Nice staff, price/performance okay. Clean rooms, adequately equipped for business accommodation. Breakfast is good.
Unfortunately no smoking areas on the floors, only at the main entrance.
People who want to quit smoking should book here longer.
Overall recommended for a few nights.

Everything is mega good, only no bus Parking available.

In terms of price, it was fine for a night, better than the Hotel I had prior to that, I also got a Cappuccino for nothing, staff very friendly, the next time gladly again there

As a trainer I can say that the hotel was really nice. The training room was prepared as agreed and all little additions were possible. Thanks to this I had a stress free training. The staff is very helpful and present.

Good breakfast. Room wasn't particularly well cleaned and no power sockets for your phone next to the beds. The staff however were friendly and helpful.

The hotel does not pull on 4 stars. Booked a standard room for two for 63 degrees. Only the third time came the number. In the first issue of 601 were: dirty walls with broken skewed; black hair all over the bath and large towels already crumpled. In the second room 626 or 625 — bath with a fungus and a torn shower hose, as well as an incomprehensible kind of stench in the room. Two of these creepy rooms were on the top floor. The third number turned out to be less. And on the second floor. There were also compliments in it. But for water it was necessary to pay 2.5 degrees for 0.5. Of the pluses, only the work of administrators and check-in desks. Because they quickly responded to the complaints. There are only two pairs of towels and one for feet in the bathroom. Parking toll is 8 degrees per day. But next to 100 meters there is a supermarket Netto and there you can leave the car. Even now, construction work is underway near the hotel. I understand that the hotel is designed for fleeting visitors, but if they put themselves 4 stars, they have to match them. Clean should be! And parking on the property should also be free, as the population is not provided with any coupons and checks for parking, that is, they are not responsible if that happens. Attach a couple of photos from the bathroom.

Very kind and helpful staff. Airport shuttle too small. Rooms are very clean and neat. Everything is well organized and smooth. Breakfast buffet is very good with a huge selection and variety. Wi-Fi is sufficient for basic tasks. Any time again!

Let's just say that the days of greatness for this hotel are over. Best part? There are cups in the room, there is tea in the room, there is coffee in the room — yet there is no kettle. And if you ask for one you are given a "customer-left-different-kettle-different-base-with-chinese-plug" which does not work. Food is basic — nothing special. Cleanness 9/10 plus the staff is generally friendly :)

We were three as a family, the rooms were comfortable, very quick check in when we arrived. The check out process was also very comfortable and quick. Plenty of rooms and so availability of rooms is a great possibility even during peak season. Excellent choice of restaurants at walking distance. Convenient shuttle to the airport every half an hour with sufficient space for luggage at a very nominal charge of 5 Euro per person. In all, we had a great stay. Stephen, India.

This hotel has double charged us for our room and they wont refund the second charge. On top of that they have completly ignored all our emails to correct this mistake. Do not stay here, they will steal your money then ignore you!

There is no bottled water in the room, there is no cooler on the floor. A lot of noisy Asians. Very tasty welcome drink.

Cleaning flaps on toothbrush: Hygienic disaster!
Got into the room in the evening and a wet plaster flame was on my toothbrush. When I asked at the reception, it was thought that I should clarify this with the cleaning people. Because I didn't want to do that, after several requests after half a day, you found out that it was just the cleaning lobe for the mirror and not the one for the toilet … The only apology I received was the statement that according to the cleaning lady the cleaning lobes must have been lying on the ground and not on my toothbrush! That a plaster lobe is forgotten.

Airport hotels, shuttle service, express check-in, clean room and bathroom in order and equipped with all comforts, restaurant service and good bars. Great.

Clean room, comfortable bed, restaurant is good but can be better.

Stayed at this hotel due to delays and missed connections. Only one guy at the reception (23:00). Had a hard time to handle all passangers. I was not able to access my room due to an empty battery in the lock. Had to go up and down 3 times to try. They only believed me when they send another guy upstairs with me… Overall bad first impression. Bed, room and breakfast where as expected however.

As a your hotel accept tour group n we travelling on tour with bus, please consider to re arrange parking area as I think hotel still possible to give some open space for bus to have place for drop off n pick up people during check in n out it is not safe to drop off n pick up in a side street which is not safe for people n also traffic infront of your hotel and to bring luggage to the bus parking 50m from yr hotel also not convinient for guess n importan…t that also not safe for people consider sometime crime happen in the area This is what you have to consider if htl still accept tour group Hope this sharing will make a litle convinient to your customer as Before group tour can do drop off n pick up inside hotel area Also front office on duty 04May18 evening gave us room in the end of building n when I asked for this n reception only answer one word “full” without looking to my face, how this hospitality communication very poor n unpolite n I am a tour leader represent my company who give you business.

A simple but very comfortable hotel near the airport. It is very clean and has free shuttle from the airport, to return you have to pay 5 Euros.

Cleanliness is the A&O of a hotel. Whether it has 4 stars or just 1. My room is filthy, not properly cleaned, and in bed were hairs.

The beds are softly padded boards and the parking situation rather so semi good. However, all the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

After all, the staff (so far) are really friendly. Otherwise the NH-mediocre standard prevails.
What annoys: No sockets or USB connections directly to the bed to load the mobile devices, no lockable fans in the pool/sauna area, no bathrobes.

This was by far the worst experience so far in a hotel.
A 4 star hotel it is definitely not.
I put a lot of emphasis on cleanliness and was totally disappointed in my trip.
We had 2 rooms and in the bathroom mold and hair. Even the soap holder was moldy.
I'm not going to book again.
Rate hotels like good, but that doesn't go at all and then still in the NH hotel!

Standard Room. When checking in I was handed the key (card) and said on which floor the room is located.
However, where the elevator is located you have to find out for yourself. Wasn't that hard, it's not that wild, but I think it's just part of it. In the restaurant only children worked this morning, I was a little irritated.

Cleaning neglected surprisingly quiet to be located next to an airport.

Excellent location, very clean and quiet place, and it's near Frankfurt Airport. The bus from FRA Terminal A ist free and it goes every half an hour. Return bus from hotel to airport costs 5 euro. If you prefer a bahn, take S7 or S8, its only in 2 stops from Frankfurt Airport Bahnhof. All staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and airy. I can recommend booking room with breakfast, as breakfast ist tasty and big, with plenty selection of dishes. Good coffee is also included, and you can also take it To Go. Wifi ist free.

Friendly nice staff, rooms minimal but close to airport.

This hotel is already deterred by the telephone: you are constantly in a waiting loop and, even before anything has been spoken, it is pointed out that all personal information is used internally for advertising purposes. Afterwards you hear a lot of cracking and noise after a few minutes that no service place is free. After that, the call ends. And this for just under €100, —/night. It's not outrageous.
I am on the road almost every week in the Rhine/main region. And for years. And I fürhre a list of good and negative experiences with hotels. This one gets 0 stars by simply complicating and canceling a booking.
I'm praising the air Hansa Hotel in seventy. I'm doing it again. You learn.

Stayed here the night before we left Germany so we were close to the airport. First off you have to pay 8 euros a day to park in the front of the hotel. The line to check in was very long with only 1 person at the front desk. So so customer service. Maybe the language barrier but who knows. Even after we checked in the line was continuous throughout the evening so expect to wait. The main entrance way was updated and very nice. The rooms were honestly awful and the bathrooms were even worse. Felt like a dorm room. The carpets were so matted down and even stained. The beds were so uncomfortable. The hotel is right under the air pass to the aiport so it is very loud. They did not have very many food options for dinner, and for what there were it was expensive. We ended up walking down the street to find something to eat. Breakfast in the morning is 25 euros a person which is pretty high… I say spend the extra money and find a nicer hotel in the area. This is not the place to stay if you want to be comfortable.

Have stayed here for a night before the flight. Were able to book at the airport at short notice. There is also a free shuttle bus to the hotel and back every half hour. Dogs are available for a small surcharge. Is not the most beautiful hotel, but rather quiet and price-performance is right.
There is breakfast, a restaurant, a bar, free Wi-Fi and many onsite dining in 5min walk from the hotel.

We paid just under €500 for 3 nights.
have been here for a night and it's just scrap! At the head office I reserved a room, and I specifically said that I would like to have a renovated room.
And by previous research I have seen that this hotel does not have such rooms. But those who are old (i. E. Most of the time the ventilation does not work, it smells like socks and sorry but for €500 you can also have a claim! )

Arrival: Completely crowded lobby, you thought directly "OK handling" but the receptionist has made an effort to explain everything aloud to us and to take up. Again asked if the rooms were renovated; Yes, so actually all the rooms are the same. (That meant for me: No not renovated "arrived in the room:" I knew this! "— not renovated.
Oh, great. Yellow walls, curtains smell and are yellow as if the 10 years have not been washed.
Since it was late, and my husband probably wanted to sleep even after the ride than now to go somewhere else; Ok no matter — the restaurant ensures this.
Yes, right. Haha. Waited one hour for our food, and the store was empty. Hair was lying directly on my straw in my drink. The salad consisted simply of a lettuce with balsamic. Yes — a cut lettuce. I think I've never seen anything like that haha.

Really nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The wellness surprised me in a positive way : there is a pool to swim, sauna, two fitness rooms. The meals are also good. Ideal for a stay near the airport as there is a shuttle service.

The value for money of this hotel very close to Frankfurt is excellent. Price of rooms very attractive, professional service (although sometimes a little slow), parking at disposal, small catering very correct. Very clearly, for the prices offered, one can not hope more.

Hotel nice. Web site says free breakfast, not true. Coffee is 3 euro per half cup. Shuttle from airport is free, to airport is not free. Some staff were great, others not so much.

Four-star hotel with air-conditioning. Breakfast does not require collective action, you can enter the restaurant to eat. No electric kettle, elevator, Wifi free, good signal.

Rooms were OK and clean, the sauna and swimming area badly in need of renovation. In addition, a calculation of €5 is made for the use of the sauna, which is not mentioned before! Reception was not able to provide bathrobes for the sauna visit despite prior telephone enquiry (no problem according to previous phone request). After we looked at the sauna, it was done anyway.

Were there for a meeting. More than enough parking spaces available. However, the reception was very busy and you had to wait a long time to get some information.

The hotel has been noticeable in the years. The staff is very attentive and partly not at the thing and quite unprofessional. The prices have been washed for it. Without the proximity to the airport, the hotel would probably be in a different state.

The hotel is OK. Clean, friendly all right. The breakfast is overpriced with €22, the WLAN is unstable and much slower than my mobile network. Probably because you want to sell a fast WLAN for 10 €/day…
On 1 shuttle bus NH West come 2-3 to the competition.

Avoid at any cost. Long waits to check in, limited personel available. You can not pay parking until you leave, add 25 minutes of queue in the morning due to the lack of people working at reception to just pay the parking! No heating system, I did freeze literally, no way of switching cooling system to heat, I had to sleep with my clothes on! (No extra blankets either) Called to complain, no one answers the phone (only two employees to take care of everything! ) Noisy. Expensive. Not that well communicated with Frankfurt Airport. For the same price or less you can get the hilton or any other hotel at a walking distance from the airport I travel regularly and I can say without a doubt that this is the worst hotel I have been in my entire life. It was a nightmare to be here, I'd rather sleep in the airport next time.

Toilet had a stain on the glasses and in the fridge was still something from the previous guest.
Breakfast was great, plentiful choice and well tasted. Generally I was very pleased with NH.

Good service, amenities were adequate. Stayed here because of a delayed flight. The restaurant was ok.

A very outdated, dirty and old hotel. The pillows are uncomfortable and the quilt seems to have not been washed since you bought it. The most scarce breakfast impossible and very expensive, comes better to buy what you want and have it in the mini bar. I would never recommend it.

The Service was overall good. The meeting rooms were Big and Good equiped.

Hotel is located very close to Frankfurt Airport plus they offer shuttle, airport hotel and vice versa!
It is a quiet place, the staff and friendly and helpful.

My stay was very stressful with NH Hotels. I chose this location specifically because I thought that it would be easier for my mother to commute to the Frankfurt Airport; however, it took us nearly 2 hours to find our way to the correct hotel. This was because 1) I called the number listed in my reservation confirmation email and the NH Hotels Telephone Clerk directed us in the wrong direction — as a result, we waited 45 minutes for a van (that never came) to pick us up. (I did indeed look up the hotel shuttle service before going to Frankfurt, but I also talked to the shuttle driver for a different branch of the hotel while waiting at the airport). 2) After being instructed to take a taxi to correct the previous mistake, we ended up at the wrong hotel — this was because NH Hotels had sent me the INcorrect address in my confirmation email for the hotel in which we were supposed to stay for the night. (The taxi driver had, in fact, dropped us off at the address stated in the email). The Hotel Clerks were friendly in solving the issues, but the corporate office needs to be more thorough. I would not recommend the NH Hotel chain.

I stayd from 11 agust til 13 agust in nh Frankfurt airport west. People who work behind the information desk are very rude and asocial. During the day, the ladies are the worst in the morning and afternoon. The hotel is very dirty. This is the worst service in Germany. Even 1 star rating is too high for their hotel.

Stay by obligation. The thunderstorms were right for the planes… Apart from the people at the reception in the middle of the night, the staff was dismal! Restaurant and reception in the morning… the rest is just correct. I just hope I don't have to go back!

The Shuttle (7 seats only) to the airport is often fully booked very early. The hotel refuses to organize bigger/additional buses even if they know the day before. Guests are left with paying for taxis themselves. Very bad for an airport hotel that advertises its shuttle service.

Good hotel reachable from Frankfurt Airport with their shuttle bus, or with the Sban (in any case we want no more than 15 minutes) of good standard, very quiet with servos like swimming pool and massages, bar, restaurant (only flaw is just below the line of Aircraft landing) from which you can reach the centre of Frankfurt (with the Sban "The subway of Frankfurt" in about 30 minutes).

A star for the strong hair dryer in the bathroom, the other for decent breakfast (although with cheap rolls Aufback).
Otherwise applies to me: no more NH Airport West! I held many other reviews for exaggerated, until I myself in this totally moldy bathroom, with a broken vanity mirror and the long dark hair in many places. Biggest mistake on my part: I decided to take a bath. And out of this position in the tub, there is a view on the perfect grubby underside of the washstand — disgusting.
On the scrap, also the light in the bedroom is their energy-saving lamp hangs together with the version in addition to the housing. And the very important separation door does not close between the entrance of the room and the bedroom. The housekeeper must be totally blind.
Disinterested also other staff. Just one example: I asked about the location of the swimming pool in the huge building, the front desk called me the way. I arrived there, read a sign: "Key for the locker room lockers at the front desk". Why was it not immediately communicated to me?
Anyway: A four star hotel, pool included, but not bathrobe or slippers in the room. And then the thing advertised as free shuttle: because is free only for the way. Who wants again back to the airport, pays five euro — for me a case of scam.
Not to blame the hotel, however, because of the noise level. All the guests seem at home to live in tents, ability to make solid doors only with thunderous bang.

Hotel: not very freindly stuff, restaurant : I dont advise it! bad experience, we waited for 15 mn to get the first waiter coming, then we waited 1 HOUR to get our food! Dont go if u have the choice.

Our company preferred hotel, so kindda must. But still, clean and nice, well organized hotel. Staff could be friendlier, and parking is pretty hard — carpark normally full — and expensive. Not to mention how busy it can get. Sometimes the staff mixes up reservations, but they always sort it out.

Very poor. First of all, service at the reception is curt and brisk. The rooms resemble 3 star ones rather than the 4 stars the hotel claims. Forget about having good night's rest because the sound proofing is appalling. You hear almost every door close from rooms down the corridor. The food at the restaurant is unsavoury: pasta was undercooked and just tasted like bottled tomato sauce. All in all, a shocking experience.

Hotel NH that meets what you expect. Close to the airport for short stays but not to visit Frankfurt but for convenience being close to the airport.

I stayed here because of its convenience to the airport. It was not good at all. The air conditioning was broken — only blew hot air. The front desk said they knew about it. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the rooms. I won't stay here again.

Bathroom could be maintained in any case far too dirty for nh standards. Facade was even nicer. But otherwise all good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very well equipped and full. Unfortunately, the barrier is broken. Thus free parking = crowded parking lots. When you come home after a long day's time looking for parking.

The bathroom could be a until clean. The staff a Kapil attentive. And the establishment of some well-kept. The spa area is okay. Bathrobe only unfortunately just not available. Locker keys to the locker room in the pool area no longer exist. The interior design is otherwise pretty modern. The facade I'm afraid not.

We have made a great and varied hotel golf — event at this NH. Work to the preparation and friendly hotel staff was super.
Even of the service, catering and the hotel atmosphere convinced us to recommend this hotel and to offer our customers.

A very good hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Most of the hotel seemed recently renovated. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast room really nice and the breakfast itself wonderful. It is just 15' from the s-bahn station. It takes 26' to Hauptbahnhof. Only thing that annoyed me: the shuttle to the airport was 20' late and they tried to put us in a taxi, which again was late.

The worst thing about this hotel is the service which is simply poorly, the hotel staff is tw. Very unfriendly a Hello or good morning here don't completely unintelligible there at a hotel of this category that should be self-evident.
Wi-Fi is a disaster it approx. 5 min it's so slow it takes until building up the GOOGLE page, Internet can there totally forget impudence.

Like a gross college dorm. Hallways are dark and echo each time a door slams. Doors dont have any mechanism to prevent slamming so this happens a lot. Walls have gross stains covering them and "queen" size beds are really two twins pushed together. AC only works when hotel turns it on, apparently sometime in June. Wi-Fi is free but only in the lobby, and in 29 minute increments. 10 minute walk to subway which isn't adequatly lit to take safely during dark.
