Beautiful clean rooms. Delicious food. Very friendly staff.

Rooms were very hot even with the windows open. There was no Air conditioning in the room so the windows had to be open, therefore you could hear ignorant people down in the smoking area talking and making a noise, also traffic noise as I was at the front of the hotel. Then the helicopters from the hospital 100 meters up the road were taking off or landing during the night. Not a very good stay.

Price was okay but not a great deal for what I got. Room was clean but tiny, furniture was in okay condition. Staff was friendly and competent. Wi-Fi was free but completely unusable in the room and the lobby due to slow speeds and frequent disconnects (Deutsche Telekom, 1, 5 mbps down / 0, 5 mbps up)

Nice central hotel with swimming pool but rooms without air conditioning. Friendly hotel staff.

Very central yet quiet location (4th floor), early breakfast even on Sundays. Minibar missing (4 * hotel? ), shower in the bathtub very narrow, room quite tight/too many furniture, only 1 lift provides for some. Long waits.

A very nice, cozy hotel. Walking to City. I had a nice WE there. Can only recommend.

The location is ideal for a walk to the centre. Unfortunately, the road is busy and you tend to get to sleep later.
The breakfast is very good and the staff friendly. The swimming pool on the 7th floor was very much liked by our little ones.

Small rooms and narrow beds, but there is a small pool, a sauna, a small fitness area, downstairs in the basement a games area (I also think with billiards or kicker) and morning good breakfast. The location is very good.

Very nice hotel with swimming pool and sauna on the 7th floor, so that when swimming through the glass front you have a nice view of the city. Rooms functionally furnished. The extensive breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, breakfast times generous.

The breakfast buffet is very big and tasty and the receptionist was very friendly. Wireless Internet access is available free of charge. Only the rooms could have been a little more spacious.

In the bar one waits forever, and pays 5. €10! For a big pils. The most expensive beer I've ever drunk in a hotel bar. Of the 4 touted stars, unfortunately, you don't see anything. Tiny rooms with minimal equipment. Tiny bathroom with no large storage facility.

OK, but not great. Pretty old furnishing, bathrooms could use a makeover. Also, they don't seem to be running their heating too often. Had to put it in full throttle in my room for an hour, before room temperature was adequate.

Very clean. Old but beautiful. As a Welnessurlaub, I do not see. No Masage. Staff very friendly. Not far from center.

Were there for New Year's Eve. The comfort double room was very spacious. The bathroom had a shower and a bathtub. It was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. Have registered us for New Year's Eve buffet. It was very disappointing. Some foods were out and were not replenished either. In addition, the food was only lukewarm. We paid 25 euros per person. Too expensive for this performance.

Rooms are good! Mattresses must be replaced. Bathroom should also be renewed.

In the evening menu there should be several food offers or the guest should have the possibility to eat from the A-la-carte menus up to a certain value. In my particular case, there was ginger carrot soup, goose mace or porcini mushrooms. All great things, but none of us liked it. The waitress just shrugged her shoulder and we went back. But since we had paid for this meal, I made my displeasure clear at the reception. We were invited to lunch the next day. I would also like to note that a glass of Coca Cola in this hotel costs €5, 90 and thus beats every train station, intercity or even most Reeperbahn establishments in price. The bottle of water for €7, 00 was, on the other hand, almost cheap. Love H + Such prices do not even pay in the 5 star Le Meridian on the Hamburg outer Alster!

All things arranged very well. Easy access to city center, restaurants, central railway station, good staff with good breakfast. The room is clean.

Since my last visit seemed to me in the room at least superficially somewhat renovated, some of the furniture in the room was exchanged and was correspondingly in good condition. From the rest of the room, unfortunately, I can't say that… "Fingertat shear" on the window, Zerschrammte door frame, a faucet in the shower, which in warm setting gives cold water and vice versa or a toilet seat, which is now altbeige instead of white are just a few examples. Unfortunately we missed a mini bar. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was OK — the only two criticisms were the somewhat strange tasting sausages and that no new glasses were provided for the drinks.
A good thing to mention is that there were free 2 small bottles of water as well as free parking lots. The location, central in Siegen and overlooking the Haardter mountain is also not wrong.
For one night I was still satisfied, because including breakfast for 2 people I paid for the €70 and the price was also fair of performance. For me, however, the level was not comparable to a good 4-star house.

I have visited this hotel already a few times. In general, services are good, rooms clean and breakfasts allright. Only the last time, I was situated in the hotel room with some kind of "central ventilation system" somewhere above my head. It sounded like a starting airplane, even with earplugs in my head. I could not sleep and nobody from hotel reception even slightly cared to do anything about it. Just plain "sorry, cannot be switched off, no other free rooms, bye", nothing. At least some effort, discount or serious apology would be allright. None of this happened though… Next time I´m using some other alternative nearby.

Small but pleasant rooms, adequately sized bathroom with shower. Restaurant was fine and plentiful. Swimming pool with panoramic view on the 7th floor was unfortunately closed due to cleaning. Wireless Internet access was provided throughout the hotel (Telekom hotspot).

Good value for the price. Bad Bitei come in years but everything clean so far. Breakfast was good. Plus point a 24. H reception.

We had a very fine visit. The front staff was very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast spread had a good selection that was continuously refreshed. Again, all around very nice and friendly staff.

We were there twice before. All top was first time 2014 for the weekend.
And this last weekend. Old hotel, but already something run down and in need of renovation z. B in the bathrooms.
Staff: Friday evening at the reception was a young man who Duzte me as a customer. Our room had a bath no light, obwochl the staff meant that would be according to the check list of everything ok.
We EXC a spare room a smoking room of the whole Farooq has stunk to smoke.
The tickets for the rooms are chronically faulty
Saturday night, my mother from the bedroom door was open

We were only briefly as a guest, but desperate for the four stars is searched. A bathroom with a bathtub and a shower curtain is not From the carpet in the rooms would make cooking a thick soup can conjure up. The beds are old as the hills, uncomfortable, and see just horrible. The only Positive thing was the Breakfast, it was very rich. However, I also had this with a bad aftertaste. The kitchen helper sneezed in your Hand (without gloves) and sorted then the bread, very appetizing (? ) and too rich. The staff was only partly friendly, very contrived. Victories again and again, but no longer in this house.

The rooms were very small. From the cleanliness and forth OK but definitely not 4 star worthy, imho. Rather lower 3 stars. Runs from the Breakfast, the rooms to the Pool etc So it is already in order, and definitely not bad, but just not a 4 star Hotel. Price definitely does not quite fit together.

Staff very friendly! Overall impression: a bit in the years to come! Our room (Business) seemed to be newly renovated and was nice and clean! All in all, a pleasant stay with a good price-performance ratio! Going to this Hotel at any time to book again.
