Awkward shortcoming: inflexibility in TRIPZ vouchers, but you can arrange with the staff!
There is nothing against a new visit!
Please install shower cabins urgently!

Excellent hotel. Comfortable. Very clean indoor pool, breakfast buffet worthy of a 5 star but lunch and dinner did not suit me.

Super relaxing weekend spent. Massage Top, Hamam 1001 Night was an experience. Pool large and clean. Room with balcony was a bit sparse but O. K. Will come back.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Minus points can only be made because of the high prices for outside the HP. Partly very nice rooms some would have to be slowly renovated. We have been there for the 8th time and have noticed that prices have been increased sharply every year. Nevertheless, we can give 4 out of 5 stars.

Great place to stay, well equipped, very good kitchen and breakfast, great regional white wines, excellent beds and very clean rooms, quiet area, well located in the pure atmosphere of Ahr valley.

Very good, quiet Hotel with excellent Restaurant. The Staff is very friendly and helpful, whether at the Reception or in the Restaurant. Everyone is trying very hard for the Well-being of the Guests.
Very nice Wet area with large Indoor Pool. The Outdoor Area with many Sun Loungers has also been very lovingly designed. Also highly recommended is the Spa Area, where can recover very well. Overall, a very successful Stay, which I am sure we will repeat.

Nestled in a beautiful setting that encourages hiking, this small, very well-run hotel is located. Friendly staff and a good range of wellness programs as well as delicious food ensure that the stay is very pleasant.

We really liked the weekend in this hotel. Nice courteous service clean rooms and a great if slightly small wellness area. Breakfast left nothing to be desired. We'll definitely be back.

You can not only relax there, let yourself be pampered. You can also eat superbly. The service is exemplary, and the chef keeps a surprise in store for his guests. A visit is definitely worth it.

We had been for Breakfast. This has us very fallen: Excellent stir-fried vegetables, smoked salmon, different egg dishes, numerous varieties of cheese, such as sliced meats and salami and, and, and! Great Buffet! Very tasty!

I liked the hotel, food and breakfast were good. The room was spacious and attractively decorated.

Arrival at the hotel, the reception staff ran 4-6 times past us. No greeting and no demand whether anything can be done for us. When we went to the staff and inquired about our room, what we had booked was not available. Arabica/Comfort phone booked directly in the house. We were given a wrong room of the standard category, the staff was astonished and recommended us with special pride the room 216. The most shabby and must-have room we've ever seen. Tapenfetzen hung from the wall, drapes hung half down, shower curtain poorly installed, room door color chipped/worn, on the walls scratch marks and stains, the impression of the Mobilliar was as if it came from a nursery, worn and bruised. On the balcony loose pedestal tiles. Just shabby and the whole color design depressing.
Spabreich could have been good, unfortunately at the Rasulanwendung no peelings or salts available despite demand. The drinks have a big sign "no self Service" good and beautiful! Unfortunately, their staff were not available, as the ladies made their own applications. Is it usual in your home that the staff runs half naked in front of the guests? Very bad!
Half Hour massage Booked 12.30 — 13.00 O'Clock! Massage started at 12.40 pm and then ended at 12 55 pm with the words, now you can rest for a few minutes. Massage so only 15 min. Were calculated but 2 x 30 min.

The hotel is a great Wohlfühlort. We were able to switch off very well and the service, the room, the spa and the food are really good. We'll be back in 2019.

Spacious rooms, in good condition with contemporary facilities. The spa and pool are covered and usually not overcrowded. It is better to point out the usage times for closed groups in the sauna (e. G. Wednesday evening).
The breakfast buffet is versatile, high-quality and designed with a love of detail.

Nice hotel with slight weaknesses. We stayed for four nights with HP there. We were allocated a suite with a very generous space. The décor was a little bit over the years but was still fine. We liked the many hooks and hangers for towels and bathrobe in the spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The swimming pool was located on the ground floor of our living area. Very nicely decorated. We liked it. However, the sauna area seems to us to be better. This can be reached either through the restaurant area or from the outside via the sauna garden. For the sake of simplicity, most guests decide to go to the sauna in the bathrobe, or To go to the spa area. Traversing the restaurant in this outfit seems inappropriate to us and certainly does not match your high standards that this House has imposed on itself.
The access through the garden then leads first through the rest area, which leads to the fact that there is not really a relaxation area to talk about. There is also a sitting area with tables and the possibility to take tea and water. It would be better to separate these two areas and to allow access to the outdoor sauna separately. Due to the arrangement of the couches it is sometimes very unverstänum to reach them, since you usually also have to place his sauna bag somewhere. The SatiS in itself is quite small and not very hot (max. 70 ° C), but there is enough space for all visitors.

Excellent hotel only problem is that the reception closes before 22, and you must find a way to agree, and the key. For the rest everything is perfect. For work, I stayed 4 days and I tried the restaurant in the evening. Simply excellent with dishes cooked with care and without unnecessary fats or seasonings. In particular I recommend the second course, fish, but also soups and appetizers.

A very pleasant experience for a reasonable price. Hotel is very unassuming from the outside. The room was fine, with a comfortable bed. The spa area was well done with two saunas (wet/dry), a Hamam, and a relaxation area. The restaurant was the big surprise. The food was excellent, especially dinner. The Kitchen staff were top notch. The morning breakfast buffet was also very good. We definitely plan on returning.

The staff is great also the rooms are clean but do not order any coffee that want to €10 for the bring plus the coffee.
For smokers there is no cigarette vending machine.

Nice sized room, with balcony, clean, nicely decorated, quiet but no air conditioning and no extra fan to cool off during the night. It was unusually hot during the stay so this made it uncomfortable. Swimming pool and sauna on site but didn't use or know it was available till I got there. Breakfast buffet has a great selection of dairy, gluten or sugar containing items and I am not supposed to eat any of those or some of the other items offered like eggs due to health reasons so I had to go off my diet while there and hope for the best during my stay. Everything was delicious but for some one that has diet restrictions It didn't offer any choice. I only ate dinner there once and again had the same difficulty of finding options to eat but all the choices were fine for those without eating challenges. I would stay there again, inspite of my diet challenges, because overall it was a lovely place and the forbidden foods were delicious. The price of everything was very reasonable. I did not look around the small city so I don't know what else there is to do while there.

We have us in this house really felt. Harmonious ambience of the SPA has a rich Breakfast and nice Room-Service staff, that to Dwell like brownies acts and rarely seen, yet accommodating all desires are fulfilled.

We were for the second time at the Maravilla and spent a couple of very nice days in a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, breakfast as well as dinner are excellent. I really liked the new swimming pool. Rooms and hotel facilities are clean and tidy. We like to come back.

We were for the first Time in this Hotel and have 5 very nice days spent. Our room was excellent, what you from Breakfast to say. I have been in a 4**** the Hotel has a good Breakfast is not seen. Also the kitchen in the evening, one can only recommend. The staff is very friendly.

We have 4 wonderful days in this Hotel spent. The Hotel, the Restaurant and the Spa, just clean and beautifully decorated. At the Breakfast buffet you will be warmly greeted and treated courteously. The Restaurant is highly recommended and leaves no wishes unfulfilled. The Spa offers new strength for everyday life refueling and enjoy the peace and quiet. We are now already for the second time been here and it will not be our last time.

My wife and I had 4 very nice days in Maravilla Hotel in Bad Bodendorf/Sinzig, We would again at any time Book. The rich Breakfast to dine in the evening in the Hotel, we were able to have no hair in the soup find. We were very friendly and attentively served. The applications we have enjoyed very much and we have done very well. The silence in this house radiated a special atmosphere. Any time again.

Us was a room with a balcony guaranteed. Verwante have for checked us in and knew this was not the surprise came in the evening. They promised us a discount but when auchecken was no more talk. Unfortunately, there was no one at the reception, very disappointing-the shower where the shower is missing. And the Außenterassen in the reconstruction phase. Staff (At the Buffet) was very unfriendly. Rooms are otherwise quite nice Mattress but very, very hard. No minibar. For the price really much ZUTEUERT. Here, we will probably not return and not recommend it.
