Great location on the Rhine and comfortable accommodations for our family, but the best part was the personal and personable service of the owner — outstanding.

Very clean hotel, with good breakfast. The rhubarb — strawberry — compote is highly recommended. A very friendly owner who has many tips for excursions and others.

Lovely hotel facing the Rhein with very friendly and helpful owner. The hotel is right on the Rhein by the ferry with nice views. It does mean that it is quite noisy if you open the windows though (but their was good sound proofing). Nice breakfast in a sun terrace facing the Rhein. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He helped us a lot with our itinerary. We also had to cancel one of our rooms at the last moment but he managed to find other people to take the room and waived the cancellation fee.

A nice hotel by the riverfront. The breakfast and room were nice. However, they didn't take credit card during checkout. They only take credit card for deposit but they only take cash for checkout.

The Hotel is comfortable and very clean, the staff treatment is excellent and the breakfasts, there is no lack of detail for any palate. If I return I will return to this Hotel.
And one of LIS prettiest places in Germany for me is the Loreley.

Nice little hotel, view directly on the Rhine in the early morning was just great. The rooms are not so modern but clean. There was a delicious, varied breakfast. The owner was a good host, very nice and helpful, he got together on the first day with us and explained us on the map, everything in detail and even showed hidden places that only insider know:) Highly recommended. We'll be back!

Such a friendly welcome, with suggestions of how to get to the nearby castle. This led to an unexpected nature hike which has been a beautiful addition to my trip. Comfy and clean rooms! Thank you!

Nice location with super service…

Conviently located right across from the KD Ferry dock, friendly, charming decor, comfortable rooms & beds, full varied German breakfast in the morning, and THE VIEW from the river facing rooms and the breakfast room is INCREDIBLE. One of the river facing rooms has a balcony (lucky us).

We booked this hotel because it is so close to the boat stop. How lucky were we to have Gil as our host.
He is the most helpful, happy, obliging person we have come across in all our travels.
Our room had a balcony overlooking the river.
It is not often you can be on a hotel balcony and see 3 castles. (One was a stretch but we could see it)
Breakfast was great. Best one we have had in 16 days.
Gil sat down with us and showed us the best way to walk to and from the castle. He even gave us tips for our next stop.
All we can say is book now you won't be disappointed.

Extremely friendly staff, the best Breakfast on our 12tägigen bike ride, a Breakfast room with panoramic views of the Rhine, Radstellplatz, very neat appearance, beautifully furnished, directly on the Rhine, a stone's throw from the old town and the ferry. Fully recommended — thanks very much for the pleasant stay!

Stayed here with while cycling up the Rhine. Lovely view from the breakfast room. Owner was very helpful when I had a mild bike related injury. Our room was nice and large. I would easily recommended it.
