Once again a great stay super friendly staff we felt very comfortable.

Incredibly pleasant and the restaurant is unique. The best beds and the restaurant is super tasty. We were served by Daniel once today and had one of the best pizzas.

Die Vila Vita liegt sehr gemütlich aber zentral in Marburg. Unser Wellnesstag dort war unvergesslich. Der Spabereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Preise sind absolut angemessen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Leider haben wir nicht gewusst, dass wir für die Massage vorher anrufen müssen, deswegen musste die leider ausfallen. Aber das war nicht der letzte Besuch :)

5 stars for a 5 star hotel. Everything was right. The rooms very nicely decorated. All roads very short. Restaurant very good food and breakfast very wide choice. The sauna and the gym were left with nothing to be desired. It was all new. Especially I found the snow room in the sauna area beautiful. But decisive for the 5 stars was that every employee I met at the hotel smiled kindly and greeted.

They're all nice. In the back of the hotel there is a river in the shape of S. The courtyard full of roses of all colors. Very nice.

It's a nice hotel. It wasn't long, only two nights. Breakfast pleased. The food is varied. Good bar and music. The economy room was quite spacious.

Very disappointed today. We stayed with a larger group in the seminar room and then dinner. Despite pre-booking we had to wait a long time for our food. We could not eat together because it was not served at the same time.
My Antipastivorspeise I ate as a main meal was outrageous for 16, 50 euros. Parmesan, ham, 3 slices of eggplant and 5 slices of zucchini. That's it.
The service was nice and dedicated. It was noticed that it all took longer than planned when the service force brought the dessert: "Do you still want your dessert? "

The absolute Best Hotel in Marburg, 5 Star superior Standard with Beautiful Spa, Rooms and Restaurant. Staff is Excellence — all in all a Quality that I last time encountered at Schloss Elmau!

Before the conversion I found it more beautiful. But that's a matter of taste. Italian Restaurant is super Super yummy! Friendly service throughout the hotel. Rooms are now relatively timeless and well furnished. Bathroom nicely new. However, technical problems with TV could not be solved.

Everything went great. Good room. Very nice staff. Can only recommend it to anyone.

A lovely, tastefully decorated hotel. Large, quiet room with spacious, well-equipped bathroom!
But: the floor of the room unclean, dust bunnies and the cut nails of the guests before us!
Poor service in the restaurant: — the appetizer was at the same time.
— The attention of the kitchen was forgotten, after the starter then delivered — delayed, only after renewed order, served drinks — from 20 to 30 o'clock the staff began to brush around us at 8 in the morning, the room service simply comes into the room!
Unacceptable performance of service personnel!

Previously I was a big Fan of the Spa Department — since today, unfortunately! If too many points to collect, it makes the bottom line is, unfortunately, no sense. The large swimming Pool has always been an issue, not only for us but also for the other guests — the Pool is too cold, the whole room is too loud and uncomfortable, the water drain, just annoying. To demand why the Pool was too cold, I got the following answer: "We know that the Pool is too cold! If we were to make the Pool warmer, we need to have more chlorine, and the energy costs would be too high! “ Um pretty Please… you are a 5* Hotel and take to the Spa 28 EUROS (more than a Spa) and other 4* houses the get go, and even cheaper! The Pool is always empty, the pool can be used to set the operation complete, it is anyway not used by any host, the operating costs for the Pool, you could save too! The snow cabin is in operation, allegedly because it needs to be defrosted. I was about 10x a guest and have not seen the snow cabin once properly up and running! The hot tub was never, this is also a clerk confirmed. In the steam room, the cleaning light comes on constantly. According to the signage, there should be a shower experience — but unfortunately this is just a regular traditional shower like everyone has at home, and thus nothing to do with experience has to do. No colored lights, no scent of ray, no nothing, just a traditional shower — completely pointless! The fruit is sold out or simply not fresh.

Really nice place for workshops. Well equipped technically, technical support is at hand. Rooms are supposed to be very comfortable. Snacks were of very high quality, the lunch buffet was copiously diverse from light salad to exquisite roast. Even the desert buffet was great. The dining hall is fairly large and if full the underlying discussions become very loud. Parking in the garage was free after checking in at the counter.

Conveniently located close to the train station with a private car park if you need it. Nice ensuite bedrooms. Very peaceful and quiet during the evening. Restaurant serves breakfast (buffet and a la carte) and dinner. Right by the river and walking distance to the town centre.

Staff very helpful. With the great complexity, one can also get lost. Perhaps striking signs at the houses.

A business hotel with impeccable service.

The hotel is located directly on the Lahn and is surrounded by very well maintained gardens.
Here there are still very fragrant roses though at the end of October.
The hotel and its team are one of the best hotels we have visited. ☘ ☘ ☘ ☘ Excellent breakfast with daily energized water, freshly prepared Smooties and much more.

Came for sales meet. Good hotel. Locating it was difficult for taxi driver from another city. Room is amazing.

Rooms are a little bit old fashioned but in perfekt condition, service and food are exelent.

Very nice Big room, only thing missing in my room was Airconditioning, with 30°C outside it was hot.

The meal during the murder mystery Dinner was good, the home but not adequately enough.

My stay very well liked in October 2014. The rooms are super equipped. The buffet left nothing to be desired. In the area, directly on the river Lahn, one may well go for a walk and enjoy the surroundings.

Super class, nice hotel, we were thrilled. Class food, wellness areas, very nice pool, super it was super relaxing, not too loud or hectic. The hotel will consider further recommend. The rooms were very nicely decorated and the servers was top.
