Hello, was only a WE to care for and support a guest in the house. Disabled? yes.
Staff? friendly and helpful. Premises? Well. Bath could have been a bit bigger, but they did well. Availability? Very good. Location? Very good.

Beautiful quiet room, large bed with comfortable mattress. Delicious breakfast with a wide selection. Will come back.

The staff is very nice and courteous the breakfast adequate, with different rolls, bread and and and … At first glance, the rooms seem tidy as far as possible, but unfortunately this is deceptive. Spray weaving behind the curtains and on the ceiling of the room, next to the shelf at the bed was still spilled liquid on the wood cladding of the predecessor, on the bathroom tiles also indefinable spots, drain from the shower with hair full … Walls in the room dirty and the mirror looked shuttered … but was dirty … hardening a new coat of paint needed … You don't have it like that here with cleaning.

Very nice hotel for short term visits.
There is nothing to complain about in the room, not too big or too small and everything you need.
The bathroom is very nice and modern design also everything clean.
Price/service top The breakfast is rich and varied. The scrambled eggs with bacon are just right. Coffee as much as you want. I would have wanted some coke, but you shouldn't start the day anyway.

Nice hotel with renovated bathroom. Drinks station in the room and a bottle of water included. Little fridge in the room. The breakfast is varied and delicious.

We have received the hotel at favorable conditions. The rooms are nice sized and bright. The beds comfortable. There is a coffee —/tea maker in the room and a bottle of water.
The location of the hotel is great as you have two tram stops directly to the city. The tram is also on the Maimarkthalle.
Little tip: Run to the Planetarium station, the tram rides more often.

So I have visited some hotels but this will definitely stay longer in memory. The rooms are not exactly modern and the bathroom is not at all. The shower was almost impossible as the tub was very small and the ceiling was not even 2m high… Adventurous. Breakfast was O K.

The hotel has been in the years. Rooms have been refurbished but still do not make a really good impression due to the overall condition of the hotel.
Room was very clean.
At breakfast there were not even filter coffee, the guests can only use the finished machine. The quality of these machines is dubious.
There were no buns… supposedly because the baker had an accident…?! There was only a pretty dry baguette.
At check out no demand for satisfaction.

Reception unfriendly. After visit forgotten Charger reported with the request for sending: never heard of again! (The staff of Bar and restaurant was on the other hand class! )

Everything was OK. Nice reception, and also no problem with the cost transfer as with many others. Room not quite new but all you need and clean. Bad thumbs up clean and modern. Breakfast could tolerate a little more pep but there was enough for everyone. Everything together I found good price performance and can recommend the hotel without any hesitation.

Tried to check in around 8.00pm, to my first surprise they have multiple booking in my name. Thought it could be a problem from travel agent. Got checked in, booked 7 days of breakfast, went to the room, thought to order some dinner. Called room service, they said we don't serve to the room, you have to come and collect. Next thing I know, I am running through the hallway with a 2 fit long dinner tray. Next day morning I got a call, that I have to vacate the room, should I check out or move to another room!? Wait, last night didn't I solve that? I am staying for 7 days! Went to the counter to figure that out, and fixed. Then wanted to have breakfast. At the hall there was a person noting down the room number. He said, I don't have breakfast booked, would I like to charged that to the room? Then what I did last night? The breakfast thing stayed with me whole stay, even if I showed the receipt. Oh, one more thing, every day my door access card used to get disabled. And the reason given, is that I have it too close to my phone. These folks were not even truthful, that they did not fix the multiple booking, and so the card deactivated. I never felt so unwelcomed in my whole life.

Nothing wrong with this hotel for the money. A reasonable walk to the city center. Rooms are typical Mercure, bland but functional. Breakfast was ok, you can ask for omlettes which are really good. Don't pay for parking, turn right as you drive in and park for free.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. At the moment the baths are being renovated, which is pointed at the elevator and which is expected from 9:00 pm with construction noise. I didn't hear about it and was already able to inhabit a room with a new bathroom. Both the bathroom and the rooms are beautiful and have provided for a pleasant stay.
In the foyer there is a bar which is also highly recommended. The hotel has its own parking place where you can park your car for 9 €/24h. There are also free parking spaces on the street, which are often occupied by the hotel.
The train station is probably fifteen minutes by tram, but I have not tested it myself.

It is a good place to get to the hotel by public transport. The rooms are OK and the service too. To recommend.

In the top floor rooms you can hear the AC chillers on the rooftop droning at night. For 139€ per night, I would have expected the Wi-Fi and breakfast included, but they wanted another 10€ per day for Wi-Fi and 17€ per day for breakfast. The rest was OK.

Reception staff very friendly. Room OK, not quite new. This is recognized in some places. There is a bottle of water to welcome you. In bed there are several pillows to choose from. Air conditioning has also worked. Cleanliness was good too, in the bathroom the toilet would have to be intensively cleaned or exchanged. I didn't test breakfast. In front of the hotel there are parking spaces and a tram and bus stop. Walking distance from Central Station about 20 minutes.
Sometimes it was a bit noisy in the room (from the hallway and from the outside). Rating varies between 3, 5 and 4 stars.

Nothing special. My door card needed reprogramming three times in 5 days stay. Food was very average and was not offered my change twice when buying drinks from the bar. Rooms were OK. Not good value for money though. You can find many better services than this for cheaper.

Hotel fairly good, bathrooms were being renovated whilst there, so was work noise in the day. My bathroom was the old one, which isn't bad, at least the shower is powerful. The room itself is smart. The staff were helpful and breakfast was good. Wi-Fi was free but rather slow. It was just enough for low resolution YouTube, clearly trying to force you on to the premium offering. It's near the excellent gardens, well worth visiting whilst you stay.

I could have given 2 stars. Working in progress by 9am to 7 pm. Restaurant food not worthy of mention. Not easy to locate for parking, About 20-25 minutes walk to city centre.

Best thing about this place is the park across the street.

Nice and clean rooms, in summer usable air condition. Sometimes expensive, if rooms are soon occupied. The position is very good, some available free places for parking.

Good hotel apart from my key card not working after it touched my cell phone. Hotel was clean, high quality staff and nice outside bar area.

All in all a good experience. The hotel is clean and in an overall good condition. One elevator was out of service and they caused some waiting time, but was manageable. The internet was a bit slow but then again there seems to be a payed option. I think this is false advertising as wireless was supposed to be included. Parking is a bit bigger problem as that is not included. They do have an outside par area and a garage for parking, this against a fee though. Then there is public parking behind the hotel, which is also paid parking. I did try their wake up service, and I am really happy I had own alarms on aswell. Since I would have overslept otherwise. After my recollection the phone did not ring but luckily I already was awake at that time. The staff tried to convince me though that the wake up call was made on time. Walls are a bit thin so you will hear your next door neighbors (or so). Depending on how loud they are, my guess is that mine were a bit louder than usual. All in all though an OK experience. Am tempted to give 3 stars but I do tend slightly more to 4.

Bad value for money. A decent hotel but without any more. The rooms are classic, the free Wi-Fi is not really usable and the comfort of the beds is modest. The food quality of the restaurant is relatively low-end.
This is a business oriented hotel (for prices and location)
