Pure 50s (I suspect). The Hotel is very centrally located and is definitely feasible. Acceptable Breakfast at a slightly too high Price. It is strange that the current Operators do not consider it necessary at least the Illuminated advertisements downright, well …

The location is super central. Zimmer was clean. 50 years style, but perfectly okay. Would come back here staff very, very friendly.

Quiet hotel with Cubanischem 50s charm, sink in room unfortunately not cleaned… Blood Splash from the previous guest… not beautiful.

Very nice staff, all nice clean but a bit of something in need of renovation. The triple room is unfortunately made provisional, as there is only a double bed and a very low extra bed. It's a pity that there isn't a normal bed.

Unfortunately, the hotel was not maintained very well, many things are run down, broken or only repaired in need. Nevertheless, it exudes a lot of charm and I liked it there. With little effort, much could be improved here. Staff was very friendly and the food was good. The room was clean and tidy. However, earplugs are necessary due to the location directly to the road.

Location is absolutely top! Staff have always been friendly. Room was completely clean. However, the hotel has stopped somewhat in time in terms of furnishings. If you want to go on a city trip, you are only there to sleep anyway, then that is completely within the scope. The breakfast was also very good. There is no shortage of anything for the normal consumer. Otherwise I can't complain at all and would definitely recommend it for a cheap stay in Kassel!

Our room to the street went to sleep only with earplugs that we shopped after the first night.
We were there from Friday to Monday and over the weekend it makes sense to wear earplugs, as car races or rides with horsepower cars are like driving.
There is also a disco nearby.
The windows are not insulated and thus you have the feeling to sleep right next to the trams and cars.
The bathroom has no ventilation or windows.
The carpet throughout the hotel is full of stains.
The staff is just there.
If you ask nicely, you get information, coffee or WLAN access, if you don't ask, you don't get it.
The breakfast is kept very simple, even from the quality.
The central location is unbeatably good.
Conclusion: If you know what you get and are happy with it, you can stay there.
There is most likely room to the courtyard, ask for it, because there is no great view anyway.

The rooms are in catastrophic and totally unhygienic conditions. And the word of the staff on the phone can not be believed. Absolute insolence.

The staff is very rude. They never say hello and never say goodbye, I mean no welcome and no thanks for being there. The worst customer service I've ever seen.

I personally cannot understand the bad reviews. Because I found a lot of positives in this hotel. The location is excellent. It is a 5-minute walk from the centre of the city and can take you everywhere by bus and train. There are also many shopping opportunities as well as plenty of options for going out, eating out etc. Of course, in a downtown location you also have a main road on the doorstep, but if you are looking for peace and quiet you should not go to the centre, because the hustle and bustle is still late at night. The staff was always very nice and friendly. In the room there was even a brand new TV with HD programs and free Wi-Fi whatever even tried will. The décor and cleanliness was OK. I also found the old staircases and the ancient lamps in the entrance area, which seemed to be a decoration from a bygone era. The breakfast was very good and delicious. Clan, there were also a few things that would be verbesserungfähig, but all in all I find this hotel really good and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

For the price it's hard to beat. In the heart of Kassel. Very honest breakfast and filtered coffee. Rooms tidy. Old charm. Friendly staff.

Ok, the qualty do not meet up to the price. But overall a okey hotel for a night, just next to the shopping.

3 star hotel — 3 star GoogleBewertung. The rooms are very spacious and the staff is dedicated & friendly. Breakfast buffet is good. Delicious sweet little things (muffins, Donuts & co. ) by the personnel to sweeten the morning. The establishment and the entire hotel are outdated however. Small RöhrenTV is for example. Out of date. In the room there is no proper wardrobe. The carpet in the whole hotel must be replaced urgently. Central location in the city. However some disturbance by road or neighboring nightclub.

Everything seems very much out of date. CRT TVs and accordingly old Interior in the rooms. The breakfast was very good and balanced. But it smelled in the entrance area very fried fat.

Freshly renovated. Service-friendly. Rooms clean and ok. Some street noise but is less than one in a city hotel. Very central. Good value for money.

Durschschnittliches hotel. Accounting completely bewildered and confused.

Price / performance ratio very good. Comfortable large room (through traffic something loud, as located in the city centre), good breakfast. Very friendly staff. There was though no bicycle storage room, was solved but ideally, we could assume that the wheels in the hallway.

The hotel in itself is ok. The location is good and the rooms are comfy enough. But, the hotel could do with some upgrading when it comes to furniture and paint etc. The bathroom was really sad. The breakfast was not up to scratch either. One plus was the super friendly front desk staff.
