Not cared for from the outside.
Herbert's father unkind and not flexible.
The price performance ratio absolutely beside it.
Food, in particular, was not worth the money.
No idea where the good reviews come from. On Saturday, there was only coffee from the vending machine €2. On Sunday there were doughnuts for breakfast, was probably a night delivery.

Each accommodation is only as good as its operators. You failed miserably! We have not experienced such an unkindness and greed for profit in any single youth hostel before. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Even the food was really the last, stepmotherly and tasteless.
A shame for all the other hostels who greet their guests with kindness and commitment.

A really nice Youth Hostel! Beautifully located, many Opportunities in fine as well as rainy weather to use the Time wisely in Games and Fun. There are two Ping Pong tables and a Kicker in the inner Main area. It can also be curled. There are also several Group rooms — more or less inviting, as well as a Bar and TV Room. Prices for Beer and other alcoholic Beverages are fine. The Food is rather average but nicely prepared. The Beverage Allowance Is above average. The Staff is mostly friendly. The Herbert Father, in my View, has missed his Profession. Rarely met with such social Incompetence, but numerous Visitors have already written in more detail. The Rooms and Sanitary Facilities were clean but rather old baked. But all right, a Youth Hostel is just a Youth Hostel, so no Criticism at this Point. 5 Stars for the Hostel, two Star Deduction for the outrageous and completely inappropriate Handling of the Customer by the Mountain father. Sorry, but that's unacceptable.

By and large beautifully located, good Food and great Activities Offer. However, in some Places we discovered Mould, Dirt and a thick Layer of Dust in our Room, which has also been noticeable by a musty Smell. Unfortunately, airing through Windows has not yielded anything. Hope this was an Exceptional Case, so I remain optimistic.

Unfortunately, some old baked. But clean and friendly. Something could be invested.

The photos seem very nice and the rooms look clean from AM only next week there and would have a question, can you bring your own bed linen?

Very nice hostel and in a few minutes you are at the Biggesee.
Definitely family friendly and the food tastes good.

Hostel as you know it from before, only the food has become better. Showers and toilets in the hallway, bed linen holes, hostel father also in adult group with typical school announcements and typical tone. You feel welcome.

Protected location, clean rooms and many attractions!

Very nice Lounges, a small Kiosk and various Vending Machines (Ice cream, drinks, Coffee and Popcorn) unfortunately the Table tennis Plates are only to be used with money (50ct). The beds are Quite small and narrow and for me have been pretty tough, Staff he fine.
Mobile Phone is to get maximum E but there are in the Lounges w-lan.
During the Week we were there on our own, there should be more going on at the Weekend.
In the sanitary Area everything was nice clean only the classic "Time switches shower" which after a few Seconds go out again and you have to press renewed were too bad, also the tepid Jet of water From the somewhat rustic-looking shower heads were unpleasant.

Very nice big Youth Hostel. Offers space for many different Activities. During Class Trips or leisure time, various Rooms can be used, so that you can offer different Workshops.

This is soooooo awesome.

Great location directly above the Lake. Football field, small playing field and beach volley court. Community room and double room with own shower / WC. Own Bistro, great interior. Good food and friendly staff.

Goods recently with a larger group there. Unfortunately, I have to say that you feel valued as a guest in any way and the staff very often from the top down is. Some extra previously made agreements have not been honored. The food was also just bold the part in part in order, (warm canned ready meals). The group room and the usual premises are at best average. As a whole unfortunately not recommended.

No hospitality and bad eating baaaahhh!
