Absolute Top Hotel. Very quietly located. Nice staff, great food. The breakfast is very tasty (organic) and leaves no wish open.

In advance the rooms are not luxury rooms. Bathrobes you have to borrow. (Surcharge) swimming pool and Sauna you have to Pay extra. However, this area is really beautiful.

Off-season one night stay. Food was beyond good. Only 4 stars because service seemed a little slow but, like I said, it was off-season and I’m an impatient American. Hotel facilities are top-notch.

Nice hotel. With lots of nature. Hotel to relax and enjoy. Nice gym, sauna and pool. The breakfast is delicious with many options on the buffet.

Thank you we had a wonderful time. Its a truly beautiful place to stay and you made us feel so very welcome and always very helpful. With beautiful surroundings. I only wish we had longer and so I hope one day we can come back for longer.

Unfortunately for the 2nd time neither reception nor thresen power present in the spa, so you have to order drinks + food at the hotel reception. From a 4*S one expects sufficient staff. No bell o. Tel. At the Spa-Thresen that you at least so best. Might. Service gap!
Too bad that the Ladies-Wellnestag no longer exists!
The cappuccino is super delicious, as is the food at Rumpolt.

Small, quiet, family-run hotel with always attentive and friendly staff, beautiful spa, tasteful rooms, good beds, great outdoor facilities and good restaurant. All this is also in a wonderful location. Here we are happy to be guests, a real recommendation!

We were at Hotel Schmitt with an 11-strong Group. Everyone was totally thrilled. A very clean Property, the park-like Garden, the Rooms, all lovingly designed. Everything was thought of.
See Umbrella in the Room Cabinet. The Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The Kitchen excellent. The Spa Is Also very appealing. There is nothing missing.

Celebrated a birthday here today and got wonderful service as always, a special dessert and a bottle of sparkling wine as a Happy Birthday Gift! I’d always recommend eating here. So delicious!

Stayed for 3 nights at this wondwerful hotel. From my first greeting to check-out, I could not fault anything. Dinner on my first night despite being a late check-in was beautiful. My room was spacious, clean and very quiet. Breakfast buffet was a dream for a healthy eater. I can only highly recommend this hotel.

Super nice operator family. Beautifully located. Delicious food. Beautiful paths for walking and cycling. Sauna. Swimming pool. We spent a wonderful holiday here.

Great venue for celebrations (weddings or birthdays) or for business events. I've been to several occasions here and the food has always been great. The staff is very accommodating, polite and on Zack. Highly recommended!

Very happy to have found a place that caters for all my unusual food intolerances and managed to produce a very tasty meal! Love the strict covid regulations which are being implemented. Very important in times like these.

Our room was very large and well equipped with terrace incl. Pool view. The pools and garden as well as all the rooms/breakfast and dinner are super nice. The service is great and friendly, the breakfast and dinner versatile and taste impeccable.
What is missing is a bar in the pool area, inside or outside. Vllt. Gibts the until our next visit :-)

Already on arrival you can feel the kindness of the staff (staff). Always an open ear and helpfulness of the staff. Breakfast is in sufficient quantity and well available. Dinner
(for bus groups) 3 dishes are good and very tasty. The rooms are large and well furnished. Would I also wish for anything else. And last but not least, last night we had a solo entertainer on site, who could entertain us all with good mood and music.

The hotel is in top shape. It's still worth a bit of a trophy.
The people are very nice. Really true. And understand all sorts of languages. Plattdeutsch, too.

Hospitality and service are very important here. The whole team fulfills all guest wishes in a completely uncomplicated way. Our room was very large and absolutely quiet with a wonderful view of the forest. The bathroom was wonderful — and finally there was room for everything you need — you are not necessarily used to that from other hotels. We were particularly impressed by the generous shower. The balcony is also very spacious and in the sunshine you can also enjoy it here on a sun lounger.
