Wonderful hotel. The single rooms are small but still very good. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The hostess was very godd and spoke english quite well. The cleaning staff did a great job with the rooms. Nicely located right on the shopping area. Would happily stay again but probably go for a double room.

We stayed at the Hotel Karl Noss for four days in May ’18. Loved it. Perfect location, overlooking the Mosel, below the Reichsburg (castle) and near central Cochem with all of its shops and restaurants. Great view of the promenade and the river traffic. The hotel itself is nice, the room was comfortable and the restaurant was friendly and had a nice menu. The food was simple and very good. Our room had a huge balcony with comfortable furniture and a million-dollar view. Perfect for unwinding with a beer or glass of wine after a long day of touring. Above all, the staff was GREAT. Friendly, helpful and attentive. They provided excellent recommendations, and sound advice all around. When I had trouble with my rental car, they volunteered to call the company for assistance, and made an appointment with a local garage who quickly took care of the problem. We highly recommend you stay here as a great, central location for exploring the wonderful Mosel River valley.

The hotel has a great location, right on the Moselle promenade.
My single room at the back was very small but clean and purposeful. I particularly loved the boxing jumping bed. The Bad/WC is mini, unfortunately the fan was missing.
The menu offers variety and all the food was delicious. My burger was top.
Breakfast is impressive.
The staff are extremely friendly throughout.

I've been there 2 times so far. In August and in the November2017. The staff is incredibly friendly and will respond to any request. The ambiance is gorgeous and decorated with love. The breakfast and supper is terrifically delicious.

Our stay at the hotel was really pleasant and enjoyable. Management and restaurant staff were really friendly. English spoken by staff helped as only 1 of our group of 4 spoke German. Our room was cosy with comfortable bed & clean amenities. Breakfasts and dinner were very tasty! Our account was able to be paid using our Visa card which was a great help as we found many hospitality places in the town only accepted cash — apparently because German card companies charge a high merchant service fee to the business.

Very good hotel, where everything fits all around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere, the service, the furnishings and the food are top. Breakfast is excellent and the dinner is also very good. 100% recommendation.

Seldom eaten so badly, especially at such prices… Meat very tough, with all the people at the table.

Was quite nice with a comfy seeming restaurant that has a small crowd well into 1 am. Also seemed to be the only place open at that time.

Whenever I on the Mosel'm the night I'm here. The rooms are wonderful, the Restaurant is excellent, the Service is Champions League. And even the dog gets an Extra-bed. Hopefully it stays still for so long! Many thanks to the Team and Management.

The Hotel is ideally located. Across the street directly on the river Moselle. The Service is very good, the rooms impeccable and very spacious. The food is very good and especially the Breakfast is very rich. Within walking distance of everything and very easy to reach. Of course everything has its price, but for the location and the quality of service is justified.

The hotel is located conveniently in Cochem. Some rooms is a great views over the Moselle river. The room is exellent. Everything you need.
The service at the breakfast buffet is great, good selection. All staff are very friendly. The restaurant is highly recommended especially the Burger was really tasty.

Despite its size, the hotel Noss is comfortable and personally.
The cleanliness throughout the hotel (rooms, restaurant and Bistro) is very good. The guest structure is "cross border" from young to old, from Dutch to Russians, is all represented.
The rooms are also very nice.
The facilities are good and complete.

We lived in the hotel Noss in May. The rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast very good. In the evening, we ate in the restaurant. Very friendly service staff who can advise you well and are extremely attentive. You should book previously because the restaurant is crowded. There's a tageskatuelles menu or putting together his menu. In any case, there are no Sparrow portions, it is good enough.
