It is being renovated so I cannot comment at the moment as we have a hole where the sitcom has been removed an empty cupboard where the fridge is missing. Etc etc.

We were checked into this hotel late at night thanks to the unreliable airline Lufthansa. The staff at this hotel had to process lots of people rather late at night and did a great job. Despite the stress and pressure on them they were all calm and still smiling and very helpful. They provided a lovely meal at very short notice and breakfast was super. Although a rather dated hotel it was very clean and staff were very welcoming which made it a pleasant short stay.

I was sent here by Lufthansa after they canceled my flight to Asia. First the positives. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean, though I'm not very sure about the carpet. There was a good selection for breakfast. Now, the negatives. It is far from the airport. Half an hour by taxi, so factor that into your budget and time. There does not appear to be anything of interest in the area of the hotel. The room was very, very hot. There is no air-conditioning. I had to open both windows fully, just to stop sweating. I had to leave them open the entire night while I was sleeping. Having the windows open meant I could stop sweating and could actually breathe. But it also meant that everyone from outside could look into my room and see everything I was doing, including sleeping. In the morning, as soon as the sun arose, the room was boiling, even with the widows open. Do not stay here in summer.

Booked in after Lufthansa messed up my flight connection. It’s a terrible hotel, no basic amenities, not even a bottle of water in the room. It looks like it was last redecorated in the late 1970’s. The whole place smells musty and is way too hot. No air con in the rooms. If you can get Lufthansa to put you somewhere else. It’s also 26km from the airport so takes ages to get there.

I was satisfied. The room had gotten old, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would come back at any time.

The location is just great. Very accessible to the A66.

excellent value for money. I recomand to ask for a table on the terrace.

So the hotel is in Maintal/Dörnigheim. It is easy to find, and also has its own free parking. The toilets are quite Sauber, and the conference rooms are different sizes. The buffet was simple but sufficient, unfortunately it was not so easy to hand over with the used plates. That wasn't well done. The coffee was quite good though. For smoking you have to go in front of the hotel, there are ashtrays. I didn't sleep there, I only had a small seminar. There is, of course, a wheelchair-accessible entrance. So I thought it was quite ok there!

Ladies and gentlemen, unfortunately I can not recommend the service of the house. At the reservation despite the friendliness, only inaccurate statements and false promises. If you want to solve the problem by phone, it stops with the friendliness and you are not ready to talk. We booked the big room for a VIP guest but did not get the promised room. We were told that the arrival was only from 14:00 o'clock, but they didn't tell me anything. After visiting our CEO ´ s we were promised a refund, but that was not the case either. Supposedly the non-existent didn't disturb sign at the door and you couldn't put anything in the room. We were very uncomfortable with our guest.
Conclusion: This was the first and last reservation in the hotel.

Clean and good cuisine. The hotel is currently being rebuilt and is not looking inviting.

Ok but a lot like lamps did not work.
All in all, more value should be placed on small things too.

15km away from Frankfurt city centre and currently visible in exterior remodeling.

The hotel is a bit secluded in the greater Frankfurt area, about half an hour away by train. It is relatively large and offers many rooms, which are also quite spacious, but no longer belong to the newest one can be found. It is also very noisy and the doors to the staircase are lacking a damper. The restaurant as well as the breakfast are very tidy.

We're only "stranded" because of a delayed flight, but I can't complain.
The staff was nice, accommodating and kept quiet despite late hour and large number of passengers the food though was not a 5 star meal, but has tasted and you durfe as much as you wanted.

Nice comfortable hotel. Service is flawless, breakfast is truly rich, rooms are comfortable and clean. Not a luxury hotel but very nice for short stay. It is 10 minutes by car from frankfurt main city and 20 minutes away from airport. There is also restaurant with interesting plates but a little pricey one.

The doors slammed through the night.
From the surrounding rooms I could hear conversations and snoring all night long.
The street noise was still tolerable compared to that.
The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good.
For an emergency or a night OK, longer I would voluntarily not want to stay!

Hotel is clean… but what annoys me is that although advertised there is no fitness room and also no sauna. The mini bar was empty. Breakfast was OK and lunch too. The environment here is awful.

The hygiene and service were OK but the decoration is aging.

For a hotel 30min from FRA and with a deal to service Lufthansa their service is terrible. The one saving grace was a young man at the front desk, however the woman answering reception phone refused to help with Wi-Fi issues (not available in all rooms). The restaurant staff (afraid they wont get a tip perhaps? ) Want you to eat and get out. Half the TV channels dont come in and there is no way to choose subtitles in any other language. Rooms are pretty typical: simple and fairly clean, but duvets are covering some VERY old blankets. Gross.

Ok. Ok. Not up to the expectations.

I was booked here by Lufthansa after they missed my connection in Frankfurt. The dinner was inedible. Bedroom very small with one single bed that looked like a baby bed. The cover on the bed was so small and short I could not cover both my feet and my shoulders, and I am not very tall. Breakfast was hardly better than the dinner. Wi-fi did not connect from the room. In short, I had a very bad experience in this hotel.

The rooms are big but with quite old furniture. Some refurbishment is definitely recommended. Good for business trips as the location is very convenient and there is free parking. The breakfast buffet is very nice and the dinner menu is varied with a good selection but not only medium quality food.

It was okay. Perfect for €60. Room was clean although the bed was only 20cm off the ground! Decor was weird as well, lots of flames everywhere… Food was okay in the evening, breakfast was terrible. Only cereal and rolls available and no-one to offer coffee or other hot drinks. Was fine for 1 night stay with work, wouldn't visit again out of choice.
