Free Wi-Fi is not 3Euro per day. Unfriendly old hotel lady. Then the absolute hammer bluetooth on TV in the room activated! …

This hotel is the most terrible experience that I have ever had. We arrived between 9-10 am and the first thing we encountered was a super unfriendly old woman super with very bad energy, looking at us like if we're terrible customers. The first thing she said is that the check-in is at 2pm… as come at 2pm. But anyways we went into the office. Finally we were doing the confirmation with this big man with bad english who was getting annoyed because of that? But it wasn't enough for him. He started to talk very rudely to us, dropping my passport on the desk. I was trying to calm down the situation by saying: hey, you are not giving us a nice service, stay cool. But he was more mad. By the way, we couldn't check in yet and I hope the experience won't get any wore as it is already. Please do not come here even though it's cheap. This hotel really sucks and it is my first time that i'm so uncomfortable with a place.

Nasty place. Dirty rooms and terrible beds.

Receptionist was nice. Late check-in was no hassle. Smell on the floor was kinda bad (cigarets) Room was nice and clean. Toilet was on the floor, not in the bathroom (this sucked) All in all, it was fine for the price!

This unique hotel gets an undeservedly bad rap: it is definitely different from most hotels nowadays, thus not what many travelers (especially us Yanks & Brits) tend to expect. First, it is spotlessly clean, very well maintained & a real bargain — seriously under-priced, in fact. I would think that people visiting Europe or the Frankfurt area who are seeking uniquely European experiences — especially, say, younger travelers bicycle-touring or the like — would relish a stay there, if only because it is far cheaper than hostels, & more private &c. I have stayed for extended periods there, & found it quite commodious. It has 18 rooms on 3 floors, & is across the street from a train station, giving access to all of the Frankfurt area in minutes (yet there's little train noise, even thru an open window on a summer night). The hotel is unconventional in several respects: no front desk at which to check in, just a business office, but it all goes smoothly enough. I noted guests — including families — from Asia, E. Europe, Britain. Some travelers today may have a problem w/ shared bathrooms &c; I chose to think of it as part of experiencing an older, bygone Europe (even the building is unique: like something plucked out of colonial India). The neighborhood is older & undeniably ethnic, but hardly a danger & quite safe at any hour. It deserves a much better rating than commonly given, particularly if one factors in the richness of experiencing a taste of "old Europe" in one's travels.

This is too bad to stay One of the worst hostel in the world I was so upset about here service I recomend not to stay here I will definitely never coming here again.

You can find always a worse hotel but after that it will be difficult.

If you only what to the Sleep needs, it is acceptable, but really too expensive. Sink in the room (including Zigarettengestank! ). Toilet (in the Bahnhofsnivau) and shower in the corridor. Several floors, each with about 5 rooms. The W-Lan was with me hopelessly overloaded and so I had unfortunately in vain for the then yet easy-to-guess PWD paid. : ( I highly recommend then, however, the Kaiserhof is just a few metres around the corner.

Nice hotel, quiet area.

If you are looking for an accommodation for one night only and otherwise are no Alternatives, like here stay. The only positive is the good location directly at the train station. The rooms are of the institution overall ok. However, the impression will be severely tarnished by the fact that the toilet and shower for several parties in the hallway. My room was only across the room for the cleaners. Unfortunately, the Hotel was for me posted. Who on morbid Chame is and for whom a touch of Brooklyn to be a source of Inspiration, to which it was recommended, all others, I would advise against it.
