The location is fantastic as the spa park is right outside the door. The furnishings of the rooms or bathrooms are likely to be modernised somewhat. Otherwise, all clean and friendly staff.

Unfortunately something aging hotel with 80s style. Staff very nice and competent, rooms very clean, but bathroom would have to be renovated urgently. Breakfast is rich and good. The worst was dinner, that can't be done at all: Dead cooked vegetables, tough meat, for nothing died fish, oily breaded and fried, all kept warm for hours. You should perhaps forgo buffet and cook in a contemporary way. For that, the cocktails at the bar were top notch! Great bartender.

Hotel from the 70s, but OK. Smoking ban in the hotel, but on the terrace then not again. There are guests who qualms after all on the balcony … Pigs. Food OK, breakfast rich, staff friendly, the lady at the bar unfortunately does not mix good cocktails. Her male colleague, on the other hand, has it on it.

At first glance it looks old, but in modern and clean. The location is quiet and the park in front of the hotel has a relaxing effect.
Directly from the hotel you arrive in the bathrobe which is in the room, in the not huge but modern thermal baths with a nice sauna area.
Those who book directly get the stay free of charge, at my travel portal It was not there, also lacked the breakfast with €15. This amount is due for the underground garage, or 3, €50 Day ticket in front of the hotel in the parking lot.
The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good.

A very nice little place with many timber-house houses, a magnificent thermal bath and a beautiful spa park. Also there are excellent restaurants and beautiful hiking trails and forests.

To sum it up — two nights booked, departed after one night!
It didn't work at this hotel.
First there were problems with the arrival, of two ladies at the Repzeption we had not booked and they can not help us but 10 minutes later came finally another one, which then suddenly found us in the system. Then we wanted to go to the spa and sauna but our chip bracelets, which are meant for rooms as well as thermal baths, did not work and we did not come in. On request It was said by the hotel staff these problems would probably already be known and should be turned to the spa staff. Then of course they told us to turn to the hotel. So to enter and leave the spa, you had to turn to the staff every time, which were also annoyed.
The next day after we came back from the spa (in which we had to be left behind the counter), we were not able to enter our room because our chip did not work again. Again we went to the Repzeption, where there were more people who did not come to their rooms, they tried to help us but visibly annoyed. After we were back in our room and the safe could not be opened, "due to any disturbances when the side walls are touched", it was enough for us. We had to wait about 15 minutes for an employee to get the safe. Of course we left immediately!
Pages of the hotel during our stay was not a single excuse regarding the circumstances which were prepared for us, this is more than regrettable!
Anything but a relaxing weekend!

Very nice hotel with a very good breakfast. So all you can eat… Direct access to the SPA all inclusive With room price… except halfboard per person €27 is always worth its price. We'll be back at all events.

The hotel is situated in a quiet location in the park. All the staff are friendly and always helpful. The rooms are gradually being renovated, so it happens that you have an older bathroom where the paint is already off.
The food is very good with great selection, but a permanent whiner will also find its part.
In the wellness area you will find a large selection. You will be well advised to decide.
The bathrobe is a great way to swim in light clothes from the room.
All the areas I have described can reach my wife in a wheelchair without help.

Very nice hotel and great spa (as well as water — as well as sauna — area). We felt very comfortable and well kept. Definitely recommended!

Good hotel with access to Tuscany Spa.
The hotel is ideal for a wellness stay in the spa. You can walk from the room in the bathrobe through a side entrance directly into the sauna area. The price-performance ratio is very good. Delicious breakfast. The rooms are okay. I'm sure we'll be back.

The hotel has been a little bit over the years but is being renovated little by little. We were told that the baths are coming soon. And then out there. The rest looks great. The breakfast is super tasty. The dinner we had was also super tasty.
The highlight is of course the direct route to the spa. It is small and cute and very cozy. So all in all highly recommended.

Well maintained but always mixed and naked. A lot of people would be nicer to be looked at DRESSED.

Very nice and exclusive. Excellent food and staff. A spa is right next to it. The prices are correspondingly high, but reasonable.

Great room. Bath and exterior have come a little in the years. The location is very good. Breakfast generous and according to the claim. The view of the park and the spa is top, insofar as one has booked this side of the hotel.

Really relaxing, who wants it has its quiet, otherwise always nice entertainment at the bar. Room just cozy. Spa Super, during the week also not so crowded. Bad orb itself, I like it.

You can always go to the spa. That has something… The room is very spacious and breakfast also great.

Great hotel at the Spa. Very modern.

The hotel is a mix of modern and obsolete. My room was quite modern new furnished, but the bathroom was still original from the 80s. Breakfast is excellent and highly recommended. Also the terrace invites you to linger. Is nice also that the Spa right next to the hotel is bound to. Parking is sufficiently available. For which there are deductions, is the price. Despite quite good facilities are the prices for breakfast, Spa, food… Not justified. There are similar deals that beat less record more clearly, even if this is a spa town.
