The hotel room was huge, with an enormous bed. A little out of the way but still a lovely place to spend the night. Breakfast can be taken outside on the terrace and was lovely.

Suite / family room was huge and very pleasant. Spa area enjoyable. Quiet area. Would go there again.

An exceptional location close to Saarbrücken.
The service at the restaurant is more than remarkable and warm despite the presence.

Helpful staff that speak English well enough as well a myriad of other languages. Clean rooms and decent Wi-Fi speeds. An excellent restaurant is in the first floor that also has outstanding breakfast included in the room price (excluding Sundays). The pool and spa area is clean and well maintained.

My expectations of the house were met Wiedermal, I have nothing to complain about.

Great hotel. This hotel has some really nice features. Swimming pool/ wellness area. Really nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. The bar is cute, and the barman is very helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet. The hotel is located in a quiet area, half an hour walk from the city. The room services is quick, and there is enough on the menu to choose from. Tasty food.

We had booked a seminar room.
Rooms and ambience are good.
However: at the first appointment we were disturbed in the middle of the seminar, because a projector with HDMI connection was needed in the adjoining room. Our (booked! ) Beamer was then replaced with one with poorer quality.
On the second appointment, the hotel drilled so loudly in the middle of the seminar operation that it was not possible to listen. After a clear complaint on our part, drilling was postponed until the lunch break. That meant: in the restaurant you didn't understand your own word.
However, the staff and reception were very nice and responded immediately to the complaints / concerns within the scope of their possibilities.
The lunch (selection of 3 dishes) was always good. The staff was friendly and attentive.
Conclusion: in the organization there is still air to the top, but ambience and staff are very good and hard-working.

A somewhat secluded hotel, which is about a 10-minute drive from the Saarbrückener Hbf — Cairns — away.
By taxi you are also in a good 10 minutes in the Saarbrückener city centre, on foot You may need a good half hour.
The hotel, and in particular the room, was very clean and the staff very friendly.
The selection at the breakfast buffet was not very large, I did not find any vegan extras (e. G. Soya milk or Pflanzenmagerine).
Overall, I stay at 5 stars, because it was very cozy in the room.

We visited for the first Time in the Hotel. The reception on Arrival was very friendly. Our room was well-equipped and the atmosphere is good overall. The Wellness area offers something for everyone. A special thanks goes to the nice lady who has served us every morning for Breakfast, warm and authentic. We will come back.

Nice hotel, everything clean. The staff is nice and the rooms are tidy. The décor is no longer dewy and the location is not quite optimal. It's very quiet at night. All in all good value for money. The photos are from a suite (free upgrade).

A good hotel with good breakfast. I had first got a room next to the elevator and could sleep through the deafness of the building then badly. A change of room was not a problem, however, thanks to the effort of staff.

Nice and comfortable Hotel.

The service is wonderful, as is the food. There is a pool that is beautiful. The whole hotel has a nice ambiance. But I would hope that the duvets and the rooms would not be quite as hot.

Neat accommodation for some quite days. A bit outside of the city center but if you come by car it's no problem at all. The wellness area in the basement is clean and well done.

Very nice hotel, great spa. Decent food. Location not so great. You need a car or bike to get to the centre of the city. And it definitely needs AC. Beds not great, but not bad either.

Very comfortable room, nice restaurant, good and helpful staff. It was very hot during my stay (30-35 C) so the room was a bit stuffy. But very good for the area. Good value.

People are warm and friendly! My stay was flawless from the arrival in the airport and the day that I left. The breakfast during the weekends are awesome! The room is clean and spacious. It has all I need to attend a conference like iron board, a good Wi-Fi, and nice study table layout.

This is a very nice hotel, spotlessly clean and with a pleasant atmosphere. Staff are courteous and obliging. Unfortunately it is outside the city centre and can be difficult to find. I hope to stay there again.

Stay from 4 to 9 July 2014 — booking via Neckerman travel (Belgium).
Room: nothing to say for bedding, but no air conditioning (for a 4 *! ). Fortunately, the room is equipped with a swivel fan…
Breakfast: perfect.
Dinner (price requested by the Agency 18, €60 p/person per day for 3-course dinner to choose or buffet). My opinion: unworthy of a hotel 4 stars, I eat better and cheaper in town.
Unlike the catalog of the Agency, the choice was allowed on the main course, the others (entry and dessert) being imposed. As a main dish, among other magnificiences, has proposed us a "Cheeseburger" (18, €60 paid) or a salad with tuna canned (always for the same price)! The cheeseburger was filled to 8, €50 on the map displayed on the outside!
On 6 dinners out, never seen the color of a buffet dinner!
