a problem! Either underground car park or spacious parking at the brewery free, top. Room 1a and the half board is as we find qualitatively very good. Reception is something of courteous, very friendly, you get the impression that there is nothing you could not regulate. With extended breakfast until 11 o'clock you can enjoy the short holiday!

Hotel and rooms are tastefully furnished, the staff very nice, the wellness area class, Free Wi-Fi. But what is not possible is the breakfast. There is a lot on offer, but in a convenience quality that mocks any description.

Really bad hotel in terms of service. Booked room with balcony or terrace. Ended up in the attic with a ‘half’ room without balcony. Also no chairs in the room. Mind you a four star hotel and Best Western Plus. Other day we didnt have a set dinner table with our name on it. We litterarely didnt’t exist for Best Western.

The price-performance ratio is super. An absolutely recommendable Hotel. The staff is super nice and helpful. Clean facility, great Breakfast. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Happy again!

Top hotel with a very good breakfast here I stayed at the end of March/beginning of April 2016 as an employee of a large Christian family festival.
I have already met many hotels around the world, the Best Western Plus in Willingen has been one of the best.
Very nice location, in the middle of Willingen, from there everything is easy to reach.
The rooms are very spacious and very well equipped. Even though I had a window straight to the street, the noise insulation was so good that I could sleep very well. The high-quality beds have also contributed to their part.
The whole hotel has a nice ambiance and a nice decoration, both in the rooms as well as in the lobby, as well as in the dining room.
The extensive breakfast was one of the best I have experienced so far. It was really all there which could somehow belong to a good breakfast and everything was fresh and tasted very good.
The whole hotel looks very well maintained and the cleanliness is top.
The staff was very nice and attentive.
A minimal drawback was the WLAN, which was generally quite slow and was partly only available with intermittent connection crashes.
Update from April 2018: As already with my overnight stay 2 years ago everything was great. The staff is very friendly and nice.
The WLAN network has been expanded and is now fast and stable.

Meals:
Divided in two: the breakfast buffet is appealing and generously designed. The evening buffet is unfortunately not good in quality, it is not suitable for every dish for the warming containers. Unfortunately, it is also very crowded and noisy in the restaurant in the morning.
Room: we had a lifestyle room and were a bit disappointed. There was an old broken kitchen in it — why we didn't see it. Overall, everything seemed a little bit taken away and cleaning service urgently needs to be improved, there was dust everywhere and you were never sure if anyone had put the room in order when you were gone… this was really the worst housekeeping I've ever been to! Unfortunately, the bath dates back a long time
Location:
If you go to Willingen, you have to know what you are getting into. In the corridors there were always drunk people and writing people, no wonder — the hotel has an entrance to a disco in the middle of the room wing! Our stay had little to do with wellness and relaxation…
Conclusion:
I wouldn't go to this hotel again because I want to have my peace and quiet. Overall, a little more love for the detail and for appropriate cleanliness would be great — I would definitely not book the evening buffet for 23 €
