The staff is friendly. There is no more positive about the hotel.
The rooms are outdated and dirty. Spartan furnished and more than unhygienic! I don't know where this hotel should have 3 stars, but it definitely doesn't deserve it!

Great breakfast, near Hockenheimring, evrything clean and comfortable. Recommended!

Location, noise from trains.

A little dirty place, not so new facilities. If you go in summer just keep in mind that there is neither air conditioning nor fans, only a large window q overlooks the center of a courtyard where there is usually a little noise. Breakfast is austere.

The location of the hotel is good. But that is also the only thing. The room was mega dirty. I have no idea if there was any cleaning at all.

Too bad hotel. No aircondition no facility in room, beds mattress to soft can feel spring which is not good for back. No extra facility. Room smells with carpet. No ventilation system until we open window.

Disappointing! Three stars? Maybe twenty years ago!
No air conditioning — no minibar — mini TV — No room service — breakfast so lala — and the ambience in the immediate vicinity fluctuates between Chinese without guests — shisha bar — and Rimini street coffee.

Right Hotel, just to spend the night. They Don't have a restaurant. Spacious. Right Attention. Place to park bus at the door. Regular Breakfast.

Excellent place, the staff very friendly and always available and willing to help, the village is like a 20 minute walk, the pizzas that are nearby, highly recommended to go to dinner.

I am on a regular basis in this hotel and cannot say anything negative. Location is great as everything is necessary in the immediate vicinity. Staff always friendly and also helpful in changing the booking or other problems. Rooms are quiet and large and have the advantage to most hotels that a bathtub is available;)

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, das gemütliche Ambiente fehlt. Man könnte nach und nach mal die Zimmer renovieren (Matratzen durchgelegen, Badezimmer alt und hässlich, Boden mit Teppich ausgelegt-nicht schön und viele Gebrauchsspuren, alte Möbel). Der Tagungsraum war okay … ich fand es nicht schön, dass man erst über die Flure zwischen der Hotelzimmern laufen muss, um erst dahin zu kommen. Mobeliat alt und nicht schön (auch im Tagungsraum)! Ein richtiges Hotel-Restaurant fehlte — ein Asia-Restaurant grenzt da an… aber nicht jedermann Geschmack! Frühstück war gut, aber nichts besonderes. Allerdings war das Personal freundlich und sehr bemüht.

I stayed and I had a great pass. Good room service and good breakfast.

Breakfast overpriced, room wall had a huge crack, sink was extremely worn and 2 sockets as well as a lamp did not work in the room at all. Conclusion: a renovation would be urgently needed.

Staff is friendly UBD polite rooms are katadtrophal. Very clean and clean.

A large room as you seldom see in Europe for so little, the breakfast exquisite, is a little removed from the center but is totally worth it.

Good bedrooms, Shower is fine, Rooms are in summer to warm, open the windows is possible but noisy, breakfast is fine, free Wi-Fi for 3 days.

It's not good as our Indian hotel. No facilities like brush shaving kit in room. Rooms are too small. Thay have to learn many things from our Indian hotel industry.

Nice hotel. Not to expensive, but it seemed like the heating was stuck on 40 degrees.

15 mins from Heidelberg Central Train Station, Very good German Breakfast from 6-10, Staff are very friendly.

The guy at the Rezeption was very Kind and friendly, the room was ok because it was clear, there was a flatscreen init and the had free Wi-Fi in which you can login. The bed was normal. The Hotel is near a Train station if you want to go to Hockenheim it only takes 4 minuts also is the Hotel near the City there is a castle and a beaughtiful shopping and rating mile.

As a place to sleep okay, for the money great, much does not expect. Completely satisfied because an event nearby and with room for the short night was there.

After check-in and entering the room came the first shock. The room is not made. Bed, bathroom of all full hair. Leftovers were on the desk, towels were flying in the bathroom that's why. Because we were in a hurry we threw our stuff just in the next room. When we arrived at night was a dead Bird on the ground which has pooped the room before. After two-time parade and at least faster help we did it to get into a good room. Whether or not it was now double bad luck is not to recommend this hotel.

For the cheapest hotel in the area, there really is nothing big to complain about! TV image trickles down, bath has its minor flaws but clean, otherwise the room is nice and spacious and clean. Bad even with a bathtub. Ok the bottle of water in the room costs 4 euros on the table, but you must not drink, there is also in the hallway cheaper drink as well as other little things like sweets and non-alcoholic drinks from the vending machine. ;-) around the hotel in the building, also several ways to go to eat and drink like Bars, etc 4 star from the performance-to-price ratio seen.

A very warm and nice hotel to experience a suburban life style. Room is nice clean and cozy, service is great, delicious and cheap chinese food resto at the lobby level, just walk distance to Rewe … very nice hotel at a very loving area.

It would not blow you of your feet but it is overall OK. Beds are a bit tiny, room is clean. You have to pay for everything you consume, prices are spicy. 4 EUR a 1 litre water bottle! Internet connection is poor and costs 15 Eur for 7 days.

The Hotel itself was fine. However, the Service left something to be desired. Shards from the previous tenant, despite repeated note has not been removed. And the TV was unfortunately not properly ready for use. Otherwise you can but nothing bad about the Hotel say.
