It was a great stay. Warm and personal welcome by the owners. An optimal organization and provision of breakfast in Corona times. In addition, very tasty and freshly prepared. The rooms were taptopp clean. In this way also a big thank you to the service team, that we were able to move into the second room before the actual check-in appointment.
We were completely satisfied and will be happy to come back.

We were very happy to have booked this hotel. Very nice, young people who respond to all wishes. The breakfast was, despite Corona, very well organized. The room, directly out to the Moselle, was a dream and very clean. We felt very comfortable there and will definitely be back. The location is excellent. LG and thank you again from NRW!

Fabulous hotel, friendly staff and well equipped rooms with wonderful views of the Mosel from our private balcony. Can't recommend it enough.

For a night in the dark, for longer, something decent looking for you. Room 15 has the size of felt three storage chambers. As a frequent traveler I'll be back here again.

Very nice Hotel in a good location. Rooms with mountain views. Nice and quiet but somewhat small. Very clean and the Breakfast is absolutely sufficient. Would definitely book there again.

Three Star House. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good Breakfast. But the rooms on the main road very noisy. Sleeping with open window is hardly possible. So to use Windows or ear plugs. Internet in the second floor bumpy (with interruptions). An Elevator is available.

This hotel gets a "well" from me. Staff top. But the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. For 3 stars ok but not for 100 euros the night. I expect a little more. A little more. More than a wet cell in the bath where the water doesn't really run out when showering. And that's not really hygienic. The pillow was smeared with blood, well that it was just the little pillow. Luckily, the big pillow was ok…

Views of the Mossel river from cozy teddy bear themed hotel. A fresh delicious breakfast with scrambled eggs made to order and friendly staff. The single room was a bit snug but very nice non the less.

Reserved room was not free. Had within 3 days once again to move. Promised W-Lan did not work. Breakfast very simple. Shower water only from the side. Price-performance ratio is true at all. Hotel ideal for 80jaehrige for the showers, no Smartphone, and in the morning only fat eat a sausage.

Spent a week in the bear hotel were very satisfied with the rooms to the service. Our daughter is 2 years and really liked it. She has slept well in the evening in a cot (provided by the Hotel). Breakfast perfect, everything was fresh and plentiful, the staff was also super. Thank you we will again go to. Was a nice holiday.

At the front desk were told succinctly, that our appointed in writing and confirmed by email space is occupied. As happened to the others in line waiting. We were banished to the edge of the Sports Center. With the note "no tent", the space is too tight. On Friday, loud music from the beer tent boomed until 05:00 of the following day, no sleep. The next morning, we left the square.

At the reception there was total confusion. The booked and schriftl. Space confirmed by E-Mail was not available. The same was true for all other guests standing in line. We were banished to the edge of the football field with the note to build no tent, because the space is so tight. In the night from the 06 — 07.09. was the noise from the beer tent unbearable. We broke off the holiday.

A wonderfully located directly on the river Moselle, the location of the Hotel. Price/ performance ratio is in order. Clean and well-furnished rooms and attentive staff. Due to the direct location on the river Moselle and the Parking lot of the Schiffstouristen it comes occasionally to odors caused by the ship's diesel or a related Geräuschkullisse. An overall very recommendable house.
