In addition to nature, books, views, beautiful and clean rooms and a successful quiet atmosphere, this hotel offers a fantastic service for all employees.
We celebrated our wedding at the Literature Hotel Frenchman Hollow/Waldhaus.
I felt like a princess as a bride. Every wish was fulfilled immediately for us and our guests, without exception all the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful.
Mr. Griesbach accompanied us wonderfully during our wedding preparations and his ironically funny manner took away the greatest excitement from us.
As newlyweds and all our guests, we felt cared for and perceived throughout the weekend. This will not have been the last night, not the last meal and not the last celebration at the literary hotel French.

The concept is fun: Very good hotel in the woods and everywhere shelves with books to browse, read, buy. Definitely a place to which how we want to come back.

A beautiful hotel, idyllically located in the forest and the attraction "Danzturm", with a great view over Iserlohn, is only about 100 meters away. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the foyer is the dream of every bookworm and the breakfast buffet offers the right choice for every palate. The ladies and gentlemen of the service are extremely accommodating and friendly. It takes only 5 minutes by car/taxi to get to the city.

Were in the restaurant for food, super tasty and excellent service.

Quality find outside of otherwise quite sad town. clean room, good breakfast (with made-to-order eggs), equality restaurants, friendly staff.

We are invited to a wedding there. The atmosphere was very classy and modern. The food was really very good. The staff was very motivated and extremely committed.
The hotel is located in the Green and is the right place for people who want to become acquainted with the Sauerland.

We can only recommend a break at Franzosenhol literary hotel. In the beautiful Waldstadadt Iserlohn, in a quiet location, we have a relaxed time, surrounded by books, in the hotel and spent on the beautiful woodland paths. All around a good recommendation and it will hopefully be not the last visit of us there.

We had a very nice weekend in this beautiful Hotel.
Room nice and large but if a neighbor smokes, smells return as a single window for ventilation.
Comfortable bed.
Bathroom very well.
German breakfast nice but varied little over several days
Staff very friendly but no one talks about the French whereas it is stated in the Welcome brochure (we have not tested the Chinese which is also advertised in the brochure…)
Overall, we are very happy.

My name is Christos Vantzos and hotel was beschäftigt. IM June 2015 in the literature for five years as a watchman was I informed that I should look for a different job by the hotel owner. I've done that. I'm waiting still on the statutory severance pay.

Very nice hotel in a quiet location. The rooms are modern and clean, the staff friendly and competent. The environment simply gorgeous, especially if you want to go for a walk. The highlight is an integrated bookstores including a wonderful library. Readings are also regularly held. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the restaurant has a small but fine menu with regional and national specialities. The perfect place to relax or to just hang out.

Very nice and attentive staff, nice and clean rooms and delicious food. To a beautiful outdoor area with Park and well-maintained interiors, enhanced by the many books to be an all around relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I have a weekend in the Literatur hotel spent. It was all super nice, we were completely satisfied, the numerous books, very very friendly staff, nice room with balcony, great Breakfast and the food in the Restaurant was simply at the top. Exciting reading with Ms. Andrea Reichart, we have enjoyed and us good recovered. We come again next year.

Very good, quiet location. Rooms are well equipped and always nice and warm. Interesting reading as always even in the room. Boredom fights. Employees are very friendly and accommodating. You feel very well taken care of and there in the Hotel also very good hands.

Unobtrusive comfortably furnished, surrounded by many exciting books. Reception and service staff very friendly and helpful. The room is large, bright and very beautiful. We have our wedding in the forest at the Literatur hotel celebrated and it was simply amazing. The Location is great, the Service was attentive and unobtrusive and the arrangements were smooth. We have the whole weekend in the amazing Bridal Suite spent and us from the Team treatments. Thank you for this unforgettable time! We can only recommend it.

We were at the end of August to a wedding in the Literatur hotel. The Celebration took place in a neighbouring building. Inside, everything was nicely decorated and there was also a large balcony with views over the Park. The rooms in the Hotel was very nice and modern furnished and absolutely sufficient for two people. The Breakfast the next Morning was plentiful and was in the Breakfast room, again with views over the Park, is served. The staff was always friendly and attentive. Overall, a great stay.

Our 2 days stay in this hotel was fantastic! The hotel is brand new, the rooms are very nicely furnished, the bathrooms modern with huge showers. The rooms are very clean, the athmosphere is very personal and friendly. Prices are reasonable, breakfast is included and just perfect :-) I can only recommend the Literaturhotel Franzosenhohl to everybody.
