Very pleasant Hotel with lovely quiet rooms and very friendly staff.

Zimmer ok… Frühstück exzellent.

Tasted good and the staff was really friendly. The location is beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxed and casual. Therefore, here can spend a really cozy evening.

Hotel is just an old castle, rooms in the attic are cramped and with wooden floor under the carpet. It creaks and wobbles; —)
But there is air conditioning which allows the window to be closed because the street annoyed me. The mattress should be changed. Breakfast and service is great!

Room was quite ok. However, we booked without breakfast but had to pay €8 per day for breakfast, then had breakfast on payday and were very disappointed with the small selection.

Great service, nice staff, acceptable prices. However only 4 stars due to three things: the Wi-Fi is really bad (slow and many regular sites like Netflix are blocked), there doesn't seem to be a night staff (had to wait on the street for an hour till another guest opened the door luckily) and rooms vary widely for the same price (some have half the size for the same price! )

On the fairly manageable card I liked as a starter the red pray soup with horseradish foam as well as the duck with orange puree. The soup came after a reasonable time and was a dream. After the appetizer I wanted to give 5 stars. But then came the long wait for the main dish. Even though a restaurant is well-attended, but far from crowded, it must create the kitchen in acceptable time to bring the food into service. When the duck finally came, the orange puree was delicious, but the duck itself was burned to a large extent black, tasted in parts after charcoal and the meat was partly unpalatable dry. Only directly on the bone I found edible parts that tasted like duck meat and at least had the appearance of delicacy.
Conclusion: If such a food is left out of the kitchen, this is only a star value. The second only deserves the exquisite soup.

Excellent service. The food at the restaurant is delicious. The next time I'm in Ingelfingen, we will be staying here.

Menu is kept small and the prices are like at the Hilton. Rooms are quite ok but have the charm of a hospital room.
