Those who live above the kitchen have lost. Complaints will not be answered. That is not possible!

We celebrated our wedding on the beautiful outdoor terrace. The BBQ buffet and service were outstanding, everyone loved it!
Out of an emergency, Haus Delecke was able to spontaneously organize a delicious wedding cake for us, thank you again for that! We can also recommend the great honeymoon suite (only the Wi-Fi reception is pretty bad, but that was bearable 😉).

Lovingly furnished, very clean, very nice s staff.
We felt very comfortable and would recommend it at any time.

Since we have planned and experienced a lot on our own, I can only report about the good bike rental.
The breakfast buffet is up to standard, however, the service is very attentive and fast, very good.
The reception area was very helpful in terms of planning and information material.
I would want to come back at any time.
The rooms were large, quiet and very clean.

We stayed with a group "only" for coffee in the house or rather on the fantastically beautiful terrace.
The staff was very friendly and always ready to help wherever possible.
The homemade cake was 1a only recommended.
We are happy to come back and wish the team From Haus Delecke all good and healthy until soon Manfred Manß

Beautiful Hotel on the lake, very friendly staff, rich Breakfast… minus point — very poor Wi — Fi reception in the room.

The Service here is quite good
it is not quick to react, if something fits (in our case, poor Wi-Fi and bad TV reception)
The Breakfast buffet was rich and tasty, the Service agreed to. Only the cake buffet was not to our taste. But it doesn't have to like each.

Caring Staff, perfect location.

We happened to land on a bike ride on the very quiet viewing terrace overlooking the Möhnestausee. Coffee and cake were excellent.
Fine dining at fair prices.

Room unfortunately somewhat indisused. Apparently years no longer painted, from the shower shower flowed on the sides water, etc.
Zimmer had a beautiful lake view and the bed was also fine and this one has already had the best years.
Service rather inattentive or possibly overwhelmed with large groups.

The dinner was really delicious.

Unfortunately not very service friendly. You feel like you're in an authority when you want to make a rebooking. Service for me looks different, especially since this hotel could be more cultish due to its in my opinion considerable maintenance jams. Tolerance is also expected from the guest.

Friendly, nice and attentive staff. The rooms are cosy, clean and spacious. It is quiet and has a great location. And the food, breakfast and dinner, is fantastic. I was there at a seminar and the hotel gave just the right setting for it.

A hotel located in the "rebuilding" that has been behind many years of the upscale category — and wants to build on the successful past years.
The staff should actually know that you are asking your guests whether, for example, the desire is asked. After drinks exists and can then be seen in a bed-out.
The food (beef roulade, roast potatoes and peas and carrots) was very tasty but also very clear.
If the hotel manages to make guests feel well cared for — then you could possibly reach the set destinations!

Very accommodating when we finished Service, extremely friendly staff, huge room, comfortably furnished, great location on the lake. Dogs welcome at no extra charge. Highly recommended!

Room was OK, quite large. Bathroom also OK. Price for the room too high.
Big minus but: the room was freezing. Heating did not help.

So nice but my room still had hair from the predecessor.

Special offers at booking you can argue about it — nevertheless, the room size should be clean, especially for a 4 star hotel! Find it funny that the photos of the rooms fluff and the funny biotope in the fridge and the dead spider in the bathroom did not make it into the review. So again a little description:p
Addition: After my complaint at the front desk — I was assured that the problems would be forwarded and I got a discount on the room. Ambiance and breakfast were good.

For 17, 50 EUR per person it was a very small breakfast buffet. There were about 1 rolls or croissants per person. The coffee was cold and the selection of meat and cheese was very limited.

Gorgeous. Cakes u A. (Cranberry/nut) and coffee just super delicious. Whenever we are in bad Sassendorf, we go there. Unfortunately only open on weekends.

Nice but partly highly overtaxed staff, in principle beautiful house with a great need for renovation, extremely inappropriate behaviour/appearance of the management.

Hotel with function rooms. Unfortunately something has come in the years. Very nice service. For four stars is missing but something… the location right on the Möhnesee is just great.

I can only recommend it. Very nice ambience. The food excellent. The view of the Möhnesee wonderful and the staff very accommodating and super nice. Thank you for the nice stay.

Tolle location, Super essen.

Wonderful friendly service, I'm a vegan and arrived on a fatbike, filthy, unannounced and starving. The staff catered for my every need despite already being very busy with weddings and classic car rallies. A fabulous hotel in a picturesque location, with an enchanting swim opportunity not to be missed.

We wanted to gutenEssen a nice evening at one of us after Christmas make. The table was reserved so could actually nothing go wrong because the quality of the food was quite good. When we arrived at a table in the restaurant was occupied and the maitre d ' or maybe of even the Managing Director was at the table and chatted. We said according to the evening, but were not heard unfortunately. Then again 5 guests arrived, which obviously also in the House. These guests also was helped out of the coat. We would continue to ignore. To make it short, this continued through so the whole evening. The food was OK but the service is something more than just improved. What a pity.

Top service, top food, top location. We like to come back. The lakeside location is unbeatable. The quality of the spokes that are noteworthy.

We looked for peace, relaxation and "Convenience" for a weekend.
Exactly this we found in the home of Delecke and thank you in this way, to have been guest and happy to do so.

Last weekend for an overnight stay in the hotel — and very much regret that I could stay longer!
A very nice, very pleasant House directly on the Lake — very helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable, the single room comfortable and superbly equipped. In the bathroom there was no anything everything was meticulously clean. Taken in the breakfast room with garden and sea views in a beautiful setting — better a day cannot begin a cold and warm buffet, excellent breakfast!

Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent vegetarian food, old building yet modern and stylish with charm, strong wireless, big flat TV that connects via HDMI. Half board option is definitely a bargain.
